I just recently had a gastric bypass sleeve 8 days ago and I can only drink protein shakes and this place did not disappoint, no sugar, and I got the Caramel Latte and they do not use dairy. It was perfect I added extra 7grams of protein with the already twenty something it comes with. The service was amazing. Jocelyn was so helpful and I love the music they were playing in the place. I'm so glad I found this place! I had forgotten my smoothie at home & I count on it for my majority of protein intake. So I was able to get to this place, and thankfully they had a non dairy option for me with still high amount of protein. It was super tasty as well. Wow! This place is such a great find on Broadway Street in Lemon Grove. The health cafe has so many wonderful options for anyone is in the mood for something sweet, but looking for something to improve their health. I had heard about this place online and many people boasted about the healthy options being delicious. I was surprised there was no line mid-morning on a Saturday. The cafe is clean and has a mellow atmosphere that makes for a great place to work or chat with friends. The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. It's clear they put a lot of hard work into their restaurant. I got the Birthday Cake flavored protein shake and one of their vanilla almond donuts. The shake was about $9 and the donut was $4. I waited about 10 minutes for both. I really enjoyed the protein shake, but it is expensive for a drink. If the macros on the shake are correct, I would gladly order this shake again and again (9/10). The donut was amazing! So filling yet also really sweet and really hit the cravings sweet spot (10/10). However, I ordered one of their last ones so I highly recommend getting early or pre-ordering. I loved this place and while it is pricey, that clearly has to do with the healthy ingredients. I hope to become a regular at this fine establishment and I will highly recommend it to anyone looking for something healthy sweetness in their life. read more

I've been coming here at least once a week since I started working from an office nearby. It has definitely become my go-to lunch spot whenever I'm in the area. The Snickers bowl is my favorite. It actually tastes like candy, but it is packed with protein and keeps you full. If you like Snickers bars, you really need to try this bowl. I cannot even explain how good it is. You just have to try it for yourself. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. Their menu consists of meal replacement shakes, energy teas, protein waffle and donuts, açaí bowl, and more! I forgot to take a picture of the fall menu, but I recommend them. I've had at least five of their replacement shakes and all the flavors were really good. They have a convo where you can add an energy tea for only three dollars more. This place is awesome. First time coming here, the lady explained how they do heir drinks and the add-ons. Everyone was super friendly and polite. Got the Mazapán shake and the Mango Peach refresher, both were super delicious! The Mazapán shake tops from all other shakes I've ever had and shake was very filling. This is my second time coming to this place and still amazing protein shakes are great if you're someone like myself well works at the gym and either want to meal replacement and extra protein with probiotic and fat burner within the protein shake amazing! Stopped in to check out the options at Nutrition Solution & was very pleased with their healthy shakes. I got the Banana Split shake - low in calories and low glycemic index but tasty and chocolatey! I also added a refresher because I was yes something lighter - the dragonfruit was amazing and ice cold. Most of all, the service was impeccable. Super delicious shakes and bowls. My girlfriend and I also tried the sprinkled protein donut and it was amazing. I had a berry bowl and my girlfriend the birthday cake shake. Awesome experience here. Great atmosphere and very welcoming staff. They had exactly what I wanted and more. My wife and I came here over the weekend, the place is clean and the staff was super helpful and very nice, we sat down after we ordered expecting to get up to get our drinks but they brought them out to us.
