If you're looking for an experience--not just a meal--The Mont absolutely delivers at a level that's hard to find anywhere in Texas. From the moment I walked through the door, I knew this wasn't going to be ordinary. The space is opulent, sexy, and unmistakably a vibe. Think mid-century modern meets art deco, but done with intention--every detail feels curated, not accidental. Even the bathrooms are stunning, which says a lot about how much thought has gone into the entire experience. And then there's the food and service--both matched that first impression perfectly. Phenomenal across the board. Every dish felt elevated and purposeful, but the standouts for our table were the steak, the crab hush puppies, Brussel sprouts, date cake and the rhubarb dessert. Each one was memorable in its own way and executed flawlessly. What really sets The Mont apart, though, is their ability to deliver at a high level for groups. I brought in our senior leadership team for a dinner where I needed to impress--and they exceeded every expectation. The patio alone is to die for, and the team handles large parties with a level of polish and ease that's rare. A huge shoutout to Orio, the general manager, who made the entire evening seamless. She thought of everything--literally everything--including sending us off with breakfast pastries for the next morning. That level of care and anticipation is what turns a great dinner into an unforgettable experience. From beginning to end, it was perfect. The Mont doesn't just understand dining--they understand how to create a moment. And they absolutely nailed it.

The experience was first class from start to finish. The vibe was extremely classy and luxurious, the service was top notch with excellent staff, great management and the food was exceptional as well! When you go to a nice restaurant you want the experience to be there and they delivered. The oysters, beef tartare, crab hushpuppies and duck were my favorites. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

The best service, menu, cocktails, vibe...everything was perfection from start to finish! If you want to experience service, and dining on another level this place is it! We tried so many dishes and they were all amazing!

Absolutely enjoyed my experience here at the Mont. It's the perfect place to come for a date night, for a celebration, or even to just treat yourself! The service was spot on. Everyone was very kind and professional. The lychee martini was perfect. And my food: Brussels sprouts, mushrooms, and a scalloped wide noodle pasta from their seasonal menu was very filling. And heated up well for leftovers. Would absolutely come back.

This place is absolutely stunning and the staff is very kind the food took awhile to come out hence why I rated it 3 stars and no one was really there not upset or mad just stating my experience another thing that happened to me was I choked on the arugula salad that came with my omelette the string part was stuck at the bottom of my throat and I wasn't able to cough it up but it eventually went down so that's a choking hazard to kids or anyone else but would love to come back for dinner

After seeing so many posts, we finally made our way to The Mont! Can't wait to return for dinner. Today we had the kiddo with us, so we stuck to the happy hour menu on the patio. First off -- what a beautiful restaurant. The patio is so nice, and the TV was a bonus for my husband Our waitress was great and super accommodating. There's no official kids' menu, but they do have options if you ask. My son had the chicken tenders and tots -- a decent portion and they tasted good. My husband and I tried the HH oysters, the burger, and the fish dip. Everything was quite tasty. We're already planning a return visit! Also glad it's finally warming up so we can take advantage of the patio. It's a bit too dark inside for my personal preference, but I get the vibe they're going for.

We went to The Mont for Father's Day brunch and it was an amazing experience! The drinks and food were delicious, their staff is so friendly, and the restaurant itself is just beautiful. We are definitely going back to try their dinner menu!

I recently had dinner at The Mont, and it was a 10/10 experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is sophisticated and warm, with a perfect "Winter '26" vibe that makes you want to settle in and stay a while. The Service: A huge shoutout to our waitress, Barbara. She provided super great service--attentive, knowledgeable, and perfectly paced. The hospitality here goes above and beyond; the little "freebies" and extras they brought out throughout the meal were such a thoughtful touch and really elevated the night. The Food: Everything was delicious and the presentation was artistic. A few highlights: * Ode Cod: The lobster and celeriac pairing with the preserved lemon nage was incredibly delicate and flavorful. * Wagyu Short Rib: Perfectly tender and rich, served with a beautiful truffle pave. * The Details: Even the smaller bites and the "Carbs" section (the Mushroom Dumplings are a must-try) showed so much attention to detail. *They give a few little treats along the way and a take home treat too :) * Cocktails: The "Belvedere" was a standout--perfectly balanced and smoky that lasted from start to finish. Between the stunning gold chain decor, the wave-patterned floors, and the top-tier execution in the kitchen, this is easily one of the best spots in town right now. (The only downside is the prices are a on the much higher end compared to other fine dining places in fort worth, ex $26 for an old fashion??) Pro Tip: Ask for Barbara if you can--she'll take excellent care of you!

I visited for the first time for Valentine's Day. The location is a little random with not much around but I'm sure in a couple of years there will be more. Service was great, no complaints. The server was very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is very romantic so perfect for date night. The food was good but not great. I prefer my steak on its own but that's a personal preference as I am not a bread person. My fiancé loved the beef Wellington. Scallops were a little fishy but I loved the sauce. The chocolate cake was good but I prefer a moist texture. The take home loaf was Amazing. I fought my fiancé for his because I loved it so much. I definitely want to come back to try their regular menu before I make my ultimate decision.

Came here for brunch with a group of 7. We were seated quickly, wasn't packed and they gave a large bar and a few areas that allow for more intimate feels. The service was great we had numerous people making sure we were taken care of. The money bread was really good. The outside had a nice crunch to it and the inside was gooey. The chilaquiles was good and had a subtle spice that helped the flavors even more.

Loved this place. Service and food were amazing!! We went for brunch. Had the duck chilaquiles 10/10!! Deff recommend for a girls brunch or date night.

We went for dinner with our friends and had a great experience. All of the food and drinks we ordered were delicious. Yes, the drinks were a little slow but you're at a nice restaurant for the night, just relax and enjoy your company! We got drinks, the hush puppies, wedge salad, the cow (pictured), risotto (pictured), Brussel sprouts, mushroom dumplings, white bolognese, date cake and the chocolate dessert. All was fantastic but the mushroom dumplings were a little small. The best part of the night was our waitress Morgan. She was attentive, kind and helped accommodate a pregnant friend. If you're spending this much money on dinner you want the food, ambiance and service to be good but you also want to have fun! Morgan made that all happen for us. We will be back!

The place is beautiful inside, but it felt way more west coast than Fort Worth. I don't need longhorns and rusted metal, but I do need it feel a little more comfortable for a long time Fort Worth guy and his crew. Turn the music down, and maybe a little less club style music. At least play some music that fits the ambience of a high end restaurant. La Pulga ranch water was $30 with mostly ice. The cheapest entree on the menu was a $41 yard bird. Now it was tasty, but hard to feel good about fried chicken over $40. Deviled eggs for apps... decent, but there were 3 of them and they were $23. Come on! My recommendation is skip the Mont. There are many better restaurants in Fort Worth for the price.

It's one of those places I go to during the day, on the weekend, when the weather is nice, and I'm out riding. Stop in, have one or two beers, then away I go. Not much of a crowd when I go, but the bar cat is there sleeping on a bar stool and will let you pet it on your way to the bathroom. Friendly bartender, even if you're a newbie nobody. Fantastic choice! The menu is very "urban hipster" vibes. Plenty of burgers, lots of fun appetizers, charcuterie, one of my friends has some dietary restrictions and they were easily able to accommodate her needs which made us all very happy. This spot has a great bar in the front, and a smaller bar in the rear of the place. Outdoor seating as well as covered seating. Plenty of shade as well which will serve their patrons nicely in the coming Texas summer months. This is also a dog friendly dining spot, plenty of people were there with some amazing canine companions (always ask before you pet a strangers pup, it's just polite and courteous. Almost no one says No!). Assuming you don't have a dog allergy, this will hopefully be a feature. There is a relatively new apartment complex across the street and I get the feeling a lot of the people stopping in were regulars who bring in their dogs during walkies and grab a bite before heading back home, but that is just pure conjecture on my part. Either way, it was a fun inviting atmosphere. The music was nice, not too loud for my old man ears to enjoy but still present enough to be part of the evening without being intrusive. Staff was very nice, helpful, friendly, etc. Everything one would expect from a fine Texas eatery. Lots of spicier options on the menu if you're into that, but by no means anything overpowering. My guess is the owner has stock in some jalapeno growers farm somewhere and the food is all the better for it! If you're in the area already or if you're thinking of branching out for a nice new burger spot, this place is great and I will be returning. I live nearby so it'll likely become part of the regular rotation for us in the coming months. We are spoiled for choice in this area when it comes to good burgers being close to Grumps, close to Kincaid's, and close to Tommy's up on Camp Bowie. But this place competes on good burgers and if you're looking for a fun hangout atmosphere, you'd be hard pressed to find better. Easily recommended! Give them a try, I don't think you'll regret it! Cheers!

I called a girlfriend and told her I'd found a new spot: wine, charcuterie boards, and live music. Sounded like a perfect evening. When we arrived, a young employee did her best to find the hostess and get us seated. After a few minutes, she honestly seemed more flustered than we were, she apologized and offered to seat us herself. We got settled, I ordered a margarita, and then I noticed a large dog roaming around. No leash, no owner in sight. (Later found out the owner owns the bar, the regulars are very familiar with the dog) I looked down at the menu, then looked back up, and the dog was literally face-to-face with me. We got up to leave immediately. A dog-friendly patio? Sure. That's completely fine. But allowing a dog to freely roam throughout both the outdoor patio and the covered upstairs area is baffling to me. (My last visit a dog was on the table, I assumed the young staff just didn't know how to approach the situation, but tonight shows this is how Hideaway operates day in and day out) When I explained my concern to the waitress, she said she understood and asked me to close out my tab for the one margarita I had just ordered and hadn't touched. No ma'am. I'd been there less than ten minutes, and for me, this crossed a line. Clearly, some guests enjoyed it. I saw people petting the dog and calling it over. Different preferences, and that's their choice. But mine is different. I won't be back, and if I recommend this place to anyone, it will come with a warning: dogs aren't just allowed here- they appear to have free rein of the space, whether that's on tabletops, near your food, or directly in your personal space, whether you want that interaction or not.
