This location was a next to a store that I went to and it was very hot outside so I decided to get a drink. I think I'm the only person that goes into a Boba place and does not get a Boba lol or milk tea. I definitely ordered a slush. They let me mix my flavors, which I was very grateful for because I could not decide which flavor I wanted, and I also ended up getting a lemonade as well. Very refreshing! Milk teas and popcorn chicken is good... I decided to try the pho and not a fan my meat was well done over cooked and not enough meat and the noodles aren't what you'd normally get with pho. Boba Cove in Lancaster has better pho, Too bad it's closed on Tuesday. read more

Being one of the very few options for pho via delivery, I decided to try this place today. Pros: brown sugar milk tea with lychee jelly tasted as expected. I would order this again. - the broth to the Pho was good! Cons: I ordered the Pho and they were skimpy on the beansprouts and also gave no hot sauce or hoison sauce!? Skimpy on the noodles and beef. Popcorn chicken was a measly 2.5 out of 5. Some pieces tasted alright but most was chewy and lacked flavor. I had to add my own seasoning. A nice "husky"-sized cup of tea definitely hit the spot on a hot as balls July 4th eve. SO and I came here because we were parched and could do no wrong with some milk tea. Teabox Cafe was the closest milk tea spot that was open, so we made our drive there through Lancaster. It's a small space inside with maybe 10 seats total, and there was only one dude working the store it seemed. What's different about this place compared to most other tea places is they provide a giant "good luck fitting this in the cupholder" cup much like Quickly does with their chubby cups. We ordered: Osmanthus oolong tea with matcha cream Strawberry marble with boberps The strawberry marble was just a milk smoothie with a swirl of strawberry syrup/jam. Super delicious, but wished there were more strawberry stuff in it! My tea was yummy and the matcha cream gave it a slightly bitter/creamy note to the already bitter tea. I was so excited to bring my friend here today after a long trip and ordered a wintermelon tea, asking for no ice and quarter sweet. When it came out with ice I asked if I could have it removed. "Brie", the associate behind the counter, was clearly annoyed by this request but took the drink without a word and walked away. After the drink was remade, my friend and I realized there was no boba straws so we simply asked for a straw. Brie, acting like I had just asked for her first born, grabbed the bag from under the counter and threw two straws at us onto the countertop. Shocked by this reaction, we thanked her and left. Unfortunately, when I got in my car and finally took a drink found it was made with full sweet, not quarter sweet. Now feeling super uncomfortable but not wanting to waste $6, I go back in and express to Brie that my drink was again incorrect and ask for less sweetener. She aggressively grabs the drink, says "take out your straw", stomps over and throws it AT (not simply in) the trash can. Now afraid she might spit in my drink, I watch as she remakes it, as she is clearly pissed off. She pours my drink into the cup, literally THREW THE BLENDER AT THE SINK and handed me the drink. I asked her name, thanked her and walked out only to find she had made it WAAAAY SWEETER THAN EVEN BEFORE!!!!! I have never experienced a human this blatantly rude. Good service but below average drinks and food. I got a rose milk tea with boba and popcorn chicken. The drink was one of the sweetest concoctions I've ever tasted in my life and tasted very fake. The texture of the boba was fine. The popcorn chicken came in a generous portion but the meat was really dry and hard. I've been coming here for years and their drinks taste authentic. BUT...here's my most recent interactions: Since the weather began to cool, I wanted hot drinks so about 2 weeks ago, I ordered online 3 large hot tea drinks. They called me and told me that the large drinks can't hold hot drinks so they have to be lukewarm only. I accepted since I had no choice. Today I called over the phone to ask which drink size can I order for hot tea and I was told: regular. I order 3 regular hot tea drink but when I got my order, they were in the plastic cold drink container. I asked why they weren't in the hot drink cups. The employees stated the lids doesn't fit the hot drink cups. I pointed to the sample hot drink cup with the lid on the register and said that lid fits that hot drink cup. They said the sample lid for the sample got drink cup isn't available so they either have to use the cold drink lid on the hot drink cup which doesn't fit and spills all over or use the cold drink cup which doesn't insulate the drink nor keep it hot. It's very annoying as a customer to be left without a choice instead of being told that the store doesn't have proper hot drink cups and if I'm okay with using cold drink cups before paying for my order! If hot drinks are offered on the menu, make sure to stick the cups and lids to go with the menu! There are many other boba tea drink options in the AV and I'd rather go somewhere else! read more

Visiting my mother in law and was craving boba, found this place on Yelp. Decided to give it a try and it was pretty good. It's a large, clean establishment with plenty of parking. Not crowded and the gal at the counter was nice and patient with us as we weren't familiar with the overwhelming menu. It was too overwhelming that I didn't even go through it all and just ordered our family regulars. Thai tea, milk tea, honeydew, & taro. All were good except for the taro, had a strong powdery flavor maybe too much? It wasn't bad but it wasn't good either. The boba wasn't warm and soft like I'm used to even though I drank upon receiving it. What I liked was that they had several sizes, especially small! It's not common to have a small size which is exactly what I need for kids. When in town, I will come back here to satisfy my boba cravings. :) read more
