This young woman knows how to make a gosh darn banana split! She was quick, flexible, and gave us some great customer service. Her scooping skills were fabulous, the scoops were very circular and the banana was cut to perfection. She gave great flavor recommendations, as if she's had a banana split everyday! Epic! I bought a sundae here over the weekend, it was a Saturday afternoon, and no one was in the place. I also purchased a quart of ice cream to take home. First the sundae had no flavor, I got chocolate chip, it was so bland. Very disappointing. The quart was peanut butter chocolate, I kid you not, it tasted like it had pepper in it. In this particular area of Highlands Ranch, there's not a lot of choices when it comes to ice cream. However, it works when the craving of ice cream strikes (as it does often). The kids love the fun flavors and themed treats they can get. The one employee here was friendly and helpful. She seemed to be multitask to the best of her ability. I have a huge problem with the cleanliness of the store. An hour after opening the floor looks like it's hasn't been mopped in weeks. The chairs have smears of ice cream and lasting dirt stains. The bathroom is horrendous. I'd love to keep coming but I just can't justify it under these dirty conditions. read more

I walked in today to immediately see two girls in plain sight, one girl was like giving the other girl an ear piercing or something and putting whatever they used on the counter, when I walked in I wasn't acknowledged or anything until about 5 seconds before they finally took my order, I worked in food service and if I was ever caught doing this and ignoring customers i'd be in big trouble, I just found it kind of nasty how they were doing it in plain sight and especially where customers are eating can easily see it. read more

Absolute worst customer service I've ever received. Ordered on July 4 at 7:30pm but store closed at 5:30pm. That's fine but the website allowed me to order for pickup and TOOK MY MONEY. Reached out to support for a refund of my money $19.51 and they requested a receipt which I provided along with a picture of the closed store. No response...crickets. Went to the store in person on July 5 for a refund. Nobody there could help me. Here I am 2 days later being ignored by everyone. Quick to take your money and screw you over, but no care in the world to address the problem. Why are they accepting orders and taking money when they're closed? Why won't they respond when requesting a refund for something I NEVER RECEIVED??? I will never order from Baskin Robbins again....EVER. read more

Been coming here for years. Have always had a good experience. Last 2 times the scoops have been so small. Like 2 bites. Tried again tonight and same thing. My husband finished his before I finished paying. And, the prices have gone up. Typical screw the customer. Give less and charge more. Not worth it to go back. So sad. read more

This place is absolutely disgusting. The floors, tables, counters, and even the wall (yes the walls!) are absolutely filthy. The place was near empty when we went there on a Saturday night, which should have been our first clue. Despite a lack of customers, everything was dirty, and the two teenagers working there couldn't have cared less. They were more interested in sitting in the back staring at their phones than helping customers. I guess that's what you get when you pay minimum wage. We normally love Baskin-Robbins, until today. My five year-olds's ice cream rolled off of her cone as we were walking away from the counter. It's not like she tripped and dropped it, the ice cream literally rolled off the cone. This makes it seem like it wasn't packed correctly onto the cone. I would rate it zero if I could. This is one of the worst Baskin Robbins I have ever been to. The only reason they are still open is due to the fact that Highlands Ranch has so many people and families that like ice cream. I would suggest anyone that likes ice cream to travel a little further to any other ice cream place because here you are going to get shakes with more milk then ice cream and no cones for your ice cream. If you want a chocolate shake I would suggest just going to King Soopers and buy a chocolate milk it will not only save you 3.00 but it will taste better. read more
