Great place for delicious cake! Parking can get a little bit crowded right in front of the store…read morebut if you don't mind walking the lot is larger in the back area. I ordered online for a 10:30 cake pickup but got a text that it was ready at 10am. We had the strawberry lychee cake which was nice and light and the favorite 'not too sweet'. The store itself had so many options and coming in the morning they had a huge selection. The service was fast and friendly for pickup too.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was disappointing…read more My family and I stopped by on Saturday shortly before closing. As employees were already putting away the bread, I politely asked if I could grab a piece before everything was picked up. I was told that the bread was being moved to the front and that someone would assist me there. While I waited, two other groups entered after me. They heard the same information and ended up being helped before I was, despite the employees knowing that I had been waiting first. I politely asked twice for assistance and was told to continue waiting while the other groups were served. What made the situation more frustrating was that the customers ahead of me were taking a long time deciding what they wanted. I had already put on a plastic glove and was prepared to select my own bread, but I was told that wasn't necessary because an employee would help me. While waiting, I witnessed one of the teenagers from a group point directly at the bread, and another teenager pushed their hand into it. This happened in front of the employees, and no one addressed the situation or reminded them not to touch the food. As someone who was trying to follow proper sanitation practices, I found this very concerning. Not only did this happened once but 2,3 times infront of them. Yet nothing was addressed. After being ignored, waiting while others were served ahead of me, and seeing unsanitary behavior go unaddressed, I decided to leave without making a purchase. I was disappointed by both the customer service and the lack of attention to food handling standards.

Came here for the first time on a random weekday afternoon. It is located in a very dilapidated…read morestrip mall. When I say dilapidated, the parking lot is absolutely horrendous, barely any lines no maintenance and it actually floods to the point where they had to block off a bunch of parking spaces. So whoever owns the strip mall is a horrible owner and Landlord. As soon as you walk in, there are two computer screens where you put in your order. What is quite tricky about it is that it automatically default to the large size drink which automatically adds a dollar to the overall price. Why doesn't it default to the standard 16 ounces which is really the true base price. Another interesting default of the system is that it automatically says 50% sugar rather than starting at 100% sugar and then allowing you to change it. Of course you can change it out of the 50%. The place does have a lot of seating which was great. It's very bright and clean on the inside and there were two ladies. They're working today and they were quite busy. It did not take long for the drinks to be ready and they were absolutely delicious. I would definitely come back again and try more items. They even serve food like soups.

It was a good amount of sweetness, maybe actually a little too sweet since the pudding was very sweet. The milk tea was pretty standard. I'd come back to get it again, but my ideal milk tea could have a little stronger tea flavor. My kids got a mango smoothie with tapioca, and they enjoyed it! Service was quick, the place was pretty clean.

Dripping in chocolate and good company Sweet endings done…read moreright at Pistachio Café in Morton Grove My friend and I stopped in for a post-dinner treat and it did not disappoint! We shared waffle sticks -- one loaded with Kinder Bueno and the other drenched in Nutella -- both absolutely dripping in chocolatey goodness. Paired with almond milk cappuccinos that were smooth, creamy, and perfectly balanced, it was the ultimate cozy combo. We wished we had the stomach to try more from their menu, but honestly, this duo hit the spot and then some. The perfect way to wrap up the night, it was sweet, rich, and totally worth every bite.

Fun capybara themed cafe! The theme was the overall sell. There is capybara themed merch (e.g.,…read moresocks, enamel pins, and other cute knickknacks). There's also a bunch of claw machines as well as two photobooths. One of the photobooths had a giant capybara plushie ahhh. The cafe is pretty spacious and a fun experience. That said, the food and drinks itself were just average. I got a Hokkaido milk tea which was good but nothing special. I also got a pack of jjajangmyeon. Making the ramen yourself was a fun experience that felt like being in Korea. I'm glad they had a toppings station for free (different veggies), or else it would have just felt like overpriced packaged ramen. I also got the waffle stick with chocolate drizzle. This was my favorite of the food. It was bigger/thicker than I expected and the waffle bubbles were so dense and fluffy- I loved it. The employee there provided great customer service and was kind too. She helped us with the machines for cooking our ramen when we were confused at first. Also she was transparent in letting us know one of the desserts we ordered went bad and let us replace it with a waffle stick. Overall a pleasant, whimsical experience!

Super cute capybara themed bubble tea spot!…read more The entire store is filled with stuffed capybaras and has several claw machines in the back. They serve bubble teas, fruit teas and smoothies. I got the taro milk tea at regular sweetness and it was good (I've had better). My husband got the lychee fruit tea that he said was okay. I also got the waffle stick with chocolate sauce. Would have been so much better if it was crispy. Also they don't have to go containers for it so better off eating it there, he tried to put foil over it and it just got cold real fast in the 6 degree weather in the short walk to the car. They also have make your own ramen area.
