They're not over-the-top or especially bold in flavor, but they're clearly homemade with clean, straightforward ingredients, which I appreciate. The roast beef is my usual go-to, more for its reliability than anything flashy. Overall, it's a dependable spot for good coffee and a simple, satisfying bite in the middle of a busy day.

The counters are grey and white granit(?) with beautiful pottery adorning the white shelving on one side along with some attractive paintings on the same wall. Turns out the pottery and paintings are by artistic individuals with autism. The artist who makes the pottery is also the owner's daughter, Katherine aka Kat, thus the name of the cafe. She is the Kat who also plays harp for guests if you are lucky enough to be there then. We unfortunately missed Kat but thoroughly enjoyed being waited on by Donna behind the counter! I got so excited for something iced cold to drink, I love some yummy espresso. The owner working was so pleasant to talk to and my little girl lit right up. There was a pretty big selection of different drinks to choose from and even some food options. I opted for a Hazelnut & Coconut iced latte, absolutely delicious. I also snagged a Turkey & Gouda sandwich which was yummy too. Glad to know this little truck will be here at the park!
