Everyone in their was rude I had 7 eleven rewards and I wanted to treat my son to some 7eleven and the lady got mad and wanted to charge us for everything she eventually gave us the stuff but while we were leaving she was saying racial slurs to me and my son because we are Muslims and I was wearing a hijab Don't ever come to this 7 eleven. OH Thank Heaven?!...lol who ever came up with that... Anywayz, Warning to all of my fellow yelpers stay far away from the spicy chicken(but taste like fish sticks and tartar sauce) sandwich!!!.lol(seriously though! ) On the other hand...This 7-Eleven is actually pretty awesome taking the fact that it is very close to my house, right across the street from a gas station, freeway, and most awesomest (yes I believe I just made that word up.. ) they are open 24/7! Although the spicy chicken sandwiches didn't go to well for me they do have other assortment of delicious and quick microwavable snacks in addition to hot pizza and other hot creations. Another plus for 7_eleven is that they have dairy products. It comes in handy when all the grocery stores are closed. (Believe me!.. ) I give this 7-Eleven a three because although their accessibility and generous arrangements of groceries the prices can definitely be more considerable. Customer service is not at its best there has been times that I have had to ask for help instead of being asked(trust me I will ask for help..lol). The outside is clean which is another plus especially taking its location in the community. If this 7 eleven were to exercise better customer service they would definitely get another star from me but will never ever be a five in my opinion because of the prices which everyone has to consider in times like these. read more

It's a 711... what more do you expect?! customer service- none availability of products- ample Never have I ever tried their hot foods just because #1. They don't look appetizing enough #2. I honestly don't trust them to switch out expired foods when they do expire ATM- they have 2 side by side (weird placement right?!) soliciting bums- the usuals. No really, it's the same 2-3 ALL THE TIME. And they have a bus stop on the side too soooo yea. parking- SUCKS!!! And the lot smells bc they never have anyone clean it and the bums piss all along the building. It's my neighborhood 711 so I really can't complain bc I'll still go to it no matter what. It even has an amazon locker named "Mensch" that I use all the time so that's a plus. read more

Man I got love for this 7-11. I'm really cool with the staff and their affiliates. and no matter what time of day you come in, its always cool! yeah it is in CPT, but it is not that bad... I've been coming here for 10 years and I'm still a fan.. through it all 7-11 continues to have my back! read more

This place has the WORST workers ever! I go to 7 Eleven a lot and this place is so bad. The cashiers are rude. They don't even care to offer any of the promotions they have available. I know it's Compton but try to keep the place organize and CLEAN! it's bad. Every time I go there the workers seem like they don't want to be there and they let it out on the customers! read more

Most of the time cashiers are pretty rude and the music they have playing outside is pretty annoying. I can hear it from my house. It sounds like music from a horror movie and its hard to fall asleep listening to that. read more

It's convenient, but the sketchy folks hanging around day and night can be an annoyance. Parking can be a problem sometimes when it's busy, but fortunately that isn't too often. read more

Im not a fan at all of this place .i live right around the corner and used to go alot and most of the times I go the staff are just so unprofessional and rude , talk about over tax and ..ask for receipts and hope they give it to you ..long story short I do not recommend this place at all read more

The customer service is terrible. Sometimes there will be a long line with a slow cashier working. Another employee will be pretending to clean a nonexistent mess. Begrudgingly the employee might walk up to the register after being called up by the second employee. Next, sometimes the coffee is empty. Usually there's a cashier named Zeko working who is the most unfriendly bum I've ever encountered. He can barely speak, doesn't say hi if you say hi or even say thank you. It's amazing he even has a job. Lastly, they don't even know how to scan the app for coffee. Worst 7-11 ever! read more

So coming into to this 7/11 my choice of purchase is a UFO ice cream for my girlfriend. they didn't have any so we settled for 2 Big Dippers. I thought there was a sale (2for the price of 2$) I was wrong so I was going to put them back until (sign) the cashier notices one of the big dippers had a tear thinking I opened it . I wasn't even aware of the tear but he told me to put BOTH of them back but one of the big dippers was open once it's open it's contaminated and I made sure he understood that but still insisted on me putting them back after I said no he took both of the ice creams so I left the store but parked right in front I saw him walking back to the ice cream Machine to return the ice cream . I didn't feel right so I got off and doubled checked he didn't put the opened contaminated ice cream back . Sadly he did so I grabbed the opened ice cream and said " sir you can't put this back it is open and contaminated , it is a health regulation and a health hazard ! "The cashier payed no mind to me but it's no surprise as to why they have a B in their health inspection . I've had other issues here before like not giving me right change or over charging me .. to some this may seem like I'm over reacting but if someone buys that ice cream unknowing it's a contaminated item who knows what the outcome to their health is ... be careful what you buy from this 7/11 read more

I'm trying to maybe upload his picture but I might not. There's a cashier there thats kinda tall with glasses and hes older. He flat out steals money from any customer he can get. Here's what he does. He does not give you a receipt and doesnt even show you your items as they rang up on the screen. So when its time to pay you only see the total on the screen. However this allows him to put any price he wants on the items. I started making my own calculations and I noticed that I would be overpaying anywhere from 80 cents to two dollars. I tested him a couple of times on different days and he continually overcharged. The trick he uses is the no receipt thing. So ask for a receipt or don't come here. Another customer almost beat him up when he caught him trying to steal a couple dollars. He gets people that pay with large bills so you won't notice it easily as well. Watch out next time and you'll see. read more
