This is the BEST 7-11 in Las Vegas! I would know because I've been to many of them. I'm a HUGE fan of GOOD COFFEE. Hands down 7-11 beats Starbucks AND it's a fraction of the cost. I don't know when it started but 7-11 upgraded to the fresh brewed per cup system and it's a game changer! I was very happy with their reg drip coffee served in pots, which was always offered in several flavors and brew strength's. Now with these fancy new machines they have made the 7-11 coffee experience next level. You can choose from several options. Cappuccino, Latte, Americano, extra shot, iced or hot just to name a few. I love a fresh Americano which is what I always get. I don't do creamer but I like Sugar Free syrups which this location has several of. THANK YOU! Not all locations offer a sugar free sweetener at all. I really appreciate that I have not just one but usually 3 or 4 delicious flavors like vanilla, caramel, or hazelnut to create the perfect hot coffee (Americano) before work. Speaking of appreciate, I appreciate the customer service at this 7-11. I think it's family owned and run. I see the same faces and everyone is always so nice. They even use your name once you enter your rewards number and it pops up. BTW your 7th cup is free! I've been to countless 7-ll's in town and by far THIS is my favorite. Solid convenience stop, slid in, looked around, super friendly team member said good morning as all the door opened, every time it opened. Snagged a sugar drink from the sugar drink section. Also trying a liquid death from the, 'we pay for water,' section. There was snacks galore as my eyes seem to notice carbs in any type of packaging in or out. There was some reheating of pre-fried yummy-ness going on. The line was empty and i out in my phone number for some type of reward hat i may never claim. There's twelve gas pump for the internal combustion engine types and the parking lot is free of trash, with a pigeon on payroll patrolling do evil doers. Love 7-11, even though I think they are more midnight to midnight, which makes me happy that they've stepped up their game. Also heard a rumor that they were named for the casino dice game, 'Craps.' Out of all the years and countless 7-Eleven stores I've been to in the U.S, I am AMAZED at this particular spot, because of their SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I am a regular due to my COFFEE ADDICTION!!! - Regular Bold Coffee with 3 french vanillas, and 1 packet of Splenda in a 16 oz cup for $1.50 Just the way I like it. (Oh and recently, I bought the travel coffee mug for $1.99 first fill free, afterwards its only 99 cents to REFILL). What recession?! I'm saving a few bucks a week! haha. The best part for me is... its literally down the block from me. I would even walk here at times! haha. Anyway, this is a shout out to each and every employee at this 7-Eleven for being suuuppper friendly, helpful, and down-to-earth! Seriously, every morning on my way to work, I am immediately greeted with a "hello! how's are you, hows it going?" along with a genuine smile. All 7-11 offer same thing what's sets them apart is the customer service each store offers. I refuse to go to this 7-11 , as most of the clerks act like they hate being there. Multiple times I have went to this store the clerk is either on there phone , eating at the register, don't say a word like welcome in- good morning etc, or standing off talking on the phone. They see the customer walk up an the clerks continue to do what there doing an seem like the customer is bothering them while there texting , talking etc. I thought 7-11 was a convince store an it's in an out. Every time I'm in vegas or red rock area I somehow mysteriously end up here at 4 am....and every time the bathroom is clean, these guys are efficient and customer oriented and they have what I want. This time it was just now....writing this review from outside the store (was bookmarked to finish at least), eating a magnum ice cream bar (first time...very good...) & drinking my 52 ounce iced coffee. Yeah...52 ounces...on the house....tastes fresh, but apparently it has been out for a while so the guy gave it to me. Its only saving me two bucks or so to give it to me, but its more the thought that counts....these guys really give a crap about their customers. From water to beer. Soda, energy drinks and juice. Slurpees ready to assault your brain with the big freeze and lend you a diabetic twist. The nachos.... oh mama, the nachos. I always loved making my own. Move the chips to the lid, lay down a serious lake of molten cheese and chili made of unicorn meat. Stack some chips on top and then drench them again. This is probably one of the cleanest 7-11 you will find anywhere, they even have some of the friendliest people working there. I have been going to this location for years and that has never changed no matter how often the people change. If you are ever in make sure to look at the rack against the back wall with all their clearance items, always surprised how many actually useful things I find. The only criticism that I have and the reason I can't give them 5 stars is that the never seem to update the prices on their gas signage, I have watched it go unchanged for months at some times. I've been to quite a few seven Elevens in my lifetime. Normally you running you make your purchase to get together should leave you really don't give it a second thought. You're absolutely notice when the place is nasty and clean or the people are rude or unfriendly. Prior to my trip to Denver I stopped by this 7-Eleven to fill my tires up and there was a woman on the phone with two flat tires and the manager was standing there looking like useless. She was calling a tow company to come get her car because the valve to fill ur tires was incompatible with standard valves on tires and instead it flattened two of her tires. So I left there went to another place around the corner filled my tires up. On my way home I drove by that 7-Eleven and there was different car there I pulled up and saw that it was a man and he was having trouble putting air in his tires and I told him to stop because the valve was bad. Luckily they weren't completely flat, he was able to drive the car. So I went inside and asked where the gentleman with the green 7-Eleven shirt was he came out from the back and I asked why there was not an out of order sign on that pump, he said it's not his problem they don't maintain it it's done by different company. I said I don't give a shit you should have a out of order sign on it because you knew there were problems with it and made him give back that guys 1.50 back. Then as we were walking back to his car discussing what happened the cashier with all the face piercings walked by us to put an out of order sign on it and she made some rude comment as she walked by us and I told her to speak up if you're gonna talk shit say it out loud! She didn't respond, good thing cause I would have ripped her a new one! I got back in my truck and pulled off that's true story I standby it!
