Wow! This place is such a great find on Broadway Street in Lemon Grove. The health cafe has so many wonderful options for anyone is in the mood for something sweet, but looking for something to improve their health. I had heard about this place online and many people boasted about the healthy options being delicious. I was surprised there was no line mid-morning on a Saturday. The cafe is clean and has a mellow atmosphere that makes for a great place to work or chat with friends. The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. It's clear they put a lot of hard work into their restaurant. I got the Birthday Cake flavored protein shake and one of their vanilla almond donuts. The shake was about $9 and the donut was $4. I waited about 10 minutes for both. I really enjoyed the protein shake, but it is expensive for a drink. If the macros on the shake are correct, I would gladly order this shake again and again (9/10). The donut was amazing! So filling yet also really sweet and really hit the cravings sweet spot (10/10). However, I ordered one of their last ones so I highly recommend getting early or pre-ordering. I loved this place and while it is pricey, that clearly has to do with the healthy ingredients. I've been coming here at least once a week since I started working from an office nearby. It has definitely become my go-to lunch spot whenever I'm in the area. The Snickers bowl is my favorite. I've had at least five of their replacement shakes and all the flavors were really good. They have a convo where you can add an energy tea for only three dollars more. Got the Mazapán shake and the Mango Peach refresher, both were super delicious! The Mazapán shake tops from all other shakes I've ever had and shake was very filling. This is my second time coming to this place and still amazing protein shakes are great if you're someone like myself well works at the gym and either want to meal replacement and extra protein with probiotic and fat burner within the protein shake amazing! Sidenote, if you drink the shake, odds are you will not be hungry, so definitely does satisfy the stomach for meal replacement if you're someone that really is focusing on the gym heavy.
