It's 130 in a Thursday .... They're locked up. Why have store hours if you cannot even abide by them. Won't be back. Wasted my time driving all the way here.

This is my shop stop when I bring others gifts from Colorado. Nuts, sweets and salty treats.

Excellent array of chocolate and nuts

Although I love The Chocolate therapist the best - I ordered some items for my family in New Orleans. They had pecan pralines that week so I spoiled my family although I live in Colorado alone. I sent off 7 gift baskets to family members in New Orkeans and I got ZERO!!!!! For Christmas except from a post office clerk named Mark. If I weren't for Mark from the post office and Julie Pech the Chocolate Therapist I would not have gone here..

The dark chocolate truffles were just wonderful and I loved the flavor combinations like raspberry, peach and cayenne. Looking forward to visiting the shop and trying even more! I don't know how many times I had passed by this store in the past. After making a stop at the…read morecoffee shop right next door, I FINALLY stopped by this adorable chocolatier to check it out for the first time. And I'm happy to say that I enjoyed today's visit tremendously. What a large selection of chocolates they have! And everything is neatly placed and displayed. I simply had a hard time choosing as to what I'd get. Yup, you have to make at least several trips to get to know what the store sells but even after the several trips, you would only cover 30-40% (at the most) of their selection (is my assumption.) The lady at the counter was courteous and offered to assist me if needed; service is top-notch. I got me a bar of chocolate (thought I grabbed dark but ended up with milk; this was okay!); a few caramels; a few square truffles and a single square of some simple milk chocolate piece. The total came about $18 with some change. Not bad. Along with the cap I got from the next door coffee shop, I started to savor the two truffles in my car. Palisade Peach was phenomenal; Mango Chili was delicious, too but I liked the Palisade Peach better. And the decorative printing on top of the truffle pieces was simply a beautiful piece of art. At home, I had a few pieces of the milk chocolate bar (violet). The violet flavor was subtle and as such, I didn't taste it much but overall, this is a very delicious bar to say the least. I'd definitely try the rose flavor one next time (there was also blueberry lavender flavor one; there should be more I believe.) It's not just for yourself; it's a great place to buy some sweets as a gift! Great for holidays!

I thought maybe I got an old bag or something, but the "best by" date was like almost 2 months in the future (which means it probably wasn't old). It wasn't the worst kettle corn I ever had by any means, but it might be the worst if you make up a metric like goodness to cost ratio. They have a huge variety of flavors, so that's really neat. They also have plenty of samples of various flavors, so try before you buy. In a pinch or moment of uninspired indecision, I could see these popcorn products making it into a rotation of generic holiday or special occasion gifts. Perhaps somewhere in the line up between summer sausage set and assorted chocolate.
