This is the only 7-11 location across the county that intentionally supplies soda lids for their small/medium slurpees. The unbelievable thing about is I inquired why the store location does that and they mentioned it is due to customer spills. What a joke! I went to this 711 tonight and my son and sister was accused of stealing when they were eating a snickers they bought at the beach earlier that day. I bought a couple of items and noticed I was triple charged and the store guy wouldn't give me my money back. I would like to bring these 2 Somalians to the managers attention. They are charging people cards for extra money and when confronted acting like you did purchase those items even with the bag of items and receipt and still refuse to give you money back. What can I say about this 7-Eleven location? It's set up pretty much like all 7 Elevens. They carry snack food: potato chips, pretzels, donuts, cookies, peanuts, Jerky, candy and slurpees. Fast food items: hot dogs, salads, packaged deli sandwiches, bagels, packaged vegetable snacks. In the cold section you will find some beers and wines, sodas, juices, milk, eggs basic items. In this convenient store you will find magazines, maps Cigarettes, gum and various other basic items such as first aid products, tape, personal hygiene products, some automotive items, and cleaning supplies. I stopped here to purchase a lottery ticket. The store was busy and there were a couple of customers ahead of me. One customer in particular was on his phone having a loud conversation with a female moving to and from the register picking up additional items to purchase. Mean while the rest of the customers were waiting on him. The clerk remained calm and gave a friendly smile to the folks waiting in line as she processed the customer. When it was my turn she spoke a greeting and processed my transaction quickly, thanking me at the end. I felt she was doing the best job she could under the circumstances. 23rd of December 2019 @ 2pm I wanted a pizza with The Works Instead of saying we're out or we no longer have that type of pizza. I had sensed some malarkey was in Works because I always have been shown the pizza before they cook it. Well....... I was given a burnt pepperoni pizza and told that the pizza is good. I SHALL NEVER GO THERE EVER AGAIN! I knew The BEST 711 is at Euclid and Sweetwater Road in National City, California This one is the opposite. 7-Eleven - chicken wings in a white box - Convenience Stores Near Me - Lemon Grove, California

I'm sad to say this is one of the nastiest locations I've been in. It's now 9:42am with moderate traffic. They have 3 employees working, 2 cashiers and 1 person stocking. The floors are disgusting, the counters need a good cleaning & there's 2 large trash bags just hanging out. This is not due to morning traffic, this is due to laziness. The cashier that I just had from here was just plain rude and ruined my morning. I came in this morning to purchase a 2-liter of soda and my total came to $3.01 so I handed the ones in my pocket. As i'm handing them to her, I noticed that I accidentally grabbed more than $3 and before I could even say anything, She rips them out of my hand and instantly puts them in her drawer without even counting and goes "don't worry about the penny." I told her "no, i gave you more than just $3." She then got really frustrated and told me "well i already put it in the drawer, i don't know how many you gave me." And when i asked her WHY she didn't count it (like all normal cashiers do), she then stated "it only looked like three." I'm sorry but no. HOW did it look like three when they were all stacked on top of each other and she never even bothered counting or spreading them apart to quickly count. She acted like she didn't believe me that i gave her four dollars so i repeated why "Well why didn't you count it?" This time, she didn't even answer. Just shook her head and gave me a really dirty look. She then proceeded to give me my dollar back and then asked me for the one penny that she originally waivered. lmfao, how petty is that? Making me pay the one cent that you originally waivered just because YOU messed up and didn't count somebody's money before putting it in the drawer. Never again will I come back here unless i triple count my money before paying. Better yet...there's another 7-eleven less than a mile from here...i'm just going to make the additional commute from now on. read more

I went to this location to grab a cup of "$1 any size coffee" deal and ended paying full price for an extra large size. At the register they advertise the "$1 any size". Yes..I scanned my app! Staff was rude. No wonder they only have 1 & 1/2 stars on yelp. Should of checked yelp before yelp betting the store. I don't know why 7-11 is not regulating these stores or checking up on customer satisfaction. They should go in and see how 7-11 is being represented at this location. read more

I'm giving them a solid 3.5 stars because they always have my favorite Arizona tea and I don't get charged to use the ATM. This is also a good location because it's right next to Coop's BBQ. The parking lot is cool because unlike some 7-11's you don't have to worry about parking. read more

Worst 7-11 ever. The entire staff that works here are dirt bags. The ones who work during the day only say hi if I am with a female who's attractive. If I am going to stop by a store in which I frequent 2-3 times a week (which is usually considered a regular customer) I would appreciate a hello. If You want to deal with a disrespect cashier at 7 eleven, come to this 7 eleven , in lemon grove sd. I've been to many 7 elevens but this one was terrible! The cashier was very unkind and not understanding. I have gotten a coupon from my Friend, and the guy said it was fake, but In a really rude way. I've used this coupon multiple times at this 7 eleven. This guy was very Disrespectful. I couldn't understand what the guy was saying so I said Parton me and he started yelling at me and my grandmother. My grandmother proceeded and said don't talk to my granddaughter like that that is not a polite, she's 11 years old. Mind you she does not know fluent English she was very upset because of how the guy was talking to a little girl ( 11 ) . Since the coupon did not work I was just going to throw away the Slurpee or just not have it because I have no money on me so he said no you cannot do that he said you have to pay for it my grandma is very polite. Whenever I go visit my parents in Lemon Grove it's hot and all I want is a slurpee or a big gulp. But every time I go to this particular one the soda is always flat AND half of the slurpee machines are out of slurpees. So irritating. Although the manager person is pretty cool about giving out the slurpee refill at the same price as a soda refill when I tell him that its flat. read more

This is the closest 7-eleven to my house and it has always been a let down. I cannot walk into this 711 and not be creepily stared down by one of the cashiers behind the counter. I ignore it as best as I can and I always try to get rung up with the lady because this guy is literally stupid and I have no idea how he keeps working there. One night, I came to purchase a drink and get $10 cash back. I was alone in the store except for the 2 cashiers behind the counter (the older lady and this guy). I was in a bit of a rush and needed to be in n out no more than 5 min. That was not the case. I don't know how fucked up the male cashier was, what drugs he was on, but he seemed to be WAY out of it and was taking FOREVER to ring me up. The entire time he was trying to ask me if I smoke and questions of that sort. Like really dude? Come on. At this point, I've been in the store longer than I want and I am starting to get irritated with this guy so I just immediately grab my things and walk out the store without saying anything else. Because of this, I forgot to get my cash back. Thank god I snatched the receipt from the dumb f*ck and so I was able to go back inside to prove that he didn't give me my cashback. If only it had been that simple. This stupid cashier misunderstood what I was saying because of how out of it he was, and tried to ring me up AGAIN for something I already paid for. I keep repeating myself that he just needed to give me $10 in cash back. I don't know how much more clear I could've been before I finally said, "No, are you stupid?! I need my cashback! I don't have time for this sh*t!." And he finally gave me the $10 and I was on my way finally. Might I note that the other lady was behind the counter the entire time but did not ONCE look up or even offered to help. Such bad service. My friends and I are always complaining about that same cashier but that's for him to decide if he wants to write a review. For me, I don't normally write them but every single time I've been there since, I feel so uncomfortable because this stupid cashier STILL works there and just stares like such a creep when I go. the worst 7-11 in san diego!!!!watch out because they try to jip you out of your money. i cashed a lottery ticket in for $5.the guy gave me $2. then he ripped the ticket up and through it in the trash. i told him i wanted to see my ticket. he told me to get it out the trash. i looked in and it was full of torn up tickets. i didn't dig.i told him im reporting him to the lottery commission. i know it's only a few bucks but it's the point. they charge me 1.29 for the 99 cent drink until i correct them. mold coming out the ice machine and nasty floors i wouldn't let my dog walking on. all these things happen to me different times. that's why i don't go. i was trying to catch the drawing by 7:00 that's why i was there for lottery. never again!! read more
