    Heaven in bread form!
    Jennifer Y.

My hair dresser offered to buy me coffee. I don't even know what she ordered but I have to call her now because I can't stop thinking about it. She said I needed to try the salt bread but they were old out by 10am on a Wednesday! Her ordered this strawberry cream filled version of it. I'm glad she walked away while I enjoyed because I ate it like it was my last meal! I've haven't been, but now I need to experience this IRL!

I'm so glad they opened one near me! The coffee shop is so simple and clean. The staff there are all nice and welcoming. I love their broken cream roasted matcha latte (hojicha latte) and their broken cream matcha latte! I also tried their chocolate salt bread and it was so good!

This is the newer location to its first one located on Spring mountain. Very nice, cozy, and modern interior design. Nice and efficient staff. Menu still simple. Ordered the same strawberry latte which has no caffeine with the strawberry salted bun. I love their salted bun. Too bad they no longer carry the mochi bread, even at the first store. Hope they can bring it back.

Always love coming to this cafe! The drinks (Maple Vanilla Latte - Left & Broken Cream Latte - Right) are some of my boyfriends and I's staple. Also love getting their broken cream roasted matcha latte. Staff are always friendly and service is always fast!

I have never tried this place until today! They have really good lattes! I ordered a hot latte with vanilla and it was so delicious! Sometimes certain shops are too strong and bitter for my picky preference but this place is just right and a great alternative to my regular coffee spot. Now I'm looking forward to trying another drink of the menu next time!

What a cute coffee shop. I've driven past it multiple times and been wanting to check it out. Plenty of parking. I got the broken signature orange latte and my friend got the maple vanilla latte. Even though I was a little skeptical with the orange juice in the coffee, liked mine better. The maple vanilla tasted more savory. Decent seating inside no outdoor space. The staff were friendly and did offer to remake our drink if we didn't like it.

Broken coffee is up there on my top coffee/tea places in Vegas. I think I've been to all locations already. I really like this location. Nice and spacious. Perfect study area! I got the hojicha or the Broken cream roasted matcha latte. That was soooo good!! One of the best Hojicha lattes I've had so far!! I love the roasted taste and it wasn't so sweet. I've gotten their matcha before and that is also very tasty. I love how they have the option for ceremonial grade. Not all places have ceremonial grade! I also got the biscoff cookie! One of my favorite cookies in Vegas!!! So I was craving this last Saturday that I went to Cheongdam hall to get it but they sold out. I drove next day to this location just to get it. The cookie is sooo good. Not overly sweet and soft. I like the chocolate filling as well. The server also recommended the salt bread. I was not going to get this but he said it's really good. I'm like ya okay! OMGOODNESS. Holy moly! What did you guys put in that!! It's like crack! It is like if Auntie Ann's pretzel bread and Croissant had a baby. This is it. I like devoured that. I could have had more. This would have been so good with like a caramel dip. This is on my list to get next time! I love asking staff what's good because they truly know. And if they don't- they don't pay attention. Service is on point! Staff nice and friendly.

Food/Drinks: 4/5 Service: 5/5 Ambiance: 4/5 Tried another coffee shop to get work done. Parking is easy since this place is located in a shopping center. This place has limited seating. One big table in the center and 4-5 two seaters. Place has free wi-fi. Password is near their espresso machine by their cash register. Ordered the "Broken Cream Roasted Matcha Latte" and a Matcha Cookie. My drink was good but there was A LOT of ice. I felt like I took 4 sips and I was done with my drink. I read reviews about their matcha cookie and I'm glad I ordered it. It was buttery and I liked the filling in the center. I am not sure if I would come here again to get work done or to study. Personally, the vibes didn't feel relaxing enough for me to be focused. I would come in again for a coffee or a pastry. This would be a great place to hangout and catch up with a friend. Definitely worth a try!

I've tried a few of their drinks and it's pretty good. The cream top makes it even better. The Broken Cream Latte is strong, even when all the iced melted it doesn't tasted watered down. The Broken Cream Roasted Matcha Latte was good as well but a little too sweet. I would adjust it to probably 50-75% sweetness if I reorder.

This place was a perfect escape from Smile Shota to give my 1 yo a breather. I just took about ten steps and ordered a "ceremonial grade" matcha with oatmilk and a matcha cookie. The kind gentleman who took my order asked for my name and before I could even finish saying it they presented me with my drink. Beautiful. This spot is right when you enter the food hall to the left. I will never process how they made my drink so quickly. I ate my cookie over the span of 4 days, it was DIVINE. I can't wait to go back. My only regret is missing the photo op of my cookie because it had a gold flake in the middle, which I know is pointless and dumb, but god damnit it gets me every time.

Cup of ice and broken cream hojicha

I loved this place but today changed my mind. I ordered an iced broken cream hojicha with ice on the side (in another cup) so I can drink it later. The drink was so skimp. I get it...they need room for ice but that $8 I spent is basically for ice cause it's more ice than liquid. I finished my drink in 5 sips. View pics and video attached. The ice melted on the way home so I put it in the freezer. the melted ice froze into one huge piece of ice on the bottom of the cup so that's the only reason the drink reached the top. $8 is criminal for this

I'm so excited to see Broken Coffee expand across Las Vegas!! We originally discovered this place at the Cheongdam food hall and knew it as one of the best matchas we've ever had. At their newer location I tried one of their espresso drinks, the espresso tonic with OJ, and it was absolutely delicious! This location is wonderful and located right next to Magic Noodle, one of my favorite places to eat in Vegas, so now you can have lunch and a drink all in the same parking lot! They are great at making it very pleasant and aesthetic inside their stores! It was also incredibly quick to get my drink with how busy it was inside!

I really appreciated the care and intention behind everything. I ordered the strawberry hojicha latte and it was delicious. Smooth, balanced, and not too sweet -- just the way I like it. You can really taste the quality. It's a bit pricier than most coffee shops, especially for a smaller cup, so it feels more like a specialty treat rather than an everyday stop. That said, for the quality and overall experience, I'd definitely come back as an occasional treat-yourself spot.

They also do Turkish coffee there and I am dying to check that out when it is winter time! I believe the desserts or most of the desserts are vegan! I did get the lemon loaf and it was fantastic, wasn't too sweet, It was the perfect ratio of lemon to poppyseed to cake. I also got their Chia parfait and it was fresh! They make everything in house! When I paid, I noticed a $2 upcharge, so I politely asked what it was for. The lady at the counter told me it costs more for "shelled eggs." I was confused, so I asked, "So the scrambled eggs aren't real eggs?" She replied that they're "not shelled eggs" and that "everyone else does this." At this point I'm confused as hell. I asked if the $2 meant I was getting the regular scrambled eggs plus over easy eggs. She said no. So I told her, "Okay, just make it the way you normally make it." When I got my food, I asked about getting the $2 upcharge back since I ended up getting the burrito exactly the way it normally comes. She told me they had already made it and she wasn't giving me my $2 back. I politely said, "Not a problem, have a good day," and left. And to be clear, this is NOT about the $2. It's about the principle and the customer service. For a $15 burrito, refusing to refund a $2 upcharge for something I didn't even receive makes absolutely no sense. That $2 just cost you more than $2, because you lost me as a customer. That whole interaction just left a bad taste in my mouth. The burrito might be called Effin Egg, but the customer service was the real "effin" part of the experience.
