This location has no issues wasting your time. I waited 24 hours after my dr sent in my prescription to pick it up just to find out that they hadn't even bothered to fill it. You have to call or stop by to pick up your prescription before they will make any effort to do their job. Once, shame on them. Twice, shame on me. I'll be moving pharmacies because why suffer bad service when there are other options. Don't believe the pharmacist Alkesh is sorry when he makes no effort to provide decent service. read more

I have to give this CVS a shoutout, because I've been a loyal customer for over 3 years and this pharmacy is seriously the best. The head pharmacist is so helpful and nice, which is so appreciated considering I am constantly picking up prescriptions here. Whenever I start a new medication I am always given the proper instructions. I love that I'm able to auto-fill and I get texts/calls when they are ready to pick up. I usually go through the drive-thru to grab my prescriptions and it's always fast and easy. I live nearby this CVS, so it's a convenient spot to pick up anything I might need (in addition to my pharmacy needs) -- makeup, shampoo, batteries, candy, paper towels, you name it. They're always stocked and the cashiers are friendly! read more

We are frequent customers of this CVS since we work nearby. I went to this CVS on Christmas day with my sister. As we got in line, the supervisor while at the register told us the register was closed, he walked away, and told us to go to the self checkout lane. We were struggling at the self checkout lane because our coupons were not working and the prices weren't showing up as they were. All this while, the manager came back to the register that was now miraculously open again and started helping other patrons. We had to abandon our transaction and the manager (white male boomer with glasses) came and started yelling at us for abandoning the transaction. Not only did he scream at us, he physically pushed my sister. So disrespectful & rude and ruined our Christmas day for his power/ego trip. There were other customers there who came to our support and saw the obnoxiousness of the entire situation and how we were treated. Let me start this review by saying we are in the middle of a very serious pandemic and under strict guidance and regulations, which are very serious. I especially take these things so serious because I have 2 autoimmune diseases and suffer from asthma as well. Maybe the everyday person isn't as concerned, but someone like me kind of has to be. I've shopped at this store a few times and never had issues prior, in fact I found most the people pretty pleasant up until today. Like many others I was out gathering some last minute supplies due to our lockdown enforcement. When I went to check out I noticed they had the front of the store set up with a sign stating the strict guidelines of the CDC, and maintaining social distance. There were red taped X marks on the ground to help guide customers in having enough distance. There was also a very dirty looking table with a very dirty looking scanner on it where you had to self scan for check out. I noticed there was no hand sanitizer present even though you were forced to touch all of these dirty things that everyone else is touching. I suggested to the store clerk that they should keep sanitizer up front for customers if they are going to require them to touch things that everyone else is. His response was someone would steal it. I understand this is a sad possibility with what is going on, however if clerks are at the front monitoring the customers checking out as they should be at a self checkout; and there are cameras, there should still be some sort of sanitization offered. I noticed a gentleman upfront with nicer clothes on and asked if he was the manager, he stated to me that he was one of them. I mentioned to him that all other stores enforcing a self checkout policy have hand sanitizer, and considering this is a massive pandemic they should also offer it as well. He kind of shrugged me off and didn't comment back. I then told him it might be nice if he mentioned it to the people above him and mention that customers are asking about it, because that's the only way things actually change in this world. He then became VERY rude with me and snapped an attitude in front of all the other customers and employees and raised his voice at me stating that he "heard me the first time, and would handle it in his office later in an email to his higher up." I told him he did not need to raise his voice at me because I was not raising mine at him, and he could have politely told me that the first time instead of blowing off what I was saying and not responding to me. He then told me "I am not required to respond to every person that talks to me, I don't have to acknowledge you." AGAIN very rudely in front of every person present. I responded to him, again calmly, and told him that as a manager he absolutely should respond to a paying customer who is bringing up a serious issue, and who is being polite to him. And that had he just responded to me the first time and politely acknowledged me to let me know he'd bring it up to his boss, it wouldn't be an issue. I called him sir the entire time and as he continued to then raise his voice at me I said ok sir you have a nice day and walked out. As I walked out he chased me out of the store and told me "next time don't come here", and instead to "go shop at Walgreens." Your job as a manager is to answer customer question/concerns, treat people with respect because you are the face and representation of the store and the stores brand, be patient and kind, and most DEFINITELY respond to customers who are speaking to you directly and with a respectful tone. Even if a customer raises their voice and is rude, which I was not, then you handle yourself professionally and treat them better... be the example. I spent $80 in this store today! Let me tell you I will not stop until this is handled. I am a business owner, I am immunocompromised, a polite person, and this is a VERY serious issue. No manager should EVER treat a paying customer with such disregard. If any of my employees ever treated a customer this way, they would be fired! This is unacceptable and should never happen to anyone. read more

I LOVE THIS CVS! I live close to here and and it has a lot available and it gives you more coupons back then Walgreens does (across the street). The people are the pharmacy are friendly and laid back. I also donate blood when they have Heartland come visit and they give you a free $25 dollar gift card for CVS. read more

They usually have all of the ExtraBucks items on my shopping list. The managers who I've interacted with are all nice. The store is clean and organized. The variety of items is not as large as some of the other area stores, but it's decent. Clearance could be better. read more

The workers are always really super nice. But they are constantly stocking shelves which means you could stand at the front waiting to pay for a few minutes before someone comes up to help. read more

I have a CVS across the street from my home but I drive to this one because of the great customer service. Other than the fact that no CVS ever stocks enough of the items that are standout great ECB or coupon deals, they smile when they write the rain check! It's a pretty big store and if you can't find something, someone will always happily take you to it. I coupon stack and do multiple transactions and the cashiers are always helpful and cheerful. I've not used the pharm. or photo but I would venture that those departments are up to the same standard as the rest of the store. read more

I am a fan of this CVS. I do my shopping and when i get to the register the clerk always asks if i got my coupons for the day. I just got a postcard in the mail that's shows my saving for the year. 786.54 just for 2010. I couldn't believe it. I will forever shop here and at this CVS!! read more

They have terrible photo service! My photos were supposed to be ready at 11am, I went there at 1pm and they had not been printed. Then there was a problem with one of my photos where they could not print it correctly (they chopped off all our heads!). I would not go back here again for photos. read more

Last night at about 9:15, I went into CVS. There was a long line. I saw the manager, whose name I believe is Randy, with his coat on and appeared to be leaving for the evening. He noticed the long line, took his coat off and opened another register to check out customers. You never see this kind of customer service anymore which made this so special and refreshing to see. I was very impressed with Randy and will be returning more often to this CVS because of him. Thank you, Randy! read more

First I should give my current insurance information. I recently had a change of jobs and am in my holding period while my new insurance kicks in April 1st. I visited this CVS Minute Clinic on Sunday March 22nd. I had an absolutely terrible and constant cough that was going on for 4 days. My sinuses were flaring up, my throat was on fire. My normal doc was not in on Sundays so I figured I could get some immediate help (good meds) by going to the Minute Clinic. When I explained my situation to the Nurse Practitioner, she tested me for Strep and the Flu. Both Negative. She took my blood pressure, listed to my lungs, looked in my ears, nose, and throat. With that, she decided that I had an Upper Respiratory Virus and was going to give me a cough syrup with Codeine that would help put me to ease at night and sleep peaceful. She didn't recommend any antibiotics or anything. The cough syrup was useless for me. It didn't work. I even took double dosages and still was coughing all night with no sleep. The nurse called the next day to see how I was doing and I said, actually I'm glad you called because the Codeine cough syrup did not work very well, and I ran out already, can I please have you refill the prescription or something else because my cough has gotten worse? She said she would have re-exam me because I may have pneumonia. I'm kind of feeling scared at this point, because she just listened to my lungs the day before. Also mind you...the total charge for my visit was $195. The medications that did nothing was another $50. I felt worse then when I went in there and was out $250. I decided to make an appointment with my real doctor. Visit was $58. Immediately he knew that because my throat and nasal passage was flared up, that I needed a steroid. He prescribed Prednisone. And an antibiotic - Amoxicillin. Within hours, my sore throat had decreased by 75%. If anyone out there is in the same situation, and you feel like you need to go to the Minute Clinic because you are in between insurances, go to your real doctor. 9 times out of 10 if you pay in full for the visit they will give you a 30-40% discount and be very understanding. DO NOT GOT TO THIS MINUTE CLINIC! You will be sorry you did, and $200 in the hole. read more
