The person who's supposed to work on a special part of the car was out that day and he had to leave his car overnight. I hit black ice and crashed, and my car had to be towed to this shop. A great guy named Ben, who I believe is a friend of Michael Sullivan, helped us fix the tie rod and got our car drivable again on a cold Sunday night. They also helped us schedule an alignment first thing Monday morning. Thanks to their fast and reliable service, we were even able to continue our trip and visit Yosemite the next day. This is truly a great repair shop with honest, efficient, and friendly service. I highly recommend them.
