Even though I don't eat breakfast a lot, a good sandwich will always be on my radar. The refresher was great. I had it with the sparkling water and it was fantastic. It really does what is says; I felt refreshed! They also serve lunch foods in here too. Now I know whenever I am in NT to stop in here and grab something quick. I will definitely be back soon!

The chocolate is smooth, creamy and perfectly dark or perfectly milk - either and both, as they are true to their names! The orange chocolate was "just a bit orange' - it isn't ORANGE chocolate, and we saw right off why this is a fave! The sponge candy - some wrapped in orange chocolate, some in dark and milk chocolate, and some sponge is even peanut butter! We were given generous sized samples, and bought enough for us and as gifts! The prices were all great, and considering the quality - VERY reasonable! The candy shop has truffles, candy by the piece / pound and just so much to choose from. We LOVED the smaller sized pieces, as we wanted to try a good number and we did! ALL have been excellent! Okay, the staff - they too could not be better! One young man said if we had any questions, just ask. He was IN THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY! But I DID ask him, he came out and gave me great info. Not that I want to make chocolates - but I love knowing all that I can and it was just the best place! All of the folks know so much about the company, their products and so much more! Okay, we did share and I was happy about that too! The factory part of Platters is fun, informative and live for some - video for other parts. Their coffee is from around that world with my favorite, Bali Blue. I keep trying coffee from other places like Ethiopia and Columbia, but I always return to the Bali Blue. They source their beans from all over the world. The coffee is amazing! You can purchase anything from single k cups, to small packets of ground coffee to bigger bags of whole bean coffee which they will grind for your in store if you choose. So many different varieties of coffee to choose from. My favorites are the seasonal flavors. I tend to buy a variety of single k cups to try many types and flavors of coffee. They also have cold brew in store for purchase. Not only do they offer coffee but they have a vast variety of teas and hot chocolate. Its run by a man who will come to recognize you after a few visits. We pick up fresh eggs there on occasion, but we go for the "tea cakes". I have not idea if these are called something else in a grocery store. But heres what they are. A small loaf of "bread", which is perfect with a morning coffee around 10. Its not for breakfast (at least not in our house), but perfect for a snack or treat with morning coffee or afternoon tea. There are a number of flavors, our favorites are the blueberry and the cranberry ones. These cakes are 8 or so inches long and 3 inches high so they last a few days only. Perfect, just in time for fresh ones Saturday. They do freeze well. He also has jams and jellies, which we often enjoy as well. There are cookies and various other sweets, all good on the occasions we have tried them. We found him years ago because of his smaller pies, perfect for just a few people, which are great. Raspberry and cherry are the favs on that one. They make a few sizes, we have always done the small ones. They freeze well too. All his products are very fresh. They are also well packaged, they will make it home no problem and no mess. If you are at the market for your fresh veges, stop by here and pick something up. You'll be back the next week. I am not sure, but I believe cash only. We only look for him Saturdays and know he's there then. Not sure about Tue or Thur. Also not sure if he's there only in the summer or year round.
