They have not, so here we go: 1) The touch screens at the register are filthy MOST days. When I point it out ( the dried gunk) the clerks just smile and stand there. No lids? TOO BAD! They just stand there and smile. Oh, there's lids? Great!! But now there's no STRAWS!! Again, don't budge! Just stand there and smile. 5) I 'get' this mobile world we have morphed into. Everyone is ordering delivery service for whatever, including fast food from 7-11. But, when I'm in line, and have been for a few minutes and a delivery driver walks in the door, you don't prioritize that driver over everyone in line!! 6) Restrooms are a mess!!! 7) Counters are rarely wiped down and clean.
