So I had to drag the kids and wife in again and spend money and time priority mailing the wife's photo in. I may end up having to mail the kids' in as well as expediting their request, we'll see. I asked if I could get new pictures and a refund and the guy, who said he didn't mess up the pictures the first time (he did unless he has a twin) said we could get new pictures only after we returned all other pictures and refused to provide a refund so we could go somewhere more competent. The new pictures seem better so we'll see. I understand we could have looked at the poor pictures better before sending them with our passport application however what I don't understand is the attitude from multiple employees during the process and the poor customer service experience in general. If you do get passport pictures here make sure you check them thoroughly. The rest of this Walgreens seems fine. If you buy something and it's not on sale it will probably be overpriced but that's normal for Walgreens.
