Hi Friends, I'm in Heaven with This 7Eleven. This 7-Eleven is number two in the whole USA. It's at it's busiest here on weekday mornings. It's FRESH Hot coffee and strategic location on Route 110, make this 7-Eleven # 2 in the USA. I was warmly greeted by the manager while ordering my coffee this morning. I'm told, during the weekdays the line for the coffee goes all the way up and down the aisles here. I saw that the coffee Island was stocked with all of the usual condiments to make your hot beverage special. A large refrigerated section runs the entire side of the store. There's literally a selection of 100's of drinks. This 7-Eleven has all the modern cooking facilities to prepare those quick grab-and-go snacks including a whole pepperoni pizza in less than 5 minutes. Recently I was able to come and easily pick up extra cases of beer on short notice for my Halloween party. I was surprised to find the Budweiser long-neck bottles in a BIG case icy cold as well as other last minute party supplies. Cool! As I was getting coffee I saw this big cool 64 Oz 1 gallon hot cold giant coffee mug. Even included your fill up FREE. It says;" HELLO My name is".. Loving it. Sold to BIG JIM. Very rude service. Guy working the register gave me attitude for no reason. I swear I've never been treated worse by a cashier

Honestly, this is probably one of the dirtiest more messy 7-Eleven I ever been to there's no coffee every single time I go in there the sodas in the soda machine don't work or has it been replaced then you want to drink diet Pepsi but instead you're drinking regular Pepsi. The people who worked there really don't care and most of the times they're talking to their family members. Not clean. Inattentive girl at the register would rather text on phone while the line gets longer. Coffee cups dropped on floor, and the mop guy picked them up off the dirty floor, and put them back in the canister. Coffee cap holder always dirty, and coffee counter dirty. To note and be fair, they are under new management as of recently so it's like a brand new business again and any previous experience has been disregarded for this review. If you're here in the morning, give yourself some time cuz you will wait to make your coffee as people shuffle around the coffee dispensers and milk cooler. Everyone and their mama who works in Melville will be right there doing the cha cha slide with you around that station. I've never had an issue with them not having a certain flavor coffee. I normally go here in the afternoon for unsweetened iced tea because Dunkin is too far and they make it fresh at this 7-11. But the last few times I've been disappointed and had to get a fountain coke because they didn't have my tea. It's like they forced an unhealthy option on me, totally kidding. Parking lot is busy all hours of the day and has two separate entrances. If it's rush hour, expect to wait for a parking space. They're normally well stocked and have a good variety of typical convenience store items. The fresh foods made are hit-or-miss. Sometimes it looks like the pizza was made two days ago where the dough looks like literal cardboard. Just save yourself the disappointment and money and avoid it the pizza. read more

Stay away from this 7-11 . The cashier was about to steal money from me . This 7-11 will hide big Gulp cups if it goes on sale . The soda machine always out of order . I will not go to this one . Couple years ago the old management care more about their customers but this new management do not even care . Worst 7-eleven I've ever been to. Been coming here for a while, solely because it's close to work, todays the last time I'll step foot in there. This place never has supplies, never has coffee grips, never has napkins in the coffee station, never has any of the flavored coffee options. I've never seen a 7-eleven that only has the regular coffee flavors, no French vanilla or anything. I went to get a coffee, accidentally spilled, there are no napkins anywhere for customers to clean it up..because why would there be? I put another cup on so it wouldn't be a mess, the guy at the register gives me a hard time and tells me "only one cup allowed" then proceeds to let me know I could have it for .75 cents. Give me a break.. Service here is always rude, employees always act like you are a disservice to them for making them work, the woman behind the counter is always on the phone talking, no customer service at all. We are in the middle of a fucking pandemic and the employees here don't care as they expect their customers to be using poop-smeared toilets. When I pointed it out to this fat Indian guy behind the counter on his phone that the bathroom is disgusting, he carelessly shrugs me off, tells me he won't clean the bathroom and calls me an asshole. Even if COVID-19 weren't ravaging the world right now, this is still absolutely unacceptable by any standard. Great customer service skills there, buddy, and then you wonder why this store has a low rating with similar complaints to hygiene, customer service and threats to health when you expect customers to use unhygienic bathrooms and even eat and drink here and not care about anyone else's health, especially during a pandemic of all times when you can't even be bothered to practice basic hygienic standards. I won $ 200.00 on a scratch off. Cashier at 7-11 613 Broadhollow Rd. Melville would not give me cash and wanted me to take $ 200.00 in additional scratch offs. Took back my ticket and went somewhere else to cash in. I was not able to.The first cashier at this 7-11 had already marked it paid in the system. I immediately went back to him and loudly insisted on cash and he reluctantly gave me cash. I will never return to this location read more

Customer Service at this location has always been terrible but I am leaving a negative feedback due to my most recent experience. In all honesty the cashiers need to be re-trained or replaced at this place. read more

This is one of the grossest 7 elevens I've ever been to, and I go to plenty of them. It looks nice from outside and it's in a decent area, but it's filthy inside. There was food all over the floor and stuff just tossed everywhere, it looked like an earthquake just happened before I walked in. WORST 711 in the area! What everyone says on here is true! The girl is always on the phone and looks like she does not care, not many options for anything, the hot food is always looking like a mess and unorganized. The main thing for me is on a hot day i like getting a slurpee and let me just say that they probably have about 3 options. The blueberry is brown, the cherry is clear, and the 3rd flavor looks like sewage water! I will not be going here again! i rather go old school and drink from a hose. The other 711 up the road is way better and cleaner! read more

The lady that husband owns the store is rude the charged me 5 cents for a bag that I didn't have to pay for being that I purchased items from there store they walk away during transactions the coffee area was dirty always is they have new people working there worst than the old employees I have never been to a establishment so dirty and disrespectful and she selling weight loss products on the side of the 7/11 they don't like black people be very aware they don't speak English at all but are racist I don't get it also while the lady is ringing u up she texts on her phone one more thing her son that was probably 15 was ringing up cigarettes and alcohol during COVID can we talk about child labor stay far far far away if there was a 0 star I would have picked that awful read more

I'm not sure why they are open at all if there is nothing to offer. If all you want is sugar, chips and soda you are in luck. If you are looking for something somewhat appetizing it's not in this store. The options are all the same. I didn't find anything except water. Not very convenient. As far as 7-Eleven is concerned, this is the bar to be met. I would go with 5 stars, but the parking is infuriating at certain times of the day. The store is always clean, the staff is always pleasant. The proximity to my job is convenient. I stop at this location multiple times a week and I'll continue to do so. read more

This is the best place to get a snack after a long day of work.the place is very clean . They always have pizza and chicken wings to take home. Their soda machine works very good . I go there 3 times a week. Great staff . They are very friendly. They also care about their customer . read more

The only reason this 7-11 isn't getting five stars is because of the small parking lot. The staff is always friendly. There's never a wait. And if something isn't on the shelf they're always more than happy to check in the back for you. read more

Already off to a very bad start here with new management. The fruit cups are half filled compared to before. The place is a mess to the point that it's a hazard. Shelves were empty. Fridges were empty. The big gulp machine was out of many different sodas. I hope they improve. read more

This is literally the worst 711 experience ever. Do not go to this place because you will be harassed. I went to the bathroom, asked for a taquito and my boyfriend was looking at the sanitizer at the front desk. He popped open the top and poured a little out and smelt it. The guy at the front counter gave him such a hard time and tried to yell at him to buy it .. so I asked him why it was already open. He persisted I buy it so I said I didn't want anything and I was leaving. He told me he has cameras and he's calling the cops on us. For what reason, I don't know. And he started calling them. I used to come to this 711 all the time but since this guy is there, every time I go here is a nightmare. This was the last straw. This 7-11 would be great but the employees particularly working the overnight shift are just down right rude. I go there every night for a cup of coffee and this one time my coffee tasted bad so I went back to change it. Being a valued customer you would think this would be an easy process. But instead they got very angry when I asked to simply get a new cup of coffee. After a few minutes of arguing he said just go get a new one. So I threw mine away to get a new one. As I filled a new cup up with fresh coffee I was yelled at again for taking a new cup. He actually wanted me to use an old cup with bad coffee in it and became VERY angry. I then just threw it out and left. In the day this location is good but overnight it completely sucks. read more

I pretty much go here everyday with my boyfriend. We are always friendly and they always recognize us. Well I've never had a problem with them until now. My boyfriend bought a sandwich and paid for it on his card, but the machine said it didn't go through. So he swiped his card again, used up the rest of his account balance, and then we paid cash for the rest. They gave us a receipt after I asked for one for the 2nd debit transaction. When we realized he had paid for it twice we showed the cashier his bank statement to tell her. Well she was very rude and kept insisting that it had not gone through. She then told us to bring it up with the bank. So I realized we would probably need the receipt for the rest we paid in cash so I went up to the other cashier to ask if he could get it for us. Well the woman told the other cashier what happened in Spanish knowing we can't speak it to defend ourselves or verify the story and he looks at me and tells me I should have asked for the receipt before. However, when my boyfriend paid the second time with the debit I asked for it and she gave me one, but she didn't give me a receipt for the rest I paid with cash. They were very rude though they see us practically everyday. They didn't even offer us another solution (such as taking another sandwich that we paid for) or try to be nice or helpful. They were rude off the bat and gave us attitude despite the fact that we were being polite and kept saying that it is not their fault. Since they did not care that they stole our money and did not apologize for the situation, we will not be returning ever again. read more

poor customer service my coworker went there brought me a vitimin water back from soda machine she didnt know suppose to be pink in color it was water i calle djust to let store know and MGR told me had wrong store just wanted to let him know wasnt working again he said wrong store i checked very rude didnt gice me time to explain or nothing its $1.40 it really is not the cost of it why i was complaining it was to say hey machine out but thank you mister NOT NICE MANAGER i hope people read this and stop at one of the other 10 711 on 110 as you said to me Have a great day. read more
