Oh man, I thought I'd live in Buc-ee's when I bought my home in Cypress many years ago. I just didn't realize this location wouldn't give me even 25% of the feels of the large stores. I mean...even the brisket sammiches taste different here. This is one of their smaller locations, so it feels a bit different from the bigger stores most people are used to. Basically, this is a gas station with a lil something something extra. The brisket sandwich wasn't as good as the big stores. It just didn't have the same flavor or quality I've come to expect. They've changed the ordering process over the years. Idk exactly when since Ive been mostly living in FL for work but before you'd order at a kiosk and get a ticket, but now there's at least a register at the counter, which makes things a bit more straightforward. Outside of the food, it still functions mostly like a typical gas station stop. Gas prices are generally better here, and the fountain drinks and ICEEs are still cheap. On my last visit a couple weeks ago, they didn't have the cinnamon rolls with nuts and staff mentioned they weren't sure when certain bakery items would be back. That was a bit disappointing since those are usually part of the appeal. Overall, it's still a convenient stop, but just know this location doesn't hit the same as the larger Buc-ee's stores. I really admire this Buc-ee's. Being that it was our second time collecting breakfast tacos from here while visiting the dentist I figure it was time to share on yelp. The breakfast taco seem to be consistently good bacon is crispy bites and cheesy eggs. They also have a brisket taco which they try to remove the fat., which seems to be a good buy as well. Breakfast ends at 11:30 AM. I greatly appreciate a team member that really looked out for me and kept the last three bacon tacos in the warmer for me to purchase after the dental appointment. I know that don't do this, but I'm so thankful for her above and beyond customer service. I will be back each morning I'm near here and looking for a bite to eat. read more

Consistent with the brand, this location has the snacks, the cheap drinks ($0.99 for a large fountain soda, can't beat that), coffee station, ice, car wash, and clean bathrooms, however the options are just a bit more limited, especially in the hot and prepared food section. This review is for Carwash service at Bucc-Ee's. This location. Gas door lid of my vehicle was broken during the blower stage or last stage of the car wash at Buc-Ee's. I noticed that the blowers were too strong while in the vehicle. After that, my gas door lid flew outside the tunnel. I went to complain, and the attendant politely asked me if I wanted to fill a claim! I filled the claim, and days later, I got an email from Ariana Ramirez, " claim adjuster" for the company. After a few emails exchanged, she decided that even when she accepted that their equipment was at fault or miss adjusted! To Decline my claim. I have been in more than 3 different car wash companies, and none of them have had broken any part of my vehicle. The gas door lid has a lock that locks the lid and is part of the vehicle. The blower system at Buc-Ee's is really strong, and they claim that they have a sign that says they are not responsible if anything happens to your vehicle. Now I have to pay for the damages on my own!!! I just imagine how many claims they deny. read more

Who gets excited about a gas station?! I'm not ashamed to admit I did as I stopped in here. I had heard great things about the food and snacks there available here so as a foodie it has my essentials, lol It was very clean and neat inside. The shelves were well stocked and organized. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They have their own brand of packaged candies on display as you enter. I picked up packs of two packs their Cherry Sours and one pack Banana Salt Water Taffy for purchase. As I made my way around the store, I also picked up some other random typical snacks then made my way to the hot food. There I decided on the Texas Cheesesteak Burrito. I almost didn't make it to the car before I had to get into it. It was SOOOOO GOOD! It was hot, fresh and full of flavor. I went to my local buccees to get some Texas goodies for a friend that was visiting. My goal was to get beaver nuggets and jerky. They have the best jerky and many flavors. I ended up with two kinds of beaver nuggets, some branded trail mix and an icee. Everyone is so friendly even when I spilled the whole icee on the counter. Had to make it again. I recently visited Buc-ee's with my daughter because she is working on a school research project. We stopped by the store hoping to ask a manager if they might be able to provide any information or small materials to help with her assignment. Unfortunately, before we could even explain why we were there, we were immediately approached by a woman who appeared upset and assumed we were there to complain. She told us we had to purchase everything and came across very harsh and unwelcoming. While I completely understand store policies, the way she spoke to us made my daughter feel nervous and uncomfortable. There's nothing wrong with simply asking a question, and a little kindness would have gone a long way. I've always enjoyed shopping at Buc-ee's, but this interaction left us disappointed due to the lack of friendly customer service. I hope staff can be a bit more approachable and understanding in the future, especially when families or children are involved. read more

I think when they built this one they did not think it would get much traffic. WRONG. This place is always busy. Note that if paying by CC a hold is put on for a bit of a couple of hundred dollars as they have no idea how much is going to be bought. I have always watch though and it has always dropped off. I rarely go inside to purchase anything, but the very few times I've been inside, the clerk gives me a hard time about giving me change for a $5, and advised that I need to purchase something for change. I went there early In the morning to get non ethanol fuel. Drove 40 min to get there. (It is supposed to be 24 hour operation) it was closed with lights off. Employees were going into store that obviously had some lights, I asked a couple what was up and no one knew. I waited 45 min and no change so I left. I came back after work that same day for the same same reason (Figuring it must be operational now!) only to find 1/2 the pumps still not working (including the non ethanol pumps I needed, BTW the electric chargers were working though...) I went in and asked what was up and was directed to a manager. She told me they were on generator power and couldn't run all the pumps. I asked if they could just turn a couple on so people could get non ethanol. She said no! I told her my story and she seemed disinterested. I told her I called to see if it was working before wasting another couple hours of my time and it went to a Corp number that said to ask questions and leave comments on the website. She said no one answers phones at that location. I asked if I could have a manager's number so I could call to see if it was working before driving all the way back again. Again she said no and that they don't give out their numbers. I then asked if I could leave my number so someone could call or text me when operational. Again she said no and that I would have their number then.... I have been loyal to Buc-ee's for years but this location and their ever escalating prices just stopped that. Smaller store/gas stop in cypress area. The ladies room only has 3 stalls and every time I've been they are not as clean as the larger buc-ee's. They also have very limited choices in their snacks and always are out of stock on some things. It's a good rest stop if you're passing through or need a quick snack. Also convenient if you're staying at the Memorial Hermann Hospital down the road. Don't expect buccees merchandise, like shirts, etc. read more
