Friendly, owner in store service. Fantastic cheesecakes. A pleasant place to sit, but you will want to take everything in the store home with you.

Food and drinks were amazing! We got mini cheesecakes, peanut butter pie, and original cheesecake. Drinks were raspberry tea and cappuccino.

Love this place! Very reasonably priced cheesecakes. I personally get their cheesecake bite box which has a bunch of different fun flavors. Don't think I've seen another place do the bites so that's cool. They do slices as well. Their whole cheesecakes are very reasonably priced. The interior is really cute too. Definitely my go to place for a local cheesecake!

While in New York traveling I was excited to try New York style cheesecake in New York! To my surprise not to many people were serving New York Style Cheesecake?? I had called a few places and kept getting turned down...that all stopped when I finally called just say cheesecake! Inside its a cute little bakery. They had all types of cheesecake and other dessert...but I only wanted to try the New York Style Cheesecake! Our server brought us some coffee to go with our cheesecake! It was delicious! It hit my hankering for cheesecake while I was in New York!

Stopped in for lunch at Just Say Cheesecake. It's a rather small place, but with excellent food. I ordered the Monte Cristo sandwich, which was delicious and we also ordered the Cobb.salad , which was large and excellent. They also have a variety of cheesecakes, by the slice or whole, delicious.

Dinner was a total bust (not here - somewhere completely different) so my mom & I got to Tonawanda/the Riviera theater 90 minutes before showtime. As I'm preparing to turn & head toward the parking lot, I spy from the top of the plaza, the business name - and as we're turning, ask, "did that say, "Cheesecake"?!" We find a parking spot & I open the map to confirm it indeed said "cheesecake" and, "hey! They're open until 9 pm!" Two mugs of regular drip coffee + two pieces of peanut butter mousse chocolate cookie bottom pie... less than $20, with instrumental current hits, a lovely ambience and friendly staff. As we finished, someone else came in & asked if dinner service had ended. The two ladies "on" (I didn't get their names) showed us the lunch menu and we decided right there that we'd have to come back. If you're not expecting it, you'll miss it. Don't miss it!

Almond Scone: Perfect consistency, not too moist and not crumbly dry

Looking to expand my list of "go-to" dessert spots, I decided to give Just Say Cheesecake Bakery and Café a try and had a great experience! I arrived around 2:15pm on a Saturday and managed to get a parking spot right in front of the café. It appears there is only street parking and it was fairly busy/full on a Saturday afternoon but I did see more open spots a little farther away. Walking in, I saw their dessert case to my right and observed a pretty sizeable dining area where almost all the tables were full with people enjoying a late lunch. I immediately began inspecting the desserts, trying to narrow in on what I wanted. There was a gentleman behind the counter who answered any questions I had; friendly and courteous! Once I asked my questions, I figured out what I wanted and quickly paid and drove back home. I ended up getting four desserts: a slice of their Cookies 'n' Cream Cheesecake, a slice of their Funfetti Cheesecake, an almond scone, and a chocolate chip scone. The first dessert I ate was the almond scone and was super impressed! I used to go to a place in Medina, NY called The Bread Basket, solely for their scones, but after COVID hit, they shutdown and never re-opened, so I have been searching for a place that makes scones that are similar to, or, just as good as Bread Basket's and I have to say Just Say Cheesecake's scones are the closest I have had! The consistency of the scone was perfect - not too moist but not crumbly dry. The almond flavor was plentiful and I appreciated the slight glaze on top. The same can be said for their chocolate chip scone, which was my favorite of the two, albeit I enjoy chocolate chips. haha Their scones have a nice level of sweetness too, a great way to start the day without feeling like you are eating a "sugar bomb" or having dessert for breakfast. As for the cheesecake slices, both were soo good! Dense, moist, full of flavor like I envision for cheesecake. Of the two, I liked the Cookies 'n' Cream slice but I have a HUGE soft spot for cookies 'n' cream-anything. haha The only complaint I could have about their cheesecake is I wish their slices were bigger! Haha As for the prices, I felt they were in-line with most other bakeries around Buffalo. My first run to Just Say Cheesecake Bakery and Café was great! The staff were courteous and helpful and the quality of their desserts is excellent. Their scones alone are guaranteed to make me come back but I cannot wait to try some more cheesecake and other tasty desserts!

Sometimes when I give a place five stars, it has just hit the hurdle of eeking past a four star review. And then there are times like this where I am full force giving a place five stars, colored outside the lines because it can't all be contained with just five. And no, I'm not just saying this because I have complimentary dessert. I always forgot that this place was tucked away on the quieter end of the street, but something convinced me to finally turn right instead and give them a chance. My pal had gotten cheesecake from them before, but never lunch, so she agreed to accompany me on a Saturday afternoon. It was comfortably busy, where you knew that it was a good place to be without feeling like your elbows would end up in someone else's meal. I'd gone for water (served with lemon and a straw) and my pal had gotten cola while we read through our menus. The waitress was helpful with helping me make my mind, and my pal ordered what would have been my second choice. Great minds think alike, and apparently great tastebuds eat at Just Say Cheesecake. Her potato corn chowder came out first with a packet of oyster crackers. A cup is perfectly sized to compliment a sandwich, and I could see visible hunks of the star ingredients, flecked with bacon. When a larger group came in, we were asked if we would mind switching tables so that they could accommodate them. One quick shuffle later, we had a new view of the wall of clocks, with a happy group of friends behind us. It's the kind of place with a soothing ambiance, not muddled by loud music or flashy decor, letting the display case of dessert speak for itself. Originally I had only caught a few pictures, to fantisize about later with friends, thinking I'd return when not filling my gut with lunch, though our extremely thoughtful and charismatic host insisted on gifting us dessert for moving our butts. Our food arrived shortly after, a portobello mushroom panini sat in front of her, complete with ruffled chips and the always beloved pickle slice. It was cut into sizable thirds, which given the price was surprising to see that even she, having skipped breakfast, arriving with an appetite, was feeling full by the end of. The cheese pulled, and pulled through her delighted smile. The peppers and shrooms were plentiful without going gluttonous (unlike the size of those cheesecake slices on display). She offered me a bite, which I turned down so that I could finish my own plate, and have something new to dream of when I find time to return. I had ordered the quiche florentine. I'm not too familiar with the dish, but I am an egg fiend, and found that my dish was thoroughly enjoyable. It came accompanied by a small salad that I ate first before slowly savoring the main attraction. The crust flaked without shattering into a crumb, and every bite was green. There was no skimping on the broccoli and spinach, a fact I appreciated as I shaved off bites. The eggs had a wonderful consistency. I noticed that neither of us even needed to touch the seasoning on the table as the flavors spoke loudly enough to forgo the additional sprinkling. Both pleasantly stuffed, we said no thanks to dessert. However, upon paying, the host insisted on gifting us a sampler pack of bite sized cheesecakes for our willingness to be decent human beings that quite frankly are delicious. We plan on paying it forward and sharing them with our friends, who hopefully will accept them with open arms, and stomachs, and not think that we are playing some sort of April Fools prank, because the only way that they are fools is that they haven't tried this place yet.

This cute little shop is next to Webster's Bistro. In addition to a variety of cheesecakes you can get by the slice, they have other desserts like cupcakes and chocolate bombs. You can also buy a bite size cheesecake sampler or order a full-sized cheesecake. I picked up a slice of cookies 'n cream cheese for my son. It was about $4. He loved it. The bite I tried was enjoyable. It had the perfect texture. Service is great.

One of the best cheesecakes I've tasted. The customer service was excellent. The noise level from being packed was on average. You will definitely be seeing me again and again.

The day we visited, they did not have any baked goods (they said they only have them on the weekend), so we couldn't try the peras de coco (coconut rolls). But, perhaps it was kind of a blessing because our picada was plentiful. The dining area isn't huge, but they also do take out. There are about 5 or so tables to dine in. The service was a tad slow, but very friendly; I believe there was only one person waiting, cooking & serving AND the food was more than worth the wait! We ordered the picada for 4 and my brother tried a Colombiana cola. He liked it a lot; it was lighter than a "normal" cola, non-carbonated and less sweet than cola around here. I don't drink pop and even when I did, I always hated colas. I can't say I'd drink a whole Colombiana, but I didn't find it disgusting & that's saying something. Now on to the star of the show, the picada! It was loaded with several different meats, plantains fixed in different ways, yuca & baby potatoes and 4 sauces. We were so excited when it was set down on our table, we dug in before we even got our silverware haha. The platter had chicken, steak, chicharron, chorizo, blood sausage, sausage, sweet plantain, fried plantain, fried yuca and Colombian potatoes. The sauces were: avocado sauce, mayo/ketchup, pico de gallo & a garlicky one. Everything was so, so flavorful and cooked perfectly! There was not one thing that any of us didn't like. If I had to pick my top contender of a meat and a non-meat item, I would choose the chicharron & sweet plantain.... But I hope to never have to make that choice! The chicharron were thick and crunchy. The sweet plantain were perfection. When we left we were each given a dulce de leche caramel. They also have a variety of Colombian snacks and candies for sale. They recently opened an additional, larger location at 951 Niagara Falls Blvd (it used to be El Palenque). We were told they will be keeping both locations open, but the new location will have some additional items that they don't serve at the Oliver St location. I cannot wait to visit again!!!

A pint of some kind of soup and a container with a scoop of white rice. To put into perspective: they have a daily deal that is an entree, soup, salad, rice, beans and plantains for $22. The soup was just not good, I'm not sure what was in it but everything was fibrous and the soup was pretty bland. I guess in fairness the rice was good, but it's white rice...not worth even $1. Do not order from them for 2good2go. The pastries looked good but I didn't order any so I don't know how they taste.

Its run by a man who will come to recognize you after a few visits. We pick up fresh eggs there on occasion, but we go for the "tea cakes". I have not idea if these are called something else in a grocery store. But heres what they are. A small loaf of "bread", which is perfect with a morning coffee around 10. Its not for breakfast (at least not in our house), but perfect for a snack or treat with morning coffee or afternoon tea. There are a number of flavors, our favorites are the blueberry and the cranberry ones. These cakes are 8 or so inches long and 3 inches high so they last a few days only. Perfect, just in time for fresh ones Saturday. They do freeze well. He also has jams and jellies, which we often enjoy as well. There are cookies and various other sweets, all good on the occasions we have tried them. We found him years ago because of his smaller pies, perfect for just a few people, which are great. Raspberry and cherry are the favs on that one. They make a few sizes, we have always done the small ones. They freeze well too. All his products are very fresh. They are also well packaged, they will make it home no problem and no mess. If you are at the market for your fresh veges, stop by here and pick something up. You'll be back the next week. I am not sure, but I believe cash only. We only look for him Saturdays and know he's there then. Not sure about Tue or Thur. Also not sure if he's there only in the summer or year round. We go mostly from April-October.

I found them last year and was very impressed then. This year has only improved. They are there Thursdays and Saturdays all summer long. Some weekends they do some of the other local festivals, so check their FB page for updates. https://www.facebook.com/dmconfections Meanwhile, the cupcakes. Many varied flavors, some with cute names like the "Elvis" etc. Others are chocolate. Strawberry. Etc. These cupcakes are a good size, not too big, not too small, just right. They are generous with frosting, but its not overwhelming. Ive tried many of the regular flavors and many of the gluten free ones. If you pick out a gluten free with some others, they will package it differently if needed, without hesitation at all. Super focused on that. These cupcakes are creative and have fun names. I think they are a little sweet overall, but because they are packaged really well and the proprietors are just fantastic; I look forward to buying from them. They always have a smile and a moment to interact with customers. The cupcakes also store well for a day or two, just remember to take them out of the fridge a hour or so before eating them. Cupcakes are better room temp. 5 stars for the customer focus and general "being nice" 4 stars for the cupcakes, not all the flavors are consistent, and the gluten free, while very good, could be a little lighter I think. 5 stars for being very connected to the area and events in the area. They have not forgotten their roots. 5 overall. I hope they keep it up and continue to improve.

Well I walked over got a great looking Swedish fish at first sight Well little did I know it was 2.00 for a cupcake? I paid it thinking over priced. Considering it takes .50 cents to make a cupcake. Maybe a batch So I bit into it. Let me tell you that the cupcake for 2.00 was rock hard frozen. Like biting into ice. The frosting was overloaded and tasted like crap. The cupcake didn't have taste to it. Disappointed. Then I have to say I said something to the owner. Well he certainly wasn't a peach to take care of it. He complained and said how it's fresh made. Well when you got frozen cupcake you bite into you expect fresh not old ones. So I asked for a new cupcake I wanted a peanut butter cup. Looked like maybe it was fresh. Well again customer service and cupcakes were rated a 0 Again the cupcake was rock hard. Tasted like they over put frosting and load peanut butter into it Honestly I had my wife before this eat blackouts and got a 12 pack ordered. She shows up at the house expecting a great looking house. GARBAGE outside. Things around by trailer. The house looked like a dump. My wife thinks ok I'll walk up to the door. Well that's funny cuz they had some bigger girl who was covered in frosting and supposedly baker came out with it. So she just gave them to her. Didn't greet her. Just plain rude customer service. So she got them. Walked back to the car. She tripped over there GARBAGE laying on the FRONT lawn. She called me screaming how bad they treated her So she got back home and was expecting dark chocolate. Well the baker who makes them isn't it supposed to be fresh? Maybe she was to busy on her cell phone and not paying attention or maybe it's they had freezers in the garage that they store them and resell old weeks of cupcakes. And try to get people sick and get people to think there fresh when there not. But she opened up the pack and she bit into it. What happened? She spit it out and said it was frozen solid and that she can taste the weeks old cupcake and can tell it wasn't fresh. That I'm taking it as they pulled out of the freezer door stuffed with event cupcakes and market ones and resell BAD cupcakes. Customer service and cupcakes 0 So here's the thing. I will suggest to every person who wants cakes or cupcakes to stay away from this place. Cupcakes and cakes are GARBAGE and rock hard and it tastes like shit. Next thing is copyrighting brookie??? It's not his idea. He must of seen cupcake wars or baking shows or shark tank to copy someone else's idea and say he thought of it and it's his own. Lol no that's fraud and completely fake. Honestly they don't deserve to sell cupcakes at events. They sell 2.00 making profit on every sale to support there .50 cent cupcakes and fund cruises every month. People at the market complained to me that they charge high so they can get expensive things. But do no charity or care about anything in the community. I don't see them donating money? No they have mold old cupcakes to sell at any event and market. So how about a 0 rating and say there worse than over frosted n f cupcake shop .. Maybe fire the baker .. Maybe to busy posting on Facebook how there moving and opening a second shop. I feel bad for them. Its not a business gunna be long before shut down and people complain. So anyone on Facebook who sees brookie. REPORT it. They stole that idea from tv and use it as there own. That's copyrighting. And needs to be taken off Facebook. Do not buy from this dump looking business. Tops sells better cakes. At least not frozen old ones. My advice. Maybe the cruises r more important and care more about themselves than be a business. They don't care about anything but freezer burned cupcakes. Health dept. Agric dept should be told. They got called once before for them. And the cakes he's selling are illegal. He is violating his permit he has for home processor. He can only sell cupcakes. Not cakes. So anyone buying cakes beware. Dept already told them to stop the cakes and he refused. So report the business

Getting in/out is still tricky as it's on Niagara Falls Blvd., but you just need to be patient and you'll get where you want to go. Per usual, inside was bright, warm and clean. Taking advantage of their great rewards program, I had a buy one, get one free Bundlet offer and it lined up with a weekend I could take advantage. I ordered a Red Velvet Bundlet, a favorite of mine for years now. The other Bundlet being the February 2026 limited-time flavor, Banana Pudding Cake Made with NILLA Wafers - Banana cake baked with real banana puree, generously topped with Nothing Bundt Cake's signature cream cheese along with vanilla pudding (a nice burst of vanilla pudding stuffed inside the core as well!) and topped with a NILLA wafer. This was REALLY GOOD! The banana cake was excellent - Not too sweet and the banana flavor itself was balanced, not too strong. I loved the vanilla pudding on top and at the center, although I would've loved more pudding in the center, I was happy with what I saw. As usual, the bundt cake was incredibly moist and easy to dig into and the Bundlet is the perfect size for one. At the Amherst, NY bakery, as of 02/2026, Bundlets were priced at $6, but the limited-time flavor was $7, not a problem though, at least for me. I don't make it to Nothing Bundt Cakes often and have missed some great limited-time flavors, so I'm glad I made it out to get the Banana Pudding Cake made with NILLA Wafers!
