I just think they need to work better on the pricing instead of charging you separately for extra fancies let's say they can just charge you a little extra above and beyond the regular donuts they would normally include in a dozen my husband and I should not be having to pay close to 40 bucks for 12 donuts just because they're extra fanciesthey would do well to take the price that it's normally costing for a dozen donuts and just add extra fees onto that so it would be more cost-effective and better for the customer read more

Came in around 7:30pm and was pleasantly surprised how many donut options were available. They had a huge assortment ready and they looked fresh. They also had bagels, croissants and muffins available. It's a popular spot and people came and went all ordering different things. Coffee was mediocre. Donuts where very small on size not price. Staff was busy talking to each other. The place looked clean. The donuts you could tell where fried you could tell. This will not be my favorite donut shop. Look at my reviews for better donut places close to this one. read more

Been here twice for my lunch since I work nearby. I showed up around 6pm both times and it's been the same younger Hispanic girl who speaks like zero English. The first time I asked what comes on the turkey wrap and the chicken wrap, she proceeded to give me a puzzled look and then started making both wraps even though I didn't want two. I honestly thought she was checking what's in the wraps but instead she made both, which I paid for since arguing in English would lead nowhere. The second time was today, when I entered I had to wait for her to finish laughing and chatting in Spanish with someone who already paid. When it's finally my turn she doesn't say hello, she just looks at me, I ask for a turkey wrap with only tomato and lettuce. She gives me a confused look like I'm a moron and asks "no tomato?" I then had to explain the order like I was talking to a toddler. I don't care if you don't speak English well, but you should be able to understand and speak basic English at a coherent level to work at an establishment like this. The disdain this girl has for white people or anyone who only speaks English is disgusting. I'm guessing nepotism is the reason she still has a job, can't speak English but works in an english speaking establishment. read more

I came here for a sandwich and they couldn't even bother to make me one. I get that it was 12am but still. Why be 24 hours if you are not willing to do the work? I used to get my morning bagel from here, however, that will never occur again. I will never come here again. I'll be sure to give people my business who are actually willing to give me what I want. My go to spot. It's clean, fresh, and corporate. I'm usually a bigger fan of mom and pop stores, but not for donuts. The independents usually aren't as clean I've noticed, a bit dated, dingier, maybe a bug or two in the case during the summer. Also there's something not quiet right when you sell lotto tickets, Chinese food, cigarettes, etc., feels too much like a swamp meet. Thumbs up, but as always let me know what you think. read more

I come here in the morning 2-3 times a week, always great service, though it is usually crowded in the morning so there is always a bit of wait. The manager lady is awesome, knows how to treat customers, all the workers are always attentive. I had the best ham and cheese croissant ever here, made by the manager, the other workers make it very well too, but the mgr really knows what she's doing. Fresh croissant with Black Forest ham with cheddar and jack, simple but delicious if made proper. I tried supporting the small local mom and pop shops which I usually prefer, which aren't too bad, but this winchells location is top notch and everything is always better tasting here. read more

This is my favorite place to get something to eat whether it's early in the morning before work getting a delicious egg ham and cheese croissant with a coffee or late in the evening getting an amazing torta before I get home, the service is always great. I have been coming to this location for years, and not once have I been let down or disappointed by the service and food. One of my favorite spots to go to and for more than just the delicious donuts! They have really good fresh juices, shaved ice, and tortas. Who would have thought? Haha.
