We were in CO for the Rocky Mountain Siberian Husky Club specialty and wanted something light to munch on. We generally never eat breakfast, but needed a little something to get us through the afternoon until dinner since we wouldn't have time for lunch. Wolf and Honey came up during my research and we thought why not? It looked super cute and the reviews were solid. I'm really glad we stopped by! We entered through the rear entrance, since that was where our car was parked, but the front entrance was nice as well. The interior was chic and inviting. You order at the counter and take a table number for your food. The toasts looked really good, so I went with the strawberry pistachio while my husband went with the avocado. For our drinks, I went with an iced espresso honey lavender with oat milk, while my husband went with an iced teddy bear latte with oat milk. Both of the lattes were strong without being bitter, and delightfully smooth. The toasts, however, were the stars of the show. Toasted to perfection, with a generous amount of toppings and drizzles of balsamic and honey for mine and hot honey for my husband's. For only $10 each too, what a good price point. We sat in comfy chairs by the window, basking in the morning sun, indulging in our toasts while sipping on our lattes. When we finally finished our brunch, we bussed our own tables, putting the plates and utensils in a bin by the ordering counter. I noticed that Wolf and Honey also offered happy hour cocktails, which unfortunately we did not have time in our schedule to partake in, but will need to the next time we visit Brighton. I'd definitely return to Wolf and Honey, especially for their delicious sourdough toasts!

The shop sits on Elkhorn Ave, kind of the Main Street of Estes. It has a front and back entrance, if you'd like to walk along the river to get there. There's a large public parking lot across the street as well. The barista made the cutest latte art for us! But it wasn't just appearance. The oat milk lattes were as delicious as they were beautiful! We tried some lattes at Inkwell yesterday, and Kind today. Kind was easily better, 10/10! It's a clean and cute shop. Good selection of coffee and breakfast and light lunch options. Also a small merch section - mugs, tees, coffee cups and canisters. We tried the salmon and cream cheese bagel with capers yesterday for lunch and they were great. My husband preferred the jalapeño cheddar bagel, while I was happy with the everything bagel. But the lattes were the real standout for me. The line was longest at lunch out of our visits, but it moved very quickly! The baristas were very welcoming and nice as well! Overall - Would definitely recommend!

Took about 15 minutes to get the order and then another 15 minutes to get it, but worth it. We got breakfast and the burrito was not too heavy to hike 4+miles on. The artwork is cool at this place, but it was small. We took it to go and my friend enjoyed his bagel and coffee.

The breakfast sandwich was good and came with exactly what I asked for in it. The best part of the experience was the service. This young woman helped me and I heard her for roughly 45 minutes while I ate. She had a great attitude, a smile on her face the entire time, and handled the fact that they were short one person like a champ. Even though they were slammed, she never changed her smile, tone, or attitude. I was very impressed. The space was eclectic with some very fun decor. The outdoor patio was unusable as people were smoking, which was disappointing. The reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was due to the man making the food/drinks. I stood at the counter and watched him make drinks for at least 10 customers after me before even starting my breakfast sandwich. It was disappointing to wait through customers behind me to eat.

We…read moremake a point to support local businesses whenever we can, and after reading the story on the website, we were especially drawn in. It had a light, humorous tone and made the place feel welcoming and unique. Unfortunately, the experience didn't match that first impression. When we arrived at the 35th Avenue location, the décor and overall ambiance felt underwhelming and didn't reflect the personality we had expected. We were asked if we were dining in or taking our order to go, and we happily said "dining in," looking forward to being served in the signature blue mugs we had heard about. To our surprise, both drinks, a coffee and a latte, were handed to us in paper cups, just like everyone else. We noticed the blue mugs sitting on top of the espresso machine and asked if we could have our drinks in those instead. The staff member, who appeared to be managing the register, drinks, and food on her own, simply pointed and said, "Oh, they're hot." That was the extent of the interaction, and no alternative was offered. The rest of the experience continued in a similar vein. The bagel was barely toasted, the muffin wasn't offered to be warmed, and both the coffee and latte lacked flavor. Overall, it felt like a missed opportunity, especially given how promising everything seemed beforehand. We were so disappointed that we ended up giving our punch card to other patrons, as we don't plan to return. It's unfortunate, because this could easily be a charming and memorable spot with more attention to consistency, quality, and customer experience. I hope the team is able to refine their approach and bring the experience in line with the story they present. Right now, it doesn't quite live up to even the more standardized options like Starbucks, which is disappointing for a local business with so much potential.
