I like this location. I have shopped here for over a decade. All convenience stores are pricey now, this one is similar. The selection of snacks is better than some other locks convenience stores. I'm reviewing the gas station specifically, not the convenience store. This location is very spacious and perfect for RV fueling, which was exactly what we needed. All the pumps were in working order, and diesel fuel is available here as well. Lived here since 2015 and this place just keeps rusting away. Nobody maintains it. It's a dilapidated dump. First and foremost some of the pumps leak gas. Also Gas pumps and card machine are falling apart. You can't see the screens. The buttons are faded or gone and just don't work. Once you get past that card reader bever responds. Plastic card inserts are faded and falling apart. Besides that random pumps are constantly out of order. Space is literred with nails and other tire killing crud that falls from construction trucks. I love 7-11, it's another magical memory from my youth. I remember as a 5-6 year old coming here and getting tattoos that would stick when you wet them with water and a slurpee. The worst 7-11 on the peninsula. they don't maintain their coffee machine machines. The French vanilla was out of order. There was a huge electrical cord strung out across the floor... Trip hazard. The store looks dirty. The worst part was the lack of customer service. There were three of us, waiting at the counter for somebody to ring us up. When the guy came out from the back, he didn't greet us. He rang up my coffee and never said a word. It was almost as if he was mad at us for bothering him. No return trip for me. read more

I am a trade worker and run from call to call and rely solely on public restrooms for my resting duties. I had intended to purchase items from the store but I really had to use the restroom first. Now I know upkeep in these places isn't cheap and they relay on you purchasing items in the store to help keep the store open and bathrooms in working order. I asked the female attendant if they had restrooms. She stated they did but that I had to buy something or pump gas. This is a given for me. I always generally support the establishments I use the bathroom in. I feel this is a huge turn off to be asked to buy something. I feel it to be very petty and unnecessary and actually triggers the "I will not come back to this establishment" response in me. Now I did purchase something but I will say I was hard pressed to find a bag of chips that I like in this place. They lack options for sure. Then I wanted some 5 hour energy to go with and they had only one option where most stations have multiple options. So nevertheless I purchased a bag of chips that was hard to find and that's it and I will never be back to this location let alone support it. I would advise not voicing this to your customers for this reason. It is a huge turn off. Plus you have limited selection of available items. Thumbs down from me! read more

If I could leave less than one star I would. Employees at this establishment, completely unprofessional. I came in to get a cup of ice, which is normally one dollar. The guy that was helping me in the front I don't know his name, but he had braids and glasses. He was goofing off with the other representative working. When I went to pay, he told me it was going to be $3.50. I explained to him that I am my regular customer that comes in and just gets a cup of ice and he is body language was not so welcoming. Explaining that whatever goes in the cup is $3.50 no exceptions. I understand if there was a price changed, but, people are a little on the edge already. When you're employed in a place where you're job is to provide customer service to customers that walk in the building that attitude should be a little welcoming. This is what I was taught. And this is why I am voicing my opinion on here. Totally unprofessional and I will not be coming back to this location. Recommendation to the owner, higher people that have a more welcoming personality. When you have friendly people in the front working for you more than likely, your business will succeed. I spent 99 cents for large sodas at both of the other 7-11's. Well this store is nearly $4! I once asked for a big gulp drink during covid when they had to serve it for me. Earlier this evening I asked the gentleman behind the counter if I could have some air he replied yes it's a dollar fifty I said can you just press the free button he said no you have to make gas purchase at the same time. I let him know I just spent about $130 just two days prior filling up my vehicle as normal and I only need air about once a month vs the multiple vehicles I fill up with gas regularly.I asked to add speak to the owner when she claimed he was So i told him continue to be a dick.. laughed out loud and let him know that despite my tattered appearance because I've been in my work clothes all day I financially had no problem with paying for the air it was a principle behind the matter I even offered to show him my receipt from two days prior but since it was a long day alread I went on about my business.. I have been frequenting this 7-Eleven location for some time now, as I live just around the corner. I've always had a pleasant experience with all the employees that I've come across here as well. Until lately. There is a young man who works afternoon to late afternoons on the weekdays, I believe. Every exchange that I have had with him has had some sort of negative exchange, whether it be his body language, verbal or his"better than everyone else" attitude that emanates out of him. I have purchased cigarettes here a handful of times as to which sometimes he has not asked for I.D. and sold to me, some other times he he has asked for I.D. and I have simply given it to him. But today he had asked for my ID. I did not have it as I had decided to walk today since it was so nice out and I had forgotten it at home. He looked at me smugly and said something along the lines of "I will not sell you cigarettes." To my knowledge of the law it is that you must not look younger than 35 yrs of age. Mind you I am 10 years Senior to that. I know he knows my face too from our past interactions. I continued to buy my Pringles and gum with my debit card. I was soo appalled by his disrespect that I just quickly left, leaving the gum I had purchased and he did not give me my receipt. I did manage to tell him that I would be contacting his boss to inform him of his poor customer service skills. Another time I had gone there around 10 in the evening or so and asked if he could offer me cash back after purchasing gas there on my debit card. He told me in a hurried, Im wasting his time fashion, that they DO NOT do that there. I said ok well can I get it out of the ATM then? He just pointed behind me at the ATM. After I finished with that I thought to myself "Oh boy this guy is gonna REALLY like me know" I went back to stand in line for some change. He looked over at me from where he looked to be "pretend stocking". He proceeded to let me stand there for another 5 minutes not really caring that I was waiting in line for his help. He has never simply said "Thank you, have a nice day" or anything remotely like that. Another time I came in and asked him if he could cash my lotto tickets. They were a big whopping $20. He looked me in the face and told me that they do not do that there. Which I know for a fact that they do. He obviously didn't want to be bothered by taking the time to give me the 20 in exchange for my tickets. So as you can see I do not recommend frequenting this location unless you would like to leave with a sour taste in your mouth. They are also privately owned so if you've noticed their prices are also much higher than most 7-Eleven locations. read more
