Wanted to write a review specifically for one of the workers. Maddie who is one of the cashiers is absolutely wonderful, her joy is infectious and she is the best part of my visits. I get sodas from here and it always tastes good. The store is normally clean but they seem to be understaffed so it can be a bit of a wait to checkout. Overall this is a wonderful location if you don't mind the wait. read more

I'd give 0 stars if I could. The cashier was rude and selective with who he wanted to talk to. Spoke very loudly about politics and his beliefs even when no one was asking. Asked where I was from with a dirty look after being on his phone when I was waiting to purchase my items. read more

While driving home on I-4 my husband got his hand stuck underneath the car seat and the compression left him in great discomfort. I pulled off the highway onto 192 in Kissimmee and looked for help. I spotted a 7-11 and pulled in and tried everything I could think of to get his hand free with no success. I went into the store and explained the situation to the cashier and asked if he had a crow bar. He responded by coming outside with me to access the situation and convinced my husband to let him call for emergency help. In minutes a fire truck and paramedics arrived and managed to move the seat enough to get his hand out. No injury, such a miracle! And my angel forever is that store manager who didn't hesitate in taking charge of the situation and allowed us to avoid a disaster. This 7-11 was located in front of my hotel.I visited here everyday when I was in Kissimmee ,FL. - I saw some of Disney merchandise. - I could buy my breakfast and snack. - It seemed that I could buy almost everything from Disney to food. There is no 7-11 in our city Houston TX.When I was in Japan, 7-11 was everywhere.Here was not clean and convenient like Japanese 7-11.But it was not bad.I saw some Japanese wasabi snack.LOL. read more

3 stars because I felt a bit harassed for Disney tickets and doing a timeshare tour when walking in door, standing in line and walking out store. I'm not too surprised since it's a tourist area, but I'm a local so definitely didn't interest me the first, second or third time offered. Gas prices lower than the surrounding gas stations. The people working the front of the store were very friendly and helpful when I asked for toppings on the big bite. They gave me a list of other options they have for me to choose from because what I wanted was unavailable. They have a wide variety of food options to choose from. If you're looking for a 2$ hot dog and drink deal before the park, it's a good place to check out. You'll save 10$ a person with this deal. Wow I just had a horrible experience. This cashier was absolutely horrid. She made fun of my friend when she was looking for the condiment station. She was very rude and made jabs at me and my friend over the amount of items we bought ( apparently a group of 3 people buying 3 sodas and 3 lollipops was a reason to make fun of us) by calling attention to my friend having trouble finding where they kept their forks and the amount of items I bought , all it did was embarrass us. .99 cents Big Gulps, rather clean bathrooms and they sell diesel. Plus the folks are much nicer than at the Sunoco next door!

The store looks like it could use a few updates, but overall good experience. The cashier (Dana) was very nice and had excellent customer service. Gas prices and store prices were also very reasonable. read more

This is one of the 7/11 that is awesome. Staff is every changing but nice and the slurpee machine is hardly ever broken

7-11'S are always a sight for sore eyes. The night I was here the lady handed me my change, a penny. I normally leave the change on the counter, because I hate change, but this penny was so old looking. I couldn't read the date, but I cleaned it off and it was from the 1920's. That was pretty cool, to get such an old penny. It was a wheat penny, not your average penny, so it had some value, just not much, but more than a regular penny. I still have the penny and I am proud of the penny. read more

This place doesn't even deserve a star... The bathrooms were HORRIBLE, urine all around the toilet seat and poop all over the toilet seat.. The smell was HORRIBLE... They didn't even have soap or paper towels... I asked the clerk at the front counter for a manager and she told me there was not one.. So I told her the bathroom was DISGUSTING.. And she didn't seem to give a rats behind, she even laughed at me with the customer who was in line as I walked away ... I know this is a gas station but what I saw was inhumane and unacceptable.. Very rude staff and horrible store cleanliness.. Please save yourself the trouble and go to a different gas station. read more

I went to this location on November 19, 2013 and I had a very bad experience. First of all when I just got into the store one of the two employees "available" was eating at the counter witch I didn't care but when I ask him a question he ignore me and went to a private room to continue eating. I thought that was going to be a temporary situation but more than 15 minutes passed and I couldn't find anybody to help me. Them I notice there was another gay that was cleaning something and he noticed this whole time I was waiting to pay for my food items for more than 15 minutes but he didn't bother offering assistance so I have to ask if he can help me and then he agree but not without showing a discomfort in helping me. On top of all when I ask for a Nanking he almost jump over the counter and had an intimidating face. Not a place where you want to go. Just for management purposes the guy eating, that refuse to assist me so that he can continue eating in private was the heavy guy. The time off my visit was about 4 am read more
