There were a couple of customers in front of us, but what caught my attention was the staff member who was "helping" a young man at the photo kiosk. I assume that he was having a hard time. She wasn't very patient with him, and when another customer asked about how long it would be before they would be able to use the kiosk, she was very rude to her. Telling her that she would just have to wait because there was only one. Not only was she rude, but she looked like she just rolled out of bed. Her hair was all matted up and she was wearing an oversized t-shirt and shorts. Unprofessional!

I can print it for you. after waiting for approximately 10 minutes, a employee came over and helped me and it wouldn't print. she explained that i I would have to pay for the Print job, which was under a dollar, so I said that that's fine. After not being able to print the label, she said I think I can do it, but it's gonna cost you three dollars. I said no thank you I'm not gonna pay three dollars for a return item that is paid for by the company through UPS. So, I tried myself for another 15 minutes because something was more important to do. Finally a LEAD cashier or manager came up and basically with an attitude told me that the printer doesn't work. I asked her why hadn't trained or told the person up there to let customer's know that it wasn't working. With an attitude in her voice, she told me, "you can go to Walgreens."

I came in with my daughter who had purchased a pair a Bluetooth ear pods at a CVS in a nearby town…read more2 days prior. She lost the receipt,but had used my CVS card # at the purchase. The ear pods were not what she had expected so she wanted to return them for the money she paid. We asked the cashier if she would be able to look up the purchase through our CVS card #, she said she didn't know, she would have to call a manager. We waited an additional 5 or 6 minutes, no manager showed. She says to us... "He must be upstairs" as if we should just give up. She didn't even try to call him down again. We left because she really had an "I don't want to help you with this problem" attitude. I have been in customer service for more than 30 years. That is not how deal with customers.

I was literally 56 miles approximately from my tank being empty. So I decided to take my chances and head down the road to Sunniland Country Store. This store/station is about 40 miles from the Miccosukee Service station so needless to say as I drove along with a strong headwind pushing hard against my car and I saw the gas gauge inch closer and closer to "E" I started to sweat. Mainly since I turned off the air conditioner to conserve gas but also because I had never been that close to running out of gas. This station is a bit off I-75 by ten miles so I chugged along towards the station and I see lightning and dark clouds in the distance. I made it to the station and the gas was reasonably priced but the gas comes out at a snail's pace. It trickles into the take at 0.00000001 gallons per hour. Only kidding but it was super slow and the dark clouds continues to make their way closer and closer. I didn't have time to go into the store but there is plenty of space around the lot to picnic or park in the shade if needed. I was able to pay at the pump. Finally the tank was full and I peeled out burning rubber to make it back to I-75 and escape the storm. So, I'm thankful I made to this station and that they were open because I really wouldn't have had any other choice had they been closed or the tanks out of order. I ended up running into the storm anyway near Sarasota but at least I had gas even if I couldn't see through all the rain.
