Despite there being only one car in front of us, the wait was surprisingly long. While we placed our order with an employee while we were waiting, there was some kind of mixup which led to our order being deleted by the time we got to the window so we did have to re-give our order, which was annoying. Despite that, the employees were friendly, and the drinks were made correctly, which tends to be my main gripe with this particular chain of coffee shops.

The line was completely unorganized. At least three cars cut in front of us and when we said something, the employee took our order and then ran inside without addressing anything. It was obvious he was not trained in basic customer service and was essentially thrown out to take orders without proper guidance. Instead of acknowledging the issue, he placed our order and left. No apology, no attempt to resolve it, nothing. No control, no organization. My husband is temporarily disabled and recovering from major surgery (unable to walk hence why drive thru option was chosen). After waiting all that time, we got to the window just to be refused service. The employee at the window was extremely rude and unprofessional. She did not ask what the issue was, did not listen, and instead started yelling out the window. She said "I don't care about your pain" and "I don't care how long you've been waiting," and her behavior came across as poking fun of my husband's condition. That is completely unacceptable and disrespectful. To top it off, this all happened on my birthday, which made the experience even more disappointing. Then it got worse. They took our money and refused to refund us after denying service. Payment was already processed and not returned. No explanation, no apology, nothing. Refusing service, ignoring customer concerns, yelling at customers, and showing zero empathy toward someone recovering from major surgery raises serious concerns about discrimination and how this location treats people with medical needs or disabilities. I expect a full refund and a response from management regarding how this will be addressed. This needs to be handled immediately or I will be escalating this through corporate and filing formal ADA related complaints.
