Clerk locked me in the store and started recording me and getting in my face because he thought I didn't have an id for the alcohol I was looking at. Yelling at me and trying to antagonize me saying I "threw" my drink when it fell off the counter. Proceeded to call the cops. Showed him multiple times my id but threw a btch fit over my drink falling off the counter. Treated me like a thief as soon as I walked in. And no this isn't my first time here. read more

I use the 711 APP where you can earn free items like any other app- We go in today to redeem my points with my son when the male employee says "are you getting free stuff?" I replied with it doesn't matter how I'm paying for it, im not stealing! He replied with I'm not allowing you to get free stuff in my store. I told him I'm using my points, what does it matter to him how I'm paying for my items?! He let someone use their points to get a pizza and two 1L Lipton teas- but refused to let me use my points?! Discrimination!! To say the least he refused service completely he also refused to let me speak with any kind of management, of course corporate was called. But I think I should contact a lawyer, because this isn't the 1st time the same employee has done this regarding their own app. read more

I have been there a number of times. Today was the first that I encountered a female cashier. She is a sorry a$$, rude attitude ever. I put my tickets on the counter while she is pacing back and forth. She turns around and asks me WHAT, like what do you want? So I show her the tickets, she continues to stare at me w an attitude. So I say wtf. She asked what did I say? I said wtf. She throws tickets back on the counter and tells me to leave. I did and yes I called her a b@#$#h, and she called me one too. Everything is out of stock. Advertise $1 any size ice coffee it's down. Most of the fountain drinks down, slurpee machine down. Ice cream tastes like it's old and candy bars are all white when you open them. So gross. No cases of water so forced to buy the individual bottles and it comes out to $10 and some change for 5 bottles. Too expensive. read more

This is supposed to be 24 hours.. right? Well.. for the past month or they haven't been open while I'm on my way to work at 3:30am. I work at Starbucks and there isn't really any where else that is open to get caffeine. I check up probably once a week when I leave a little early. At this point I will never go back to this place. I tried to go in there on Tuesday and there was another customer there just wanting to pay for gas, the guy working there was yelling at him through the doors that they "open at 5" but when the other guy is there it's open. Just witnessed a man find a credit card somebody had dropped in the parking lot and turn it into the cashier at 4pm. What did the cashier do? Threw it in the trash and said "It's somebody else's problem, not mine." Not a very nice thing to do in my opinion. Older male cashier is incredibly rude and impatient. I would avoid this 7-11 if at all possible, it is unfortunate because I live right down the street but I won't set foot in this store again. I'm Officially Never Going Back to the 7/11 on the Corner of N. Chester and Day St Again! At about 3pm Today the Woman working the register Yelled at My 10 year old Son and Snapped at me because my son threw away 2 of the Small Slurpee Cups. My son went to fill the 1st cup but the Slurpee was runny. I came over to help him and there were a couple with the lights on indicating some were not working but the 2 he tried had NO light on and appeared to be working. When he tried the 2nd one and it was runny I said honey toss it out and let me get the Coke Flavor one for you. (I knew this flavor was working because as we came into the store a couple of kids were exiting with that flavor Slurpee in thier hands) I grabbed a 3rd Small Cup as he tossed the 2nd one and the Woman Employee YELLED "No No Hey What You Doing? WHY You Throw Away?" My son just stood there frozen and startled because he didn't understand what he did wrong? She then proceeds to come at me and Grabbed the Cup I had and Snapped at me saying "No, No Machine Not Working and Gave me a Dirty Look" PS I already had a small amt of the Coke Flavor in the 3rd cup before she came and snatched it from me....it WAS working just fine. Once More there were no Signs or Lights on this particular flavor/machine. This was just completely un-called for! My poor son left scared and teary-eyed because he didn't understand why this woman talked to him that way. read more
