I even have to ask if they're open or about to close? I passed 1 person as i enter cleaning the floor , 2 people in the counter who just stands there as if nobody is there in the front waiting to be asked for my order. No one made an eye contact, uttering any word to tell me to wait and they will attend to me shortly. After few minutes wondering, maybe that one person is in charge of taking orders. But isn't it teamwork and efficiency should be shown. Isn't customer satisfaction also vital for the store and company. My sister has been a bunch of times before and really wanted me to try their cream top but I don't drink coffee and they apparently stopped allowing modifications to their drinks so you can no longer add the cream top to the matcha latte. She got the cream top coffee and I got the matcha latte so I could sip the top of hers and drink mine and it was honestly so so good.
