It's at the point where it's putting a damper on our day to have to argue with her over not listening to simple requests over using reward points, etc we may just take our business to another location. 10×7=70 a week, that's not including the energy drinks purchased-just coffees. Coffee was empty by 9 am btw, mentioned it to just get laughed at. We would rather our money go to a location that doesn't treat their guests like garbage. Lose the horrible customer service associate, we aren't the first nor last to complain about her.

Their coffee is from around that world with my favorite, Bali Blue. I keep trying coffee from other places like Ethiopia and Columbia, but I always return to the Bali Blue. They source their beans from all over the world. The coffee is amazing! You can purchase anything from single k cups, to small packets of ground coffee to bigger bags of whole bean coffee which they will grind for your in store if you choose. So many different varieties of coffee to choose from. My favorites are the seasonal flavors. I tend to buy a variety of single k cups to try many types and flavors of coffee. They also have cold brew in store for purchase. Not only do they offer coffee but they have a vast variety of teas and hot chocolate. I wanted small size but wasn't asked instead told the total was $7ish. Seems that one of the girl was in training so she's doesn't know what she was doing. I don't mind waiting but what bothers me was that after 3 attempts to get my order ready with tiny bit of strawberries, she just pushed my order on the counter and walked away. No acknowledgement of any kind ( no hi or anything ) because my total. What a disappointment. Will not be back

I like the emphasis on all natural ingredients, but I still want to treat myself when I indulge in fro yo, and theirs missed the mark. Also, a lot of fro yo places similarly emphasize natural ingredients. I also prefer being able to prepare my own dish instead of feeling like I need to hurry up and make a decision, but I'm not holding that against them since it's in a food court and not free standing. I just don't feel inclined to visit again, convenient location aside.
