He stepped outside to prevent me from entering then asked what he could do for me after. I asked if I can step inside to purchase bottled water and root beer. He asked if it was for my dog. Not sure why or if he was just being a jerk. Then he said,"you can get that from across the street" pointing me to the way to leave. He stated no water no bathrooms. So I'm confused no ADA access to bathrooms, discriminating a disabled veterans request to be a patron. Just to let you know, All of his parking stops were painted handicapped blue ever since he was investigated. The max fine on a handicapped sign is $250. In 2023 on New Years Eve at 6pm I parked there. I had a handicap placard , a disabled veterans tag, as well as in a wheel chair on Flagler and watched my car get towed away while eating from Tin Taco, a property just next door which he also owned. It cost me $355 to get my car out. This store recently added more non public parking connected to roadways which is now questionable as the volume nor revenue doesn't seem to constitute putting them there for any other reason than to tow. The owner has a contract with Volusia County Towing that smells like criminal mischief and racketeering all over it.
