It does get pretty busy, especially on weekends, so there might be a bit of a wait but in my opinion, it's worth it. Oh and the coffee was okay...not amazing, but it did the job. All have been great! You can always customize what you want but definitely double check to make sure its made correctly. There are some young adults behind the counter and they do forget things from time to time, even toasting the bagel but mistakes happen. Just make sure to pay attention when they're making your order. There are small tables in the back but most people order to go. For me, you can't go wrong here!
