This was the worst gas station I have even been at I was pumping gas the pump had jump to $20 and I had 1/4 in my tank and I look in my car and I had a half a tank my car is a Chevy Malibu it take $35 to fill my car when it is completely empty so I went in to ask what had happened he continued to tell me there was nothing wrong with the pump and gave me $5 in return and the charge on my car went up after he had checked the pump.. do not recommend this gas station read more

Purchased a $15 charger and she said it was the best one to get. They did not give me a receipt and never said I could not return it. I went back to the hotel and it did not work I tried multiple other outlets and everyone in my family tried it on their phone and still did not work. So I went to get a refund or see if they could give me a new one and he said he cannot give me a refund or a new charger. He kept asking me who checked me out as if they told their name. read more

I hope a supervisor reaches out to me. When we came in we purchased $51 worth of items. We were walking from Seaworld to our hotel room and stopped at the 711. When we walked back to our room we noticed one of our items were missing. So we drove up to the 711 to receive such item and Allan assistant manager was extremely rude said it was refunded. I asked him nicely to play back the cameras as it was never refunded to us. As he yelled at me his daughter was in the back coming out terrified as her father proceed to yell at us. Allan is completely unprofessional as the young lady working with him several times tried to calm him down as she stated she never saw us come in for a refund either. But I truly hope the manager or franchise owner reaches out to me and plays back the camera to show Allan stealing from customers. That is not someone you want running your business, even if it's hard to find workers. Customers beware going to this establishment there are several other stores you can go to that won't scam you! Drive the extra mile it's worth it!!! read more

This was just a quick in and out stop. We were only here to get gas before having to return our rental. The gas station and pumps were all clear of debris and were very clean. Everything looked as though it were in good repair. The trash cans weren't over flowingly full like at another gas station that we went to prior. The clerk was friendly and was more than helpful when we asked for directions to the nearest post office. This location was very near several of the hotels. So, I can see why they can get so busy. Luckily for us when we pulled in, we got there at just the right time. By the time that we were ready to leave, there was a line a quarter mile long to get into this lot. I'm in love with the gas prices here, something like $2.39-$2.42/gal. I wish that was what it was in CA. I can't say that I'll come back but if I'm ever in the area again, I'd definitely be looking forward to these gas prices and hopefully my experience at the next gas station will be like this one. read more

The owner of this franchise should seriously reconsider what employees he hires. I was left waiting 5 minutes with cold drink on hand to pay while the two useless employees where laughing and talking to themselves about past events and upcoming weekend events in Spanish (which I totally understood). Female employee gets up to scan me, tells me to let her know when I'm ready. My $10 was sitting next to the sprite can YET she goes away AGAIN to sit down and become invisible one more time. So I proceed to let her know the $10 is right here to which the other male worker comes with an attitude and tells me to calm the F down. (Literally) and then starts yapping about how I have a problem now and RE-scans my item charging me twice. When I let him know of his mistake he tells me once again to calm down that I must be very nervous. Really. All this time I'm just staring and can't believe my eyes or the unprofessionalism going on this store. Had I been the manager or owner and these two would never step into my store ever again. They are wasting my time and money and scaring customers again because I am never coming back. As if that had not been enough he proceeds to refund the wrong transaction THE WRONG WAY and since he's not got it he is still yapping VERY LOUDLY about how he's got it controlled and he's not in a hurry and provoking me asking if I'm in a hurry. That's the ONE time I calmly reply if he has a problem with me and then that opened a whole other can of worms and then proceeds to imply I need more happiness in my life and need to smile more because life is one and one only. Says so while I'm walking away. Really. 1- this guy (or guy who identifies as woman, not sure), needs to calm down and learn to RESPECT people, especially customers and 2- I hope the owner realizes that he's making a huge mistake hiring that kind of people who do nothing but talk and laugh instead of doing their job and ring up customers. I had also put Gas in my card and I was so scared of getting overcharged out of spite I even took pics of my fill just in case. Receipt wasn't printing. Seriously worst experience ever. read more

I was in this morning around 4AM, although it was an early hour the staff was efficient and friendly. Store was clean staff was energetic. Grabbed some good hot coffee and some gas, heading to my job at Renaissance Sea World. After pumping gas my steering wheel was locked and I couldn't yank it hard enough to start the car. I was in sheer panic mode cause I was going to be late. I went back inside and although it was totally out of their job description staff went out into the parking lot and helped me start my car. They actually enabled me to get to work on time and I'm so grateful. I didn't grab names but whoever manned this location at 4Am on Friday the 8th really made my whole day and helped me keep my job. Awesome, good people still exist. read more

7 eleven is one my favorite gas stations, my go to place to grab snacks and drinks. One night my co worker and I stopped by the store one of the employees working there tried hitting on my coworker and I we declined and he made the rest of my experience in the store so embarrassing, he was unprofessional and he started speaking Spanish when we left and not knowing I speak Spanish called us very inappropriate words. When I tried calling the store the next day the manager said he would look into it, I'm almost positive it was the same employee but I def will not be back! I have never gone into any 7-Eleven anywhere in the country at 3:00pm in the afternoon and had absolutely zero coffee. The little bit of coffee that was left in one of the tubs was ice cold. When I told the worker that they had no coffee she acts surprised that I would want some. I won't come back to this one. read more

Perfect location for all the hotels and resorts in the area. They have everything you could need, but if for some reason they don't you can always go to the CVS down the street. The staff is always friendly and eager to help. There is always parking out in front and no matter what time of day it is there is always a police officer parked near by. Probably because there's a police station down there street, so you can feel safe coming to this location late at night. The only reason this place doesn't get 5 stars is because of that entrance on Central Florida Parkway; it's so steep you'll be sure to scrape your bumper or crack your oil pan coming in. read more

Cashier blatantly lied to my face in telling me that their bathrooms were out of order. I replied that "I don't believe you." The cashier went and asked the manager if I could use the restroom. She came back and reiterated the lie. Just open your restrooms, keep them clean, and practice good customer service like a good gas station should. read more
