Literally obsessed with this little white bakery. It's going to be the death of me lol. I've had both the cinnamon roll and the peach tart and both were equally amazing. Like, literally drooling. If you don't see a pastry that you're looking for in the case just simply ask if they have it, if they'll be baking it, or when they will have what you're looking for. Anastasia is super nice. Cute inside too. Very aesthetic. Wooden tables. Feels like you're in another country or city.

Anastasia's is definitely the best bakery that I've been to. It's always very busy, but that speaks to the quality of the bread and baked goods. They're very efficient with taking care of each customer in a timely manner. There are a good amount of tables available, but it does get busy so come early! All of the baked goods that I've tried have been top tier. I especially love the cardamon knot and chocolate chip cookies. It's a nice place to come to relax, get a delicious treat, a coffee or tea drink and a loaf of bread to take home (and probably a couple other treats as well).

I stopped in today right before closing. It was surprisingly quiet however I saw the people lined up outside before open and how busy they were throughout the day. I purchased a loaf of rye bread, a pumpkin cookie, and a chocolate chip walnut cookie. Everything was absolutely delicious. I used the rye to make 'Rachel's' and it was absolutely the perfect bread for it! Very flavorful but not over powering. The cookies were absolutely scrumptious and because you can see the whole oats in them you don't feel as bad having them! The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated that they conversed with me and didn't shoo me out because they were nearing close. I'll definitely be back for some more goodies!

They have a 4.9 rating before this review so they probably don't need another five star review but I'm going to give it to them anyway. We were driving back to WNY from a week in DC and my local daughter asked if we wanted anything. We had never had anything from here before. We got a sourdough bread, an almond croissant and a pistachio chocolate croissant. Everything was delicious. I also like a competitor's (Miller's Thumb) sourdough so someday I may need to try them side-by-side. Will definitely patronize them again, especially if our daughter offers to pick it up for us.

I saw a post about this new bakery, so I definitely wanted to give it a try. My friend and I arrived around 11am on a Saturday. When we arrived the line was rather long, and the display case was a bit bare, but, that did not stop me from trying what was available. I had a few pastries, and one of their seasonal coffees, pistachio rose latte. The presentation of the coffee was definitely picture worthy. The baked goods were different from anything I've tried. They are not as sweet as traditional pastries but they are flavorful. I had a shortbread cookie that was stuffed with farmers cheese. The saltiness of the cheese really complimented the cookie! They do not have a lot of tables, that being said, I don't reccommend sticking around and making it an afternoon. Although they do have a few chairs, and a very small seating area I could see by the expressions on the workers faces, that they would have preferred we grab our goodies and leave, instead of sticking around. I will definitely have to get here earlier to see the larger variety they offer. Pro tip: if you are looking to try their breads get there when they open, the bread is the first item to sell out. Also, if they happen to not have the item you are looking for try again the next day! Do not complain to the staff or owner, they are a small family owned bakery not a wholesale food store.

What a great hidden little gem in North Tonawanda located in a small plaza off the beaten path. I grew up in NT and had no idea this plaza even existed. I was quite delighted when I walked in and saw all the different kind of pastries and baked goods that they offer. Not just muffins, cookies, donuts, etc that I've seen at most other bakeries in the area. It definitely reminds me of European bakeries with cardamom knots, financiers and keks. The staff was friendly and helpful. We ordered a jalapeno cheese roll, which was made like a cinnamon roll and a ginger molasses scone. The jalapeno roll was not spicy to me and that was a little disappointing, but it's the fancy you play with hot peppers... you never do know what heat level they will be. It was still quite flavorful and fresh with the dominant flavors to me being onion and cheese. The ginger molasses scone was a decent size and had nice, big pieces of dried ginger in it. I also got a vanilla anise latte... It was like Christmas in a cup and just the perfect amount of sweet! Most times lattes are far too sweet for me if I don't order them "half sweet", so this was very pleasing. I will definitely be back and hope to try at least one if everything the offer in due time... Can't squeeze it all in on one trip! Haha

Welcome to your new favorite bakery! The bakers are welcoming and the simple interior is calming but I love that you can watch them at work using that incredible oven. The cardamom bun tasted like a Christmas dream, perfectly spiced, moist and tender. The brownie was the best I've ever had with a real cocoa flavor and tender crumb. The iced mocha latte was not overly sweet like most and I was thrilled they could make it decaf! The hot decaf mocha latte was beautifully topped with latte art. Thank you for all your hard work and creativity that makes such a delightful experience for us!

Anastasia's artisan bread is amazing. We went on opening day and got a loaf of Rye Bread. It's such a deep and wonderful flavor. I've also had many of her other products at other times at local farmers markets and vendors- the mountain cookie is my favorite. I love her dedication to her product, it shows through the end result. I can't wait to try everything else she is offering in her cafe. Plenty of parking available.

The day we visited, they did not have any baked goods (they said they only have them on the weekend), so we couldn't try the peras de coco (coconut rolls). But, perhaps it was kind of a blessing because our picada was plentiful. The dining area isn't huge, but they also do take out. There are about 5 or so tables to dine in. The service was a tad slow, but very friendly; I believe there was only one person waiting, cooking & serving AND the food was more than worth the wait! We ordered the picada for 4 and my brother tried a Colombiana cola. He liked it a lot; it was lighter than a "normal" cola, non-carbonated and less sweet than cola around here. I don't drink pop and even when I did, I always hated colas. I can't say I'd drink a whole Colombiana, but I didn't find it disgusting & that's saying something. Now on to the star of the show, the picada! It was loaded with several different meats, plantains fixed in different ways, yuca & baby potatoes and 4 sauces. We were so excited when it was set down on our table, we dug in before we even got our silverware haha. The platter had chicken, steak, chicharron, chorizo, blood sausage, sausage, sweet plantain, fried plantain, fried yuca and Colombian potatoes. The sauces were: avocado sauce, mayo/ketchup, pico de gallo & a garlicky one. Everything was so, so flavorful and cooked perfectly! There was not one thing that any of us didn't like. If I had to pick my top contender of a meat and a non-meat item, I would choose the chicharron & sweet plantain.... But I hope to never have to make that choice! The chicharron were thick and crunchy. The sweet plantain were perfection. When we left we were each given a dulce de leche caramel. They also have a variety of Colombian snacks and candies for sale. They recently opened an additional, larger location at 951 Niagara Falls Blvd (it used to be El Palenque). We were told they will be keeping both locations open, but the new location will have some additional items that they don't serve at the Oliver St location. I cannot wait to visit again!!!

A pint of some kind of soup and a container with a scoop of white rice. To put into perspective: they have a daily deal that is an entree, soup, salad, rice, beans and plantains for $22. The soup was just not good, I'm not sure what was in it but everything was fibrous and the soup was pretty bland. I guess in fairness the rice was good, but it's white rice...not worth even $1. Do not order from them for 2good2go. The pastries looked good but I didn't order any so I don't know how they taste.

Its run by a man who will come to recognize you after a few visits. We pick up fresh eggs there on occasion, but we go for the "tea cakes". I have not idea if these are called something else in a grocery store. But heres what they are. A small loaf of "bread", which is perfect with a morning coffee around 10. Its not for breakfast (at least not in our house), but perfect for a snack or treat with morning coffee or afternoon tea. There are a number of flavors, our favorites are the blueberry and the cranberry ones. These cakes are 8 or so inches long and 3 inches high so they last a few days only. Perfect, just in time for fresh ones Saturday. They do freeze well. He also has jams and jellies, which we often enjoy as well. There are cookies and various other sweets, all good on the occasions we have tried them. We found him years ago because of his smaller pies, perfect for just a few people, which are great. Raspberry and cherry are the favs on that one. They make a few sizes, we have always done the small ones. They freeze well too. All his products are very fresh. They are also well packaged, they will make it home no problem and no mess. If you are at the market for your fresh veges, stop by here and pick something up. You'll be back the next week. I am not sure, but I believe cash only. We only look for him Saturdays and know he's there then. Not sure about Tue or Thur. Also not sure if he's there only in the summer or year round. We go mostly from April-October.

I found them last year and was very impressed then. This year has only improved. They are there Thursdays and Saturdays all summer long. Some weekends they do some of the other local festivals, so check their FB page for updates. https://www.facebook.com/dmconfections Meanwhile, the cupcakes. Many varied flavors, some with cute names like the "Elvis" etc. Others are chocolate. Strawberry. Etc. These cupcakes are a good size, not too big, not too small, just right. They are generous with frosting, but its not overwhelming. Ive tried many of the regular flavors and many of the gluten free ones. If you pick out a gluten free with some others, they will package it differently if needed, without hesitation at all. Super focused on that. These cupcakes are creative and have fun names. I think they are a little sweet overall, but because they are packaged really well and the proprietors are just fantastic; I look forward to buying from them. They always have a smile and a moment to interact with customers. The cupcakes also store well for a day or two, just remember to take them out of the fridge a hour or so before eating them. Cupcakes are better room temp. 5 stars for the customer focus and general "being nice" 4 stars for the cupcakes, not all the flavors are consistent, and the gluten free, while very good, could be a little lighter I think. 5 stars for being very connected to the area and events in the area. They have not forgotten their roots. 5 overall. I hope they keep it up and continue to improve.

Well I walked over got a great looking Swedish fish at first sight Well little did I know it was 2.00 for a cupcake? I paid it thinking over priced. Considering it takes .50 cents to make a cupcake. Maybe a batch So I bit into it. Let me tell you that the cupcake for 2.00 was rock hard frozen. Like biting into ice. The frosting was overloaded and tasted like crap. The cupcake didn't have taste to it. Disappointed. Then I have to say I said something to the owner. Well he certainly wasn't a peach to take care of it. He complained and said how it's fresh made. Well when you got frozen cupcake you bite into you expect fresh not old ones. So I asked for a new cupcake I wanted a peanut butter cup. Looked like maybe it was fresh. Well again customer service and cupcakes were rated a 0 Again the cupcake was rock hard. Tasted like they over put frosting and load peanut butter into it Honestly I had my wife before this eat blackouts and got a 12 pack ordered. She shows up at the house expecting a great looking house. GARBAGE outside. Things around by trailer. The house looked like a dump. My wife thinks ok I'll walk up to the door. Well that's funny cuz they had some bigger girl who was covered in frosting and supposedly baker came out with it. So she just gave them to her. Didn't greet her. Just plain rude customer service. So she got them. Walked back to the car. She tripped over there GARBAGE laying on the FRONT lawn. She called me screaming how bad they treated her So she got back home and was expecting dark chocolate. Well the baker who makes them isn't it supposed to be fresh? Maybe she was to busy on her cell phone and not paying attention or maybe it's they had freezers in the garage that they store them and resell old weeks of cupcakes. And try to get people sick and get people to think there fresh when there not. But she opened up the pack and she bit into it. What happened? She spit it out and said it was frozen solid and that she can taste the weeks old cupcake and can tell it wasn't fresh. That I'm taking it as they pulled out of the freezer door stuffed with event cupcakes and market ones and resell BAD cupcakes. Customer service and cupcakes 0 So here's the thing. I will suggest to every person who wants cakes or cupcakes to stay away from this place. Cupcakes and cakes are GARBAGE and rock hard and it tastes like shit. Next thing is copyrighting brookie??? It's not his idea. He must of seen cupcake wars or baking shows or shark tank to copy someone else's idea and say he thought of it and it's his own. Lol no that's fraud and completely fake. Honestly they don't deserve to sell cupcakes at events. They sell 2.00 making profit on every sale to support there .50 cent cupcakes and fund cruises every month. People at the market complained to me that they charge high so they can get expensive things. But do no charity or care about anything in the community. I don't see them donating money? No they have mold old cupcakes to sell at any event and market. So how about a 0 rating and say there worse than over frosted n f cupcake shop .. Maybe fire the baker .. Maybe to busy posting on Facebook how there moving and opening a second shop. I feel bad for them. Its not a business gunna be long before shut down and people complain. So anyone on Facebook who sees brookie. REPORT it. They stole that idea from tv and use it as there own. That's copyrighting. And needs to be taken off Facebook. Do not buy from this dump looking business. Tops sells better cakes. At least not frozen old ones. My advice. Maybe the cruises r more important and care more about themselves than be a business. They don't care about anything but freezer burned cupcakes. Health dept. Agric dept should be told. They got called once before for them. And the cakes he's selling are illegal. He is violating his permit he has for home processor. He can only sell cupcakes. Not cakes. So anyone buying cakes beware. Dept already told them to stop the cakes and he refused. So report the business

Getting in/out is still tricky as it's on Niagara Falls Blvd., but you just need to be patient and you'll get where you want to go. Per usual, inside was bright, warm and clean. Taking advantage of their great rewards program, I had a buy one, get one free Bundlet offer and it lined up with a weekend I could take advantage. I ordered a Red Velvet Bundlet, a favorite of mine for years now. The other Bundlet being the February 2026 limited-time flavor, Banana Pudding Cake Made with NILLA Wafers - Banana cake baked with real banana puree, generously topped with Nothing Bundt Cake's signature cream cheese along with vanilla pudding (a nice burst of vanilla pudding stuffed inside the core as well!) and topped with a NILLA wafer. This was REALLY GOOD! The banana cake was excellent - Not too sweet and the banana flavor itself was balanced, not too strong. I loved the vanilla pudding on top and at the center, although I would've loved more pudding in the center, I was happy with what I saw. As usual, the bundt cake was incredibly moist and easy to dig into and the Bundlet is the perfect size for one. At the Amherst, NY bakery, as of 02/2026, Bundlets were priced at $6, but the limited-time flavor was $7, not a problem though, at least for me. I don't make it to Nothing Bundt Cakes often and have missed some great limited-time flavors, so I'm glad I made it out to get the Banana Pudding Cake made with NILLA Wafers!
