The only con about this place is that their music is really loud which makes it hard to focus sometimes but headphones help! We got the Pana's latte, and it was really good but definitely on the sweeter side, even at 20% sweetness. I'm guessing it's because of the condensed milk but if you have a sweet tooth, this drink would be perfect for you. Next time, I'd probably order it even less sweet. But isn't it teamwork and efficiency should be shown. Isn't customer satisfaction also vital for the store and company.
