THIS RACETRAC IS HORRIBLE I would give it zero stars if I could. We went in there for the frozen yogurt aka swirl world and were very disappointed. All of the ice cream was liquid. ALL OF IT. You'd think the pandemic was over looking at the customers and employees; even though there is a clearly posted sign requiring masks on the doors, there were half a dozen customers and two cashiers that were either not wearing masks at all, or wearing them improperly. This race trac is NEVER open 24 hours. They close it early every single night before 11pm. I've seen coworkers put up signs saying they're closed and just stand there on their phones. When people are traveling it would be nice for them to stay open. Maybe you should switch your hours... read more

Do not stop here. I'm just now leaving after spending 30 minutes there. to pump gas? the Pump didn't work so I went inside. Young woman at the cash register tried to ring us up and her POS wasn't working. Expressed she already wasn't working on her own drawer and didn't want to sign into another. "this shit isn't working" she says. A line formed behind me and everyone was helped at another register and then myself last. Went out to the pump i pre paid for and nothing happened. Went back inside, she told me to go to a different pump after making me wait in line a second time. Now i'm back outside once again and the pump does NOT WORK AGAIN. So here I am inside for what the fourth time? and she shrugs and screams across the store "Sorry don't know what happened" and dismissed me......... I'm 23 years old, I'm not suppose to be a Karen and complain online but being refused service.... i've worked at places very similar and this is NOT how it's suppose to happen.... Great place to get a quick snack. Pizzas great by the slice. Cheeseburgers are good but skimpy, I doctor them up when I get home.

The place is absolutely great! Customer service is on point, store is clean inside & out, and the food was spot on. I forgot my bank card at home and thank god they have Apple Pay. They made my transaction so easy and although the gentleman upfront is new, he was very professional. I came at a very busy time but they still kept it cool and fast/efficient. The bathrooms were clean and OH DO THEY SMELL FABULOUS! Cleanliness is something important to me y'all. Just FYI. Landscape is great and well maintained. I've been to other Racetracs that are and okay experience. This one lets you do Subs. Like your own. This is my favorite store & I would highly recommend it. read more

Went here , about 3-4 gas pumps were out of order. There was no signs whatsoever that it was out of order. I got out of my car and went inside and told them that 3-4 pumps were out of order . So they said tried this #? So I did and I had to walk inside because it said to PAY CASH!!! I was like ARE YOU KIDDING ME. I walked back inside , gave them the money . Pump gas and left. SERIOUSLY PUT SIGNS UP IF THEY HAVE NO GAS SO PEOPLE DON'T GO BONKERS. seriously worst day ever!!! read more
