And they have a lot of pumps and it's on a side road off the highway that is a lot of times faster than the highway and the people who work here are nice and they have a really good selection of snacks and drinks and even wine and cheese since it is Napa and the family that owns it happens to be very nice and intelligent as well respectful. They also usually hold a little fair in the parking lot every year that's pretty nice with food and giveaways and what not as a thank you to the community. Nick, support your community. There's 12 chargers, and it's usually only 1/3 full, at least the times I've gone. For Wine Country tourists driving north from the greater Bay Area, I'd suggest using this supercharger instead of the one at the Napa Outlets (15 minutes north, usually pretty busy). As far as conveniences go, there's a big Chevron store with restrooms in the same parking lot.

During my visit, I experienced behavior that I found to be unprofessional, disrespectful, and inappropriate for a customer service environment. Upon entering the store I was approaching the counter, I was met with a negative attitude from Karen. She spoke to me in a rude tone and appeared irritated without any clear reason. When I asked a question she responded dismissively and did not provide helpful or courteous service. This is the second time I have experienced unprofessional behavior from this employee.

Great prices if it's available!…read more Safeway American Canyon consistently has some of the lowest gas prices in the area. Located on highway 29, it gets quit a bit of traffic. Per usual, they have a cash or credit card option, with cash being 10 cents per gallon cheaper. I usually pay with a debit card to get the best deal. If you shop at Safeway you can use your rewards to get an additional 10 cents off per gallon. They've been known to run out of gas, so I suggest going early if at all possible. It is usually crowded in the evenings when people get off work.
