This store is so gross and honestly is an embarrassment to 7-Eleven. The staff never says hi when you walk in, never say thank you when you are done being helped, always telling across the store to talk to fellow employees even if someone is in front of their face at the counter. The property outside always has trash everywhere and if you are looking to see employees smoking by the front door and want a waft of cigarette smoke in your face, then this place is perfect. It is just embarrassing that a store could look and act like this without any changes over the last couple months I've been coming here. The only reason they are probably still in business is the location. It's convenient. So that's probably why there is no rush to make this a real business and not just the women's social time while they are here. I should probably clarify that I only have issues with the ladies who work in the latemorning/ early afternoon. I came once after work and the woman helping me was delightful. Too bad it can't be like that when they are flooded for lunch. Please fix this store or you must be ok with an eye sore of a huge corporation that would look like it fits in the bad parts of Chicago. I will continue coming here for the convenience of the job site I'm at now but will go out of my way to avoid it in the future.
