After waiting awhile They tell me it's their lunch time and to leave, I ask when I can return, they barked 2pm. Okay great. I leave and come back. Girl starts to help me, another girl comes up behind her and chastises her right in front of me for not being where she was supposed to be and made her walk away. She's then anxiously tapping her nails while ringing us up like we're taking too long. Another man appears behind me on line, she barks at him to "come get started" he has no idea what that even means, and she angrily points to the computer screen at the counter. I'm in the process of entering all my information on the screen and she tells me to enter the info. I am a mother and have a lot of patience and grace for people but this girl PUSHED it today. Beyond rude. They need to retrain her. I'm sending to corporate as well.

There was no line on the other side, yet I still waited. Eventually, a young woman approached and asked if I needed help. I told her I would like to speak with the pharmacist. When the pharmacist came over, her facial expression alone made me feel as though I had done something wrong. Her demeanor and lack of customer service were disappointing. I asked if she could recommend something for my 14-year-old who was experiencing flu-like symptoms, and all she said was "Tylenol." She did not ask a single follow-up question about his symptoms, nor did she direct me to the appropriate aisle. I'm glad I didn't rely on her advice because I went to another aisle myself and found something more appropriate for his symptoms. My point is this: when working with the public whether as a cashier or a pharmacist professionalism is essential. You chose this career, knowing it involves interacting with customers. Whatever kind of day you're having should not interfere with the quality of service you provide.

Finally, my doctor called and straightened it out and I was able to get my prescription two days later. The red flags don't end there though. On the second month of my prescription the pharmacy kept giving me and my doctor a hard time about the dosage I needed. That their supplier "might not have it" ? I got a call from them yesterday ASSURING ME that it would be ready for me today (the last day I could take it before having to restart the medication entirely), and when I went to pick it up they were so unbelievably rude and unhelpful. The pharmacist told me that HE messed up, that he didn't see the mg amount changed, and that he didn't change the order, so the correct amount wouldn't get here in time. He told me another Walgreens has the correct mg, but that he can't transfer the prescription, then told me they had a different dosage, but that he couldn't give it to me. Useless options. All the while, the female pharmacist just stands in the back listening to the nonsensical word salad that this pharmacist is telling me and doesn't even have the decency to look me in the eye while yelling "there's nothing we can do. You'll have to wait till Monday." While she typed. I'm so upset with the way I've been treated here. Upon walking up to the pharmacy counter there was one person being helped and one in front of me. Once it was my turn I had explained to the girl that my insurance had changed. She asked me to step over to the consultation side to wait for the pharmacist. As I waited about 20 minutes (the pharmacist was on the phone and filling prescriptions) for the pharmacist, there were 4 people who had walked up for vaccinations. The pharmacist proceeded to put all their vaccinations together and vaccinate them all before approaching me. Maybe these other people had appointments, but I'm not sure. As she finally makes her way over to me, she asks me how she can help me. Although the girl at the register had told her what I needed and gave her my insurance card. Once everything was entered it took me about 3 minutes to check out. However there were 12 people who came in after me who were helped and left as well as 8 people who were helped at the drive through. I'm sure there are rules about who can enter information, but it just seemed like I could have been helped and been out of there before half of the new people were helped instead of being made to wait. Since the last pharmacist left, it had been increasingly difficult to do anything with this particular pharmacy department. It seems as though across the board everything takes more time than it should. Unfortunately this has been seen at other CVS pharmacy's as well.

I'm sure the nature of medications that are frowned upon but unfortunately are necessary for me to just get out of bed. Even on these meds my life is not a real life. Friends and family have moved on as I became non committal to various invitations and even holidays due to horrible days of pain and depression.. As time went on and I'm sure the shortage played into things going south. Meds were coming up short one here two the next month the most I've discovered missing was at-least 3 maybe 4 pills.. Which when your in constant pain is a huge deal. I didn't mention anything as I believed I'd be painted as a drug seeking dirt bag. Which is a real thing in any pharmacy you go to. Things became worse when the lies and games began telling me they could not fill my prescriptions because they were over their limit for the month but this happened at anytime of the month. I finally went elsewhere I can't say things is better maybe even worse. It's amazing how these pharmacists feel so free to talk to you and accuse you with such distain it truly leaves you feeling pretty poorly of yourself and your mind goes over and over the interaction going back and forth as to was it you or them? Truly a shame . I requested every record from my Dr including all urinalysis labs and behavior and all that was observed about my compliance with all meds I was PRESCRIBED! No red flags all perfect counts, urinalysis etc. so that really made me want to complaint to the DEA and all agencies overseeing pharmacists and pharmacies. But I did not thinking their word against mine. I still respect Dave as an intelligent man in his field but he needs a lesson in how to speak to women who are not as forward as he is.

A pharmacy i thought I could rely on, and trust to treat me like a human being, ended up doing the opposite and treating me like complete shit.
