So I normally come to this Walgreens when I'm picking up prescriptions etc. I have to say this is one of the few Walgreens it's actually very clean and smells amazing. The staff are always so nice and friendly and welcoming as you enter the store. Although I didn't go in today for candy I did find two new types of candy that I haven't seen so I decided to buy them and give them a try! This Walgreens is located in a small section of the parking lot in front of Buca di Beppo and Maple Street biscuit Co. in Celebration, Florida. Right next to the Walgreens on the right side is a Dunkin' Donuts and a chipotle. read more

Had the pain medication I needed and were also located a convenient walk away from the hotel (Delta Celebration) that I am staying at. Prices were pretty good for the ibuprofen so there's that as well. Service at the checkout counter was expeditious and friendly. read more

Oh goodness. The one thing that stands out to me was this god awful bathroom. When I say yuck, I mean YUCK!!! It smelt like a outhouse at an outdoor concert. They could definitely use their own products to rectify this situation easily. Other than that I came in oddly enough to buy Febreeze, and it was affordably priced. Check out was quick and easy. *Pharmacy review. Not about the store* I see what the others mean, now. The service in the pharmacy is not good at all. I had good experiences in the past years but, they were horrible with my daughter today. My daughter had just left the ER, was in a lot of pain and not feeling well at all. She went to the drive thru and she was told to come back in 15 mins and it would be ready. She went to DD and got a drink to kill the time. She returned to the drive thru, with only 2 cars in front of her and waited about 45 mins to get to the front of the line where she was then told her prescription wouldn't be ready until tomorrow. (What?!) My daughter advised she was told it would be ready in 15 mins but, it had been over 45 mins and now she's being told tomorrow? The lady then told her if she waited another 15 mins and has patience, she would get it ready but, my daughter was in so much pain, not feeling well and lives 30 mins away so she let her know she didn't trust that because it had already been about an hour and it wasn't ready when she was told to come back in 15 mins initially. My daughter left and called to let the pharmacy know she was transferring her prescription to a pharmacy closer to her when the same lady answered and told her "It's ready now. You should have just been patient like I told you." I will never have prescriptions sent there again, if I have a choice and based on other negative reviews, I don't recommend anyone else does either. read more

Have to give this Walgreens a five-star rating! Clean and neat store. Employees are kind. I was on vacation and realized I had forgotten my daily medication at home, which is clear across the country. My doctor's office called in a prescription to this Walgreens and they filled it within the hour they received the order from my doctor's office. Very apprecitive of the quick service from the pharmacy here. read more

Nice little Walgreens, located on 192, right on Celebration's entrance. It's a bit smaller, I guess, but I've been here a few times and it always felt clean and organized, although it is mostly frequented by tourists, apparently. Also had photos printed here without issues. Parking lot and surrounding area felt very safe, even at night. read more

There's a new Walgreens in town and it is pretty. The employees are very friendly and the store is very well organized. Like other Walgreens they have those last minute items you may not want to run to a larger store for. It's located in a newer shopping and eating area outside of celebration so it should do very well. The only concern I would have for parking is that nearby restaurants may take up spaces when their parking is limited. Another cool aspect the store have that other ones around this area do not have is a side by side Walgreens liquor store so be sure to check it out. read more

It's the classic tourist trap! While shopping, I tried comparing the prices as advertised in MyWalgreens app and I was blown away by the fact that this particular store charges higher for their products. If you're a tourist staying in Celebration FL and have no choice but to shop at this location, I suggest that you download the MyWalgreens app to save you some money! Also, watch out for a rude cashier. During my visit, I had the unpleasant experience of being accused of holding up the line because I happen to have Walgreens membership. I don't know if it's just how Florida people are, but this cashier was harsh, just like how she wore her eye liner that day! read more

Friendly, convenient and clean. Much better than the pharmacy chain across the street. Another positive is there is a liquor store attached. My favorite thing about this location is that the employees always are friendly, welcome you and help you find things if needed. read more

This Walgreens isn't a place that I frequent very often, but when I do it's a pretty fine experience. Today was absolutely no exception! I went to the store for 2 items (a specific sunscreen and a certain kind of mascara for my wife), but unfortunately they had neither product. Though I was sad to see this, I was greatly encouraged by the morale of the employees that were working at this time. They were participating in what is called Red Nose Day which is an effort to end child poverty. Every time that someone donated to this effort, cowbells would go wild and there was a good amount of "hootin' and "hollerin'." Some people may not enjoy this, but I came from a retain background where I actually enjoyed these events that were for a greater cause. I also saw an employee taking time to assist a young lady who was looking for a specific type of makeup. Even though the 5 o'clock rush was very real, it's nice to see that people are available for questions and not too busy to help a customer. read more

I have been to this Walgreens a few times. However this one is probably the most memorable. I had called around to see if any stores nearby had hand warmers. After calling around to about four stores including another Walgreens, the store had some. So I came over to get them and see what else they had. However in store I could not find them initially until but I would assume a manager, found me and asked if I needed help. I told him what I needed and he said oh you were on the phone. Taking me to the front of the store in stating that he had put eight behind the register for me and if he needed any more that I know. I thought it was a very kind gesture that is not done is often these days when it comes to service. I knew his name I would've wrote to the company. read more

Went in to get passport photos and they used a tool to white out the background this is not acceptable per the guidelines of the government requirements. Also when I paid I wanted to use a coupon from the Walgreens website that states clearly in store only and was told no had to ask for a manager the cashier actually walked back and said you win?! I'm sure they will be happy to not have my business but wanted to warn anyone looking for legit passport photos. read more

Mrs. Eneida Metzger is a life saver! My toddler girl was suffering from serious and persistent vomiting and diarrhea for 2 days. We rushed to this pharmacy right after we took her to urgent care. It's minutes before closing and the line was super long. I thought we'd be turned away as it would be after hours when it's our turn. Fortunately, it was our super lucky day because Eneida was working that night. There were some glitches with our insurance, Eneida took the time and patiently solved the problems, with no complaints at all. The doctor prescribed four different kinds of medicines and suggested some over-the-counter medicines too. As a first-time mom I naturally felt overwhelmed. Eneida patiently explained all the details to me and answered all my questions. Especially because of my daughter's young age, Eneida cautiously confirmed all the dosages on her end and made sure that it would be safe for my daughter. She even walked me to the aisle and helped me find the over-the-counter medicines. She was supposed to close the pharmacy at 9 pm. By the time that we were done, it was about 9:35 pm. Throughout the process, her husband was waiting outside to pick her up from work. I didn't find out till the very end. Still, Eneida helped us out with utmost patience and kindness. Never have I met a pharmacist so knowledgable, so intelligent, so professional and cares so much about patients. We sincerely appreciate Eneida for helping us on 12/27/2018! read more

New Walgreens recently opened in Celebration, FL. I usually come to this location because its so convenient, always have a positive experience. Unfortunately this time I came to take my blood pressure b/c was not feeling well. The nurse sat me in a private room by the pharmacy & took my blood pressure herself (no machine to do it yourself) and as busy as she was with never-ending lines outside, with lots of patience she took my blood pressure about 3 times, she thought it was to high and had me relaxing for 1/2 hour in the room, then returned to take my blood pressure again. I thought she'd forget since had so many customers to attend. The nurse was focus, kind and did not skip a beat. Glad to say, they chose the right nurse for this job. read more

I went to the pharmacy .The pharmacist couldn't understand or read my insurance card. He first said that BCBS is a health insurance not for prescriptions, then he said it was expired because he kept looking at the effective date. I ended up taking the prescriptions to cvs. They were filled with no problems. This Walgreens needs a pharmacist that can read prescription cards. I will never go back to this store. read more

A good shop but the young assistant, a young teenage girl was absolutely useless. I asked her a question about a product I wanted to buy. She laughed and said "I guess!" Really useful I thought. Why not just get a robot to do her job? I'm sure it would have done the customers service stuff a lot better. Most teenage assistants are so polite. This one had the manners of a pig!
