Staff members are friendly here when I go inside to buy items and it's always quick and easy to grab gas.

I was last here about 2 weeks ago to sneak an iced tea for myself (Upstate Farms) which I don't usually drink anymore, but once in awhile it's not the end of the world. The guy that works here is really nice and I like to come here for gas once in awhile because they are such nice people. Plus it's open around the clock and conveniently located in an area with not much open late at night. I live about 10 mins from here. What I like about this store, despite the iffy service, is that they sell the Upstate Farms Iced Tea (Lemon) that I used to be addicted to. Most places don't. And I really appreciate that, as it's amazing iced tea. Still, the gas here is pretty pricy so I can't give it a 5. But the excellent service and the iced tea ensure it scores a very healthy 4. Be very careful in this parking lot in the winter... it gets icy, and becomes like walking on a hockey rink.

You know, that little thing you can use to keep the pump held closed without having to hold it so your gas pumps but your hands don't freeze in the winter? I don't know what they're really called... Anyway, I stopped on my way home from ladies night last night after my sister drove my SUV down to fumes. My 15 gallon tank was so empty, it actually took 15.9 gallons of gas... Yikes! Saved in the nick of time! I made the huge mistake of looking up while I was pumping my gas and I saw some of the hugest sharpest looking spiders ever in huge webs all over the top of the pump and roof... I literally just got the willies remembering how menacing they looked (I have an irrational fear of spiders). But I'm glad they were there and not in my yard or around my house... Blech! If you're nuts like me, don't look up. Well, maybe you should because then you'll know that nothing is about to fall on your head. Or maybe it is... Okay, gas pumps are great, the little pump stopper thingy is great, snacks in the store are great, cashier always friendly. But those spiders... I'll stop now... Haha!

I'm not a fan of it at all and lately have tried to avoid it. This gas station is currently closed down. When it's open, it's always overpriced. The employees are usually indifferent and annoyed. This store is not my fave, but at least it's open late. This station shares space with Just Pizza on one side and Linguine's Italian Restaurant on the other side. It's an Italian sandwich! Back to the car, I raise the hood to check the oil and am assaulted by the smell of sulphur and can hear gurgling noises coming from my car battery. This I know is very wrong. In a panic I jumped back in the car determined if the beast was going to die it would be in my driveway and not at the gas station. When I turned into my drive I realized I had prepaid for my gas and did not pump it. More and more businesses do not have listings in the phone book and it never occured to me to check my receipt for a phone number. Bad weather the next day and addressing issues with the battery, See my Sears reviews.....it was two days later I stopped in and spoke with the shift supervisor who took my name and phone number and said she would speak to the store manager and see what could be done. She also recommended I check my card statement and see if the people working noticed I didn't get gas and if they hadn't already adjusted the charge on my card. Add more bad weather and travel advisories and after printing my bank statement and yes, it settled for the full amount of the orginal charge, i just needed time to stop back in to the store. Today, on my way out for errands, I stopped back again with my supporting documentation and met a young, confident, friendly, store manager. He remembered the note and glanced at my statement and receipt and asked how I would like to handle the situation.!!!!! I nicely smiled and said that if he could reverse the charge, great, which I expected would be a pain in his eye. I also said I would be happy with either a store credit or gas for the same amount charged. He sincerely smiled and asked which I wanted. I said I'd take the petrol and he asked where I was parked and keyed in the amount, NO ARGUMENT AT ALL. I thanked him and asked if I could have his name and if he wanted to give me his supervisor's contact info so I could say something nice about him. He showed me on the receipt that there is a number for questions or comments. You better believe I am contacting that number next to give kudos to someone that not only gave me a positive experience but thanked me for how I handeled the situation! A customer for life is what they got! There are other nice shops attached, see my reviews..... A good place for fuel that boasts it is the same they use at NASCAR.... no bad vehicle performance hereas a result of buying their fuel.

With it being one of the slim-to-none gas stations in the area, it's convenient, fair prices, staff are friendly & it feels like a small town local place. The only downfall is the parking lot could use a new pave job, and the gas station area could use new lighting, definitely dark, dim and has a murder-like vibe at 2am.

You can go follow college football by buying a degree at OSU or Michigan. Go be a Sooner or a Cornhusker, or a member of the Fighting Irish. You can even go and riot at Kent State. None of the above is true. It's just a small unassuming place on a corner that sells petrol and a few drinks and snacks and amenities. Nothing out of the ordinary. Perfectly fine. Personal Experience: This is the 2nd-closest petrol station to my house, so I've been here probably 3 dozen times in the last few years I've been living out here in the country. Their prices are Buffalo prices, if not a little more, so you're better off going to the reservation nearby for huge discounts. However, the fact that the employees are friendly and they're the only gas station for 5 miles or so in either direction, makes them a very convenient spot and so I give them a healthy 3.
