Within the past week I had reached out regarding my medication and I was rushed off the phone, not even treated like a human being. All I had was genuine questions about my medicine and insurance. I was abrupty told, before I finished speaking that tney cant help me, and just hung up on me. I have never been so disappointed by an experience in my life. A pharmacy i thought I could rely on, and trust to treat me like a human being, ended up doing the opposite and treating me like complete shit. Thank you for attributing to ruining someones day, and genuinely making them feel less than human. I will never come back to this pharmacy. When she finally found what I was asking for she claimed they didn't have it. I left then called asking to speak to the manager then asked him to cancel my acct for those reasons. Six months later my doctors office sent a script there in error. I called the 2 current pharmacies I'd been using, neither had the script. Called doc then called Islip Pharmacy. Yes they had it but weren't filling it because I cancelled my account-CLICK. She hung up on me!! I had been waiting 3 or 4 days now for my script the least they could've done was to call me and explain. I asked to speak to the manager she replies 'I am the manager'. I don't want someone who can barely speak English and get so much wrong to handle my needs.

Starting from Dr. Sarah, Gina, Alicia, John, Joe, are the pharmacists and assistant pharmacists have been so accommodating over the years and have made various calls and have climbed mountains to get me medication last minute when I was very very sick.
