The first time an elderly woman put cash on a pump and he put it on the wrong #. So she came in and told him and he told her to move her car. She asked for a refund, he wouldn't give it to her. He said something to the effect of...I'm gunna go out there and show you it works and embarrass you. Dude, the only person you're embarrassing is yourself. Today, went to get a car wash and it stopped in the middle of the wash. Went inside to inform the man who said "so the car wash has been working all week and you're telling me you're the one who broke it, Im not buying that shit" um I didn't break anything and my car is parked right in front with soap still on it. He wouldn't give a refund. Wouldn't give a credit for a wash at a different time, just said we are out $15. Told me I have to call the manager or corporate office to get a refund so I asked for the number. He said he can't give that information out. So I took a photo of a paper on the door to the office that had phone numbers listed (photo attached in case someone else needs it, which according to the other reviews, is highly probable) and he told me I couldn't do that.
