02/03/2018 Do not get the horchata. The pear/cucumber tastes like someone farted in your drink. Classic Coke is the better option when the Big Gulp is just $1. With news of a week or two before that someone won the jackpot in Florida, I should press my luck with a few tickets. PowerBall tickets are $2 a piece. Now I just need to remember to check on it. Horrible service. Older man treats kids poorly. My son goes there almost daily on his bike ride home for a Slurpee or soda. Their Slurpee machines don't always work and occasionally leaks. Today, it got all over my son's hands, so he cleaned up the mess the machine made and threw the cup away b/c it's too difficult to clean that. The man came over, told my son he had to pay for it. When my son tried to explained what happened, he called him a liar and said you have to pay for it. The employee also took the cup out of the trash, rinsed it and put it back. All this for $1 Slurpee. He's been going to this 7-11 for the past 5 months. Although his purchases aren't big, he is a regular customer. Just in there for a quick stop for Icee slurpee my Son request. there is only one lady who stand by in the cashier.She looks and greet us very nice but please don't get into her trap! She kept me busy with asking about my son's school etc while she's charging the slurpees and one bag of peach candies ($1.99 +$2.29+tax), she didnt give me the receipt, she said i should ask her from the beginning for the receipt! Than i ask her how much the total she charged me? She said $8 and i'm all suddenly alerted with this purposely over charging scheme!! I feel safe coming here when all the sheriff's in the area hang out here wasting their time in the parking lot shooting the breeze and eating 7-Eleven donuts. My friend told me to stop by this 7-Eleven for some ice on the way to his house. I liked how the lot is big and spacious, with two entrances, so really easy for me to get in and out. They were out of the big bags of ice, so I just bought a little one. What is the deal with the guy that works the graveyard shift.. I would sometimes stop by around 5:30 am on the way to work. This guy is always rude to people, horrible customer service. Once, another customer asked him why was he always mad and he replied, "because I hate people" then gave him this creepy sinister grin. The last time I was here the cashier who does graveyard during the week (I don't know what his name is as I try not to make eye contact with him) took my phone without asking and asked who my "sexy friend" was of a picture I had on the back of my phone. I drive for a living. I frequent 7-11 daily. I looked up the nearest 7-11 along my driving route on yelp. Came across this ad. It said 49cent Big Gulp until 12-31-19. I took a screenshot of it on my phone. Went into store. Employee under the name tag Paul, the only one on shift on 11/30/19 at 6:50am was checking me out. I asked him how his night was going. He completely and rudely ignored me. I moved on. I gave him my app to scan for the 49cent big gulp. He scanned it. The price did not change. I showed the employee Paul the ad stating that on yelp it said they were doing 49cent big gulps until 12-31. Employee blamed the system. I said ok, I can wait while you call and get this sorted out. He ignored me, and he called the next customer in front of me. I stood there waiting. The next customer asked "what's going on?" I showed him the ad. He offered to pay for my drink. How can another customer have better customer service than your employee? I said no thank you, I have 1.49, we will figure it out. Other customer said "He (Paul, according to his name tag) is always rude and does not give any customer service. Employee didn't say anything. Employee made NO effort at all to find a solution to or resolve the issue. He never even asked me to pay any amount for that matter. He just ignored me. After customer left it was just t employee and I. He just stood there staring at me. I said, so are you not going to honor your ad? He said no. I said "so you would prefer to go waste the drink than honor the ad that brought me here? He did nothing and said nothing. It was silent for a while. I walked out. And I even saw him picking up the used cup that I just threw away back from the trash can, wash it and put it back for use again. The customer service here is terrible; I would give it 0 STARS if I could. We tried to buy 2 slurpees for the buy 7/get 11 free promotion. Of course, this requires them to scan our account on our phone. However, we were not aware that we had to scan the phone before paying because the cashier didn't inform us of this rule. My phone was already on the counter before I paid, but the cashier told me to pay first. Afterwards, I asked if he could scan my phone so my purchase would be counted, but he rudely told us that we already paid and he couldn't scan it. Sure, it's only a few bucks, but it would have been nice if he did told us about the whole "scan before pay" situation instead of rudely disregarding us. I bought a big Gulp and asked for a small hot dog--the ad on the counter said $2.00. The owner rang up almost $3.00. I told him that I wanted the two dollar deal and he had already rang the items separately and told me that he couldn't because it was already rung up. I replied that I would buy the three dollar deal instead then, posted right in front of the counter, which included chips and a big dog. He said no he couldn't change the transaction, because I was ordering him to do it! I replied that I was ASKING him, but that I would call the cops because he was not honoring the posted deal and by overcharging me he was committing petty theft, as well as false advertising. His explanation that he couldn't void the transaction was not believable. He finally relented, gave me my money back, and I gave him his drink and dog back untouched. He told me to never come back as he was the owner. He is a crook. He should get another job as a used car salesman in purgatory. read more
