Recently stranded in late afternoon at the Yosemite Tunnel View parking lot. Car had died & would…read morenot start. Called AAA, but they couldn't figure out how to help. After other phone calls to people at various Yosemite Village locations, I got an offer to come out & jump the car. Car would not start due to bad alternator. Was put in contact with James at MMA Towing. Arrangements were made to buy a new alternator from O'Rielly's. James offered to pick up alternator & drive over an hour to my location & install new alternator. James & his assistant arrived in the dark at 9:00 PM. Took an hour to remove & install alternator. Car started & ran. I cannot describe my appreciation for what James & his buddy did for us. Without a doubt, it was above & beyond the call of duty. Wish I could give him more than 5 stars!

She said it'll take one and a half hours. They've always been spot-on with the time, so I know I won't be delayed past the suggested time frame. The garage is easy to locate but parking can be a bear because they're always busy. The waiting room is spacious and is amazingly spotless for a garage. Jim and Brian here have always been friendly, but I must say Sandy outshines them. I made a faux pas this morning by calling her by the wrong name. Sandy was gracious and forgave me. Yay! I hit black ice and crashed, and my car had to be towed to this shop. A great guy named Ben, who I believe is a friend of Michael Sullivan, helped us fix the tie rod and got our car drivable again on a cold Sunday night. They also helped us schedule an alignment first thing Monday morning. Thanks to their fast and reliable service, we were even able to continue our trip and visit Yosemite the next day. This is truly a great repair shop with honest, efficient, and friendly service. I highly recommend them.
