The cones are gone and after entering my ticket number to get my car wash, all of the lights on the inside of the machine are not correctly prompting the driver to move forward and when to stop. I try to be as accurate as possible but the lights are really misleading. They do not work correctly, and you have no idea when to stop or when to go forward. I get out of the car. I'm very frustrated now cause this is my second day here to get a $12 car wash and it still doesn't work. I asked the clerk (female) (not the mgr I spoke to yesterday) at the front counter. I say hey "the car wash doesn't work what's going on and she response in a smart ass attitude like condescending tone hands me a piece of paper that's laminated and says follow the steps and don't worry about the lights I was really frustrated and I said why would I do that?
