After seeing so many posts, we finally made our way to The Mont! Can't wait to return for dinner. Today we had the kiddo with us, so we stuck to the happy hour menu on the patio. First off -- what a beautiful restaurant. The patio is so nice, and the TV was a bonus for my husband Our waitress was great and super accommodating. There's no official kids' menu, but they do have options if you ask. My son had the chicken tenders and tots -- a decent portion and they tasted good. My husband and I tried the HH oysters, the burger, and the fish dip. Everything was quite tasty. We're already planning a return visit! Also glad it's finally warming up so we can take advantage of the patio. It's a bit too dark inside for my personal preference, but I get the vibe they're going for.

I recently had dinner at The Mont, and it was a 10/10 experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is sophisticated and warm, with a perfect "Winter '26" vibe that makes you want to settle in and stay a while. The Service: A huge shoutout to our waitress, Barbara. She provided super great service--attentive, knowledgeable, and perfectly paced. The hospitality here goes above and beyond; the little "freebies" and extras they brought out throughout the meal were such a thoughtful touch and really elevated the night. The Food: Everything was delicious and the presentation was artistic. A few highlights: * Ode Cod: The lobster and celeriac pairing with the preserved lemon nage was incredibly delicate and flavorful. * Wagyu Short Rib: Perfectly tender and rich, served with a beautiful truffle pave. * The Details: Even the smaller bites and the "Carbs" section (the Mushroom Dumplings are a must-try) showed so much attention to detail. *They give a few little treats along the way and a take home treat too :) * Cocktails: The "Belvedere" was a standout--perfectly balanced and smoky that lasted from start to finish. Between the stunning gold chain decor, the wave-patterned floors, and the top-tier execution in the kitchen, this is easily one of the best spots in town right now. (The only downside is the prices are a on the much higher end compared to other fine dining places in fort worth, ex $26 for an old fashion??) Pro Tip: Ask for Barbara if you can--she'll take excellent care of you!

I visited for the first time for Valentine's Day. The location is a little random with not much around but I'm sure in a couple of years there will be more. Service was great, no complaints. The server was very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is very romantic so perfect for date night. The food was good but not great. I prefer my steak on its own but that's a personal preference as I am not a bread person. My fiancé loved the beef Wellington. Scallops were a little fishy but I loved the sauce. The chocolate cake was good but I prefer a moist texture. The take home loaf was Amazing. I fought my fiancé for his because I loved it so much. I definitely want to come back to try their regular menu before I make my ultimate decision.

Came here for brunch with a group of 7. We were seated quickly, wasn't packed and they gave a large bar and a few areas that allow for more intimate feels. The service was great we had numerous people making sure we were taken care of. The money bread was really good. The outside had a nice crunch to it and the inside was gooey. The chilaquiles was good and had a subtle spice that helped the flavors even more.

We went for dinner with our friends and had a great experience. All of the food and drinks we ordered were delicious. Yes, the drinks were a little slow but you're at a nice restaurant for the night, just relax and enjoy your company! We got drinks, the hush puppies, wedge salad, the cow (pictured), risotto (pictured), Brussel sprouts, mushroom dumplings, white bolognese, date cake and the chocolate dessert. All was fantastic but the mushroom dumplings were a little small. The best part of the night was our waitress Morgan. She was attentive, kind and helped accommodate a pregnant friend. If you're spending this much money on dinner you want the food, ambiance and service to be good but you also want to have fun! Morgan made that all happen for us. We will be back!

The place is beautiful inside, but it felt way more west coast than Fort Worth. I don't need longhorns and rusted metal, but I do need it feel a little more comfortable for a long time Fort Worth guy and his crew. Turn the music down, and maybe a little less club style music. At least play some music that fits the ambience of a high end restaurant. La Pulga ranch water was $30 with mostly ice. The cheapest entree on the menu was a $41 yard bird. Now it was tasty, but hard to feel good about fried chicken over $40. Deviled eggs for apps... decent, but there were 3 of them and they were $23. Come on! My recommendation is skip the Mont. There are many better restaurants in Fort Worth for the price.

The Mont is a new fine dining restaurant in Fort Worth. They have complimentary valet for parking. The dining room is beautiful and the service is impeccable. They even have a glass wall, so you can request to sit and watch the kitchen and the chef (I didn't know, so we didn't reserve that table). The food was excellent, the salad was probably my favorite thing. (I do love vegetables, I'm "one of those.") Overall, Mom and I loved it and we'll definitely be back soon!

The husband picked TheMont for our Friday night date and I was excited to this new modern dining location. The parking scene is a little tight but we are True Texans & drive a larger truck so I'll compromise. The ambiance was great, & I could tell right away the designer was very deliberate in setting up the dinning and bar area. Overall, we had a wonderful time in a side booth. The food was wonderful & waiter was thoughtful but I will say that the music did not fit the vibe! Recommend Leon bridges - pay homage to a local FW artist

The atmosphere is wonderful -- beautiful decor and feels very high end. However, the brunch food and drinks left us disappointed. We tried multiple entrees (pancakes, wagyu burger, chicken & french toast) but did not find something we liked.

Impressive from the beginning /entrance, I was excited to try out a new upscale restaurant in the area. Gorgeous decor& layout. Impressive menu from the appetizers, small plates, entrees, & desserts. We had a view of the busy kitchen. Loves my light & tasty beet salmon appetizer, the Bibb lettuce salad was fresh & tasty with a portion to share. The seafood hush puppies were mild in flavor and well made. My cod was perfectly cooked with a light yet meaty texture with well thought out sides. My husband's lamb was tender and well flavored. Our mushroom side was amazing, earthy and deliciously flavored. The Chocolate One dessert (we had to go) was so unique and wonderful. Not too rich and a smooth texture with pomegranate seeds & pine nuts! It was heavenly! The buttermilk tart was sweet & comforting. We were in a large party so that may have accounted for the delay in entree service, but I definitely want to try out more options from the well curated menu!

    Seafood Platter

Im in town from Los Angeles, normally I visit Dallas. I loved venturing over to Fort Worth to dine here. Barbara took amazing care of us but almost everyone stopped by the table to make sure we were comfortable and accommodated. The seafood platter was beyond generous for the price point, the steak was melt in your mouth tender with an incredible rub and sauce. Mac and cheese was yummy, oysters were fresh, ceviche was perfectly acidic. The dining room is beautiful, whimsical, elevated and approachable. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Great place for date night or an elevated night out. Service was comfortable and polished. Som was knowledgeable and made wonderful suggestions for wine pairing. Food was exciting- We enjoyed the wedge salad, the duck, handmade pastas, and the doughnut dessert. All were delicious. Small touches like amuse bouche, pre-desserts and takeaways made the experience feel more exciting. Will definitely be back.

    Ice cream sandwich - delicious!

The fried mozzarella was perfect and we loved that it came with pesto in addition to marinara and ranch. We got the caprese too and it disappeared almost as quickly. Pro tip- make sure you keep the pesto off of the mozzarella to have a little extra for the caprese. It doesn't *need* it, but it's good pesto! We each ordered the pecan old fashioned and they were dangerously delicious- not overly sweet like I was worried about. The branded orange peel was a nice, fun touch. We got the lasagna and the ragu. You know the lasagna was good when your man was talking about it two hours later! I was really impressed with the amount of meat in the ragu- and it melted in your mouth. The paperdelle was a smidge over cooked, but I almost don't want to mention that because it was so good. And the portion was huge-SO much food! We sat near the bar/kitchen so we saw all the food coming out and it all looked good. We were stuffed but ordered the tiramisu anyway because it looked so good. And it was. The service is what really set these guys apart. The staff worked really well together and everyone was taking care of each other's tables. The manager (owner?) seemed to know about half the people in there- it was packed- and was still working just as hard as the rest of the staff. We felt incredibly well taken care of and couldn't be happier to find something so good, so close to home. Best advice is to come early because it gets busy!

Fantastic choice! The menu is very "urban hipster" vibes. Plenty of burgers, lots of fun appetizers, charcuterie, one of my friends has some dietary restrictions and they were easily able to accommodate her needs which made us all very happy. This spot has a great bar in the front, and a smaller bar in the rear of the place. Outdoor seating as well as covered seating. Plenty of shade as well which will serve their patrons nicely in the coming Texas summer months. This is also a dog friendly dining spot, plenty of people were there with some amazing canine companions (always ask before you pet a strangers pup, it's just polite and courteous. Almost no one says No!). Assuming you don't have a dog allergy, this will hopefully be a feature. There is a relatively new apartment complex across the street and I get the feeling a lot of the people stopping in were regulars who bring in their dogs during walkies and grab a bite before heading back home, but that is just pure conjecture on my part. Either way, it was a fun inviting atmosphere. The music was nice, not too loud for my old man ears to enjoy but still present enough to be part of the evening without being intrusive. Staff was very nice, helpful, friendly, etc. Everything one would expect from a fine Texas eatery. Lots of spicier options on the menu if you're into that, but by no means anything overpowering. My guess is the owner has stock in some jalapeno growers farm somewhere and the food is all the better for it! If you're in the area already or if you're thinking of branching out for a nice new burger spot, this place is great and I will be returning. I live nearby so it'll likely become part of the regular rotation for us in the coming months. We are spoiled for choice in this area when it comes to good burgers being close to Grumps, close to Kincaid's, and close to Tommy's up on Camp Bowie. But this place competes on good burgers and if you're looking for a fun hangout atmosphere, you'd be hard pressed to find better. Easily recommended! Give them a try, I don't think you'll regret it!
