I also enjoy the reward app and it's definitely an incentive to keep my money with small businesses rather than global chains. It was nice to come in and see some people sitting chatting and working on their laptops. It gave a bright, ready to conquer the world vibe. Caramel macchiato (the small ice as pictured just hits different) and a coffee cake are my go to's both exceptional. The coffee cake can be saved for two servings as well. There were two counter people also delightful.

After I mentioned it was my first time, he suggested ordering from the kiosk since it's much easier to browse the full menu there than trying to read the menu board. It definitely made the whole ordering process a lot easier. I went with the cinnamon bun iced latte, and it was delicious. It was not overly sweet and didn't taste artificial. For breakfast, I ordered the egg sandwich with egg, bacon, and Gouda. I have to give them credit for offering Gouda! It's not something you see very often at coffee shops, and as someone who loves Gouda, it was an easy choice. The sandwich was fresh, hot, and really well made. Friendly service, quality coffee, and fresh food are a winning combination. Safe to say Roller Coasta Coffee just earned a spot in my regular rotation!

I created my own Arepita Rellaña" (stuffed Columbia corn cake): shredded beef, white Colombian cheese and caramelized onions. Cost: $11.52. I call it the "Arepita Gail B". It came with a side of fries and two sauces: pink (a mayo and ketchup combo) and green (a jalapeño, onion and cilantro combo). I liked the pink sauce the best, especially when I dipped it in the fries. The arepita itself was so rich that it did not need any sauce. To drink, I had a passionfruit shake (maracuya batida): "little sugar, please; make it with water, no milk!". That was refreshing, delicious, low carb and low cal. The iced coffee is good but is as expensive as Starbucks. Truthfully, I prefer Starbucks because at least I accumulate rewards points that entitle me to free drinks, sandwiches and merchandise. Coffee Lumbia is a good informal spot for breakfast, lunch or dinner for connoisseurs of Colombian Street Food. It is located on Rt 112 in Patchogue, directly across from the Nissan dealership. Caveat Emptor: They charge a transaction fee for using a debit or credit card, but there is NO SIGN!
