Got caught using card scammers attached to the card readers twice and the manager refused to check the store camera to see who installed it (there's even a video of the manager taking it from the guy that who caught them then the manager kept it like it was his) then blame the customer for installing it. This is one of the worst over priced terrible customer service I have ever encountered. I would strongly recommend never ever going here. HORRIBLE!!! The cashier literally STOLE from my bank account! I went in and got a small bag of peanut butter M&Ms and a small bag of sour patch kids, less than a 5 dollar purchase, and I asked if they have a bathroom.. The guy says we have one but we aren't allowed to let people use it. I said oh ok. Then he changed his mind and says you know what go ahead.. gives us directions to the bathroom. On the way out I went to wave to him and say thank you but he was gone. At walmart later shopping I went to check my account and noticed my purchase from 7Eleven was TWENTY DOLLARS!!!!!!! It was my LAST TWENTY DOLLARS!! I literally could not buy dinner for my kids.. I called the store right away. They told me I need a receipt. He hadn't given me one! I asked to talk to the owner.. if they look at the video footage from that time they can see who did it. I was told the owner never came to that location. So now I am reporting them to every platform I know of and I'm calling corporate. I will never go back there again! read more

I was accused of stealing here. My girlfriend and I came here so she can get money out the ATM. While she was getting money out, i started to walk around the store and one of the women working there said to empty out my pockets. I only had my wallet and phone. I emptied out my pants and jacket pockets. Then she told me to empty my jacket sleeves. That's when the store manager told me to leave the store. Before I can say anything to them my girlfriend pulled me away to leave. As I was leaving the store manager called me a "f*****g idiot." I only put one star because I had to. read more

The store is ok , they just need a cop parked out front cause I saw drunk people hanging around being rowdy . This has been 4-7 times that it's happened. Also employees let drunk people who are driving buy more booze. read more

Night worker Sam is VERY RUDE, I told him if I'm a paying asking you to do some first like my lottery scatcher, he need to do so, then you can scan my item cause it seperate. He wants to argue with me and says " it's the same thing" I said no! I'm not paying for my item with my lottery winnings, I'm using a debit card to pay for my item. Plus he don't like to work this is not the first issue I had with him. Another time he left another worker to handle long line by his self and had an attitude when he asked for help. He need to be move to a location that not so busy or that don't get that much customers... the day and mid shift and other night crew it awsome! read more

This place is awful! The parking lot is completely disgusting all of the time, and 90% of the time there are people out front begging! Once you get inside, you see that it's poorly staffed, usually you'll see one person running ragged during the morning rush hour trying to keep the coffee filled, checking out all of the customers, cleaning spills, getting yelled at by impatient customers, and whatever else the morning throws at them. Then, if you get the pleasure of getting in a little bit later in the morning, you get to deal with what seems to be the manager/ possible owner, who's a complete jerk. He obviously needs to learn a thing or two about customer service, and staffing a business. His store is definitely a reflection of him, which is sad on so many levels! read more
