This is my own opinion and preference, but I do love a good menu that is a bit more expansive. I enjoy knowing the different flavors, different drinks, specialty menu items. While they did have some of those things at the register, I wish I had just a little more time to review. Coffee was good. Inside they were busy so we sat outside and of course, it's love bug season so we had to protect our drinks. That is no fault of Summer Moon whatsoever, just Florida! I'd come back if I was in the area to try a different flavor and see if I can snag an inside seat!

It's a huge space. The largest boba tea shop I've ever been in. They have plenty of seating but it doesn't fill up the space. I saw that they had self order kiosks but I had a question so I waited for someone to help. They have a "Order Here" sign so I know they also take orders in person. But everyone was busy. They saw me but it was another 5 minutes before someone could come over to me. I ordered with someone after my question was answered. I ordered one of the ice cream designs that they had on their picture menus. A chocolate blossom. When my order was ready, the ice cream wasn't rolled. It was just ice cream. One of my drinks came out wrong. The individual had added a cheese foam onto my order when I didn't specify for it. They did correct it after I pointed it out and made me a new one. Their drinks only have one size which was pretty large.

When we arrived, we found out it's actually located inside a hospital. Even though you can clearly see the coffee stand when you walk in and theres a small sign for it in the window, you're not allowed to access it unless you work there or have a reason to visit and obtain a guest pass. Because of that, we weren't able to get anything. It was especially disappointing because we went out of our way to come to this location specifically to try it. Had we known this ahead of time, we would have chosen a different location. This spot really shouldn't be advertised as a public, drive-through location since it's not accessible to the general public.

When she served us our drinks, mine was half full, which I assumed was normal, but decided against asking why this was because of the cold attitude we were given.
