It says online that they're open 24/7 but they're actually closed 2-4 and will rudely turn you away if you show up

Rude employee did not let me buy anything, even though it is open 24/7. I don't recommend going here as it is usually sketchy anyways.

I tried their Americano with thick lavender creme and it was subtle yet nice. Never had an Americano like that and I didn't hate it. I say that because I normally do take my coffee on the dark side with zero to a splash of milk. But this did look appealing so I said why not be different today lol They also had food tried the bulgolgi burrito it was okay very hearty on the meat and had two eggs on it but I felt something was missing? It wasn't bad def massive and I felt like I had enough for 3 total meals lol Ventured out here after taking Ruby out to the vet hospital and needed to kill time for pick up. Def would be back again. You could see they knew the locals as many frequent this spot as a grab and go coffee joint. Great vibes and massive outdoor patio with lots of seating for working as well! !

The barista was helpful in sharing all the matcha options I could get so I chose the matcha with lavender syrup. The matcha had a deep green color and blended nicely with a hint of lavender so it wasn't too sweet. Price point felt a bit higher for the flavored matcha options. Easy street parking in the neighborhoods. Went in the afternoon so it wasn't that busy. The outdoor patio was gorgeous, spacious, and had a really cute aesthetic. Would totally meet up with some friends here since it's a friendly vibe outside.

Opened in April 2024 after a 2.5-year struggle, this husband-wife-and-dog owned specialty cafe has quickly become a West Adams gem, bringing high-quality craft coffee to an underserved urban area. Housed in a charming building that was once a family home, House Coffee Co isn't just another coffee shop -- it's a labor of love creating the community space this neighborhood desperately needed. Coffee Program: They use Boxx Coffee for their drip coffee and No. 1, House Blend for their expresso beans. Pastries Program: They outsource their pastries from Cake Monkey. Ambiance/Decor: Neat chill ambiance with interior and exterior furnishings to sit and have a snack on. You can also do some work or study. Entertainment: They have some board games to play with if you have time to play. Service: Service was great. The barista was welcoming and offered fun facts about the shop. Drink Of Choice: Had a drip coffee. They were brewing peruvian coffee beans. It was quite solid and went down the hatch quite nicely. I got a cold brew and a coffee cake muffin, my bf got a matcha. I have to say I've never had cold brew this good, and that's without sweetener! They use Groundwork beans but didn't confirm if that's what the cold brew was made from. The muffin was also delicious, very soft and moist, tastes homemade. My boyfriend, who doesn't like muffins, loved it! And after his 1st sip of matcha he said it's 'the truth'. The women's working at the counter were very nice and personable. The service was pretty quick too. I love the warm, plant aesthetic the shop has too. 10/10 recommend, I look forward to coming back for to try the avocado toast

Many of the smaller artisinal coffee shops close around 2-3 pm. Luckily, Qamaria Yemeni Coffee Co. Is not one of those early closers, and I'm so glad I was able to come here after work at 6pm before my long drive back to San Fernando Valley. Just the small sample that I got today already made me want to come back here. I got a cup of Americano made from Mount Haraz medium roast coffee from Yemen, and it was just so delicious with its slightly earthy but pleasant flavor. There are a lot of other unique coffee drinks from Mufawar ( Mount Haraz medium roast + cardamom) to Sheeba (Qishr coffee beans) with ginger & cinammon. And coffee is not the only thing on the menu that can take you on an adventure. The desert and pastries are all very tantalizing, from Saffron Milk Cake to Honeycomb Khaliat Al-Nahl cake to what I got, which is the very delicious Pistachio Kunafa Cheesecake. It was a real treat for anyone who wants to take their sweet tooth beyond the basic same ol' flavors you tend to see in majority of coffee shops! Additionally, the shop has a gorgeous interior decor with its high ceilings, beautiful murals, and exquisite presentation of your tasty treats! Love the tray the used for my Americano and dessert! I'll be sure to come back here, especially since it does open late!

It has everything I look for in a coffee shop/cafe: a robust menu of delicious beverage and food options, a good amount of comfortable seating, free parking (in the back), late hours, friendly service, and a cozy ambiance. My friend and I came in late on a Saturday night, and we were able to find parking and seating easily. We ordered the Rose Milk Cake and Kunafa Cheesecake, and we agreed that the former was definitely the standout of the two desserts. It reminded me a bit of Tres Leches - soft and moist sponge cake soaked in a delicious rose water-infused milk, topped with fluffy whipped cream. We had no trouble finishing the entire slice and leaving no crumbs behind. I was a bit underwhelmed with the Kunafa Cheesecake; it tasted like a standard cheesecake (on the drier side as well) with some shredded phyllo dough piled on top, and it didn't really remind me of Kunafa. However, I'd still be down to come back and try some of the other desserts, as well as their coffee. I loved the beautifully designed interior of the shop, especially the soaring ceilings and the stunning arched windows on the second floor. It seems like a pretty popular spot for both studying as well as catching up with friends. Overall, I really enjoyed Qamaria and am looking forward to returning!
