I can get what is usually the best priced gas in the area, a hot coffee or a cold drink, and get back on the road and on my way. It was with all this in mind that I drove out of my way to go to this RaceTrac in Kissimmee. I needed to refuel and grab a drink. More importantly I needed the restroom. I was beyond shocked to see that while they were still selling gas, the inside was completely closed. According to a note on the door they were shut down due to a staffing issue. I can understand a mom and pop gas station being closed but not such a huge corporate gas station like RaceTrac. After reading other reviews I see this not a one time event. I saw numerous customers leave in disgust in just the few minutes I was there. I passed on the gas and headed back to the 7-Eleven where it wasn't as clean as I suspected but at least they knew how to staff it. It

This 7-Eleven has all the usual convenience store associated with a 7-Eleven and the service was friendly enough. Since they bill this as a "travel plaza" for the airport and Brightline train station, there is plenty of parking and they also have a Dunkin and a Baskin Robins across from a common shared area where they have bathrooms and various seating. Sonce it is next to the airport, they also have a monitor letting you know what flights are incoming and departing and their current status. All in all, this 7-Eleven was a positive experience.
