The counters are grey and white granit(?) with beautiful pottery adorning the white shelving on one side along with some attractive paintings on the same wall. Turns out the pottery and paintings are by artistic individuals with autism. The artist who makes the pottery is also the owner's daughter, Katherine aka Kat, thus the name of the cafe. She is the Kat who also plays harp for guests if you are lucky enough to be there then. We unfortunately missed Kat but thoroughly enjoyed being waited on by Donna behind the counter!
