Next door is Thai Corner (Paramount) and The Heritage (Carson). Not a lot of spaces during peak hours. Waiting a few minutes will give you the space you need. The store ALWAYS have the friendliest people working there. The pizza and taquitos are always hot along with the fresh coffee. This place is convenient, the prices are amazing, and I come here often. Usually, I'm greeted with very experienced and friendly staff, which is why I continue to come back. But today (8/24/2025) was different. I was met with one employee (the cashier with long black hair and a visible mole or piercing) who had me standing there without saying a word for about a minute. At first, I thought she was busy doing something, but when I asked, "Are you ready?" she just stared at me without responding (not even a nod). When I finally told her what I wanted, she repeatedly asked me the same questions as if she wasn't listening. It was clear she was having a hard time containing whatever emotion she may have been experiencing, whether from outside of work or due to work, but unfortunately, it spilled over into her customer service. I would encourage management to either provide her with retraining or have a conversation with her about professionalism. Everyone else here has always been courteous, so it's unfortunate that one bad interaction can overshadow an otherwise great experience. read more

My daughter received a coupon for 1 free 12 Oz slurpee today so we went to 711 and when we tried redeeming it for her and Lily the cashier did not accept it and was very rude about it. I don't know how 711 can employ such rude people. You guys need to do something about that cashier. This my favorite 7-11. The staff treats you like your family and always make you feel at home. They help me carry my stuff to the counter if it's too heavy and make great suggestions. If you need help picking your lotto tickets they are super supportive. The red box is right outside and clean and somehow always seems to have the movies I want. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is the parking is too close and always full other then that it's a clean and well stocked store with fresh flowers and fruit which you don't see at all the stores. I'm a regular at this place, and wanted to give credit where credit is due! The people that work here are nice, and they usually have what I'm looking for. They keep the store stocked pretty well, and it's always clean and organized. Parking can get just a little hectic when everyone is scrambling to buy some super-mega-multi-million dollar lotto ticket, but I can walk there, so it doen't bother me. If you're walking into 7-Eleven Denny's will be to the left of you across the street, McDonald's is behind you across the street, and a pretty good Thai restaurant will be to your right on the same grounds. There's a Redbox outside of this 7-eleven which is cool because my girlfriend and I are movie whores and rent flicks all the time. Parking is limited to around 10 to 15 spots. It sounds like a lot, but hey on a busy day it'll look crazy. This is really the only 7-Eleven I go to around my area. There's 4 or 5 of them in a 5 mile radius, but I tend to swarm to this one the most. The employees here all ALL friendly and attentive. Different places have different mix proportions and this one has it mixed the best of all the local 7-11s and other places with coke zero. If I could give zero stars I would. I've been going there now and then for over 20 years since I was a kid and lived a block away. I like to use the ATM and sometimes pick up drinks when I eat next door. This time, the ATM gave me only half of a ripped $20 bill. Not only did 711 not help at all, they were actually insulting. The workers immediately kind of wrote me off, said call the ATM which I knew would take a long time. I think that because the ATM is in their store they should have a quick way to resolve these types of issues, I was picking up food next door for my wife and kids (my wife is sick) and did not have time to deal with this. When I said this they sent me to the owner who was annoyed immediately, rolling his eyes and not willing to help at all. I'm sorry but I didn't plan on getting only half of a twenty. He had me call the ATM company who had me call my credit union. Luckily my credit union is great and I am confident they will reimburse me but it will just take a couple weeks. For the record, both other organizations said that the owner can resolve the issue at his discretion, meaning that he could have just handed me a twenty, worked it out on his end and let me go about my day. Not the first time I had an issue here either, once a few months ago the cashier made an assumption that I was trying to take cups for free, but I had set them on the counter to pay for them and hadn't been given a chance to speak yet. I ended up paying like 35 cents a cup and at least he apologized. All said and done this place shouldn't treat their customers like criminals, it was insulting and inconvenient. Try listening to people, assess their motives and maybe give someone the benefit of the doubt now and then. I will never spend another cent at this place or go there for any reason. read more

This 7-11 is great. It has been a treat to visit ever since I was a kid, and now my son enjoys visiting too. The store is clean and they have the items I need. The people who work here make the store especially awesome. It feels like I am walking into to "Cheers" on my daily, or sometimes twice daily visits. If a favorite coffee is empty, they always offer to make a new pot. And when there are items that are not in stock, they do their best to meet the request for them. To me this place feels more like a local ma and pa market rather than a 7-11. It is definitely my favorite 7-11 around. It is also neat to see that the owner works along side the staff and is also very friendly. read more
