The flavor is incredible. With a bit of rice and soy sauce, it was perfect. The dumplings were flavorful. You can taste that they are homemade. They are meaty and filled with the chives. I went to the store twice to pick it up, only to be told this morning that a male individual had already picked up my package. How was my package released to someone who was not me? Was identification checked? Who signed for it? I asked to see the signature associated with the pickup and requested that they review the surveillance video to determine who took my package. They refused. This is extremely concerning. A package requiring a signature should not simply be handed over to the wrong person. I am not accusing any specific employee of taking my package, but I absolutely believe CVS needs to investigate how my package disappeared while it was in their care and who authorized its release. I will be filing complaints with both CVS and UPS and requesting a formal investigation. Until CVS can explain what happened, I would not trust this location with another UPS package.
